“Every covers I ever go to in the inner city is very stingy with their toppings on ice cream. Customer service sucks. They always have an attitude if you don’t like your job don’t work here. If you can’t do customer service don’t work customer service with that being said, I definitely would be traveling all the way out here to go to culvers cause I love Culver’s.“

“I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. A woman returned with an error in her order, and she was taken care of right away in such a kind and courtesy manner. I believe the associate who helped her was named Jade? Kudos to this Culver’s for providing so many employment opportunities, what appears to be a positive work environment, and to this wonderful staff for providing such great customer service!“

“Stopped in for a soft serve with chocolate coating. Got served right away, with two well filled cones.
The place was clean, and well maintained. The staff were efficient, but not necessary that friendly.
The booth were clean and and in good shape.
Parking: plenty of spots“

“I absolutely love this place! I try to support local businesses & this place NEVER disappoints! Just the nicest people here, every time I've come! Service is quick, fast & friendly! Even when they've been jam-packed, they're always polite!
Took my grandchildren here for some ice cream cones after "pumpkin hunting" ?! They enjoyed it & that's what (truly) counts! You'll never regret coming here for a treat!“

“I enjoy Crumbl cookies. I like the texture and their brownies are amazing. Different choices every week and the frosting is so buttery/sugary delicious. The girls helped with the process and were super friendly as I had questions and the smell had me ‘excited and a sugar high’ from the start 😋😊 definitely a fun treat and the store is busy!!“

“I had such a nice experience at Brookfield crumbl. I didn't get the names of the associates, but they were so kind to my dumb ass walking in not knowing what to do. I got two boxes of minis and they were quick, nice, and got me out the door in record time. You guys are great!!“

“So got to share this I had used a delivery service to order food from Sweet Dreams yesterday. Anyway somehow through the process things got messed up and I didn't get everything I ordered. I had ordered a few extra things cause my birthday is coming up this month and I love their food
Anyway I was very disappointed and a bit upset. So I messaged both the delivery service and Sweet Dreams, not really expecting to hear back. I didn't want anything but hoped that Amy telling would make them aware, so these issues could save others from having to go through it. And as expected delivery service did not respond. And to my surprise Sweet Dreams did and more surprise I received my meal and extra.
So even though I already brag the place up to family, friends, and new people.
Now I want the world to know how wonderful the people at Sweet Dreams and the food is great, especially onion rings and mushrooms.
Please go and when you do tell them Lynda sent you.
