“This was the first time that my fiancee and I visited Fairchild but it definitely won't be the last!Morgan offered impeccable service and he ensured that we had a wonderful and seamless dining experience. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu and food.The food was absolutely delicious. For a starter, we had the hickory smoked sturgeon, which was beautifully presented and had great flavors from the sturgeon, radicchio, and creme fraiche.I ordered the New York strip, which was very tender and cooked perfectly and came with a piece of beef short rib that just melted in the mouth. The braised chestnuts had great flavor and wonderful texture as well.My fiancee ordered the riso nero which had lobster, scallop, shrimp, clam, and black rice in a rich, delicious broth. The combined flavor of the seafood with the broth was fantastic, and it came with a few slices of baguette which we happily enjoyed with the flavorful broth.For dessert, we opted for the pumpkin panna cotta - beautifully smooth and creamy with a delicate pumpkin flavor and just the right amount of sweetness.Overall, we had an incredible experience at Fairchild and we look forward to going back soon!“
“Casual restaurant with some of the most delicious plates of food in the area. The Creole and Tropical plates are personal favorites but everything I've had is great. Very good value and portion size for the price too. Only issue is that parking can be tricky and the location is a bit awkward next to a gas station, but that just means more people should order from Pikkito so they can expand to a new location. They deserve all the success they get.“
“Ordered delivery from North and South and we were blown away by how good the food was.The barbecue (we had the KC ribs) was excellent, the grilled shrimp was great, the gumbo was rich, the salmon was good, and all of the sides (hush puppies, baked potato, corn muffin, cheesy potato) were amazing!The only thing that disappointed was the jumbalaya*, but it was otherwise an excellent meal. “I first came to Tempest last year on business and it absolutely blew me away. The food is out of this world, especially the scallops (which are some of the best I have ever had). The service is impeccable and you feel like you have been coming here for years on your first visit.I just came back to Madison for work and had to see if lightning strikes twice. Somehow they managed to get better since the last time I visited. The food, including the scallops, was even better than I remembered and I had dreams about them over the last year. The service was, yet again, amazing. Issac was my bartender/server and he was engaging and friendly despite the happy hour rush. Amazing service yet again. The staff here is fantastic and that, coupled with the food makes this a “must visit” when in Madison. I will look forward to my next visit with bated breath because this is truly a fantastic stop that I won’t miss anytime I am on in town. Come here, you will not be disappointed!!!“
“We just moved to the DeForest area, and this location was recommended to us. We enjoy smoked meat and all of the associated sides, so we decided to check out out. We were warmly greeted, as if we were regulars, and quickly seated. Our server was very friendly and helpful with the menu. Our food was served quickly. Our server's recommendations were right on the mark. We really enjoyed everything. The cheesy potatoes and the cornbread were our favorite sides. I tried one of the platters to sample so that I could sample several mains. The ribs and pulled pork were favorites. The brisket was good, but not really notable, as was the chicken. The gumbo soup was also great. The meat was served "dry" and there were several bbq sauce choices to help take the food in the direction you enjoy. We've already returned and will continue. The prices aren't really a bargain, but they seem to do a solid business, so they're apparently appropriate for the local market. Definitely recommend.“
“We're huge fans of this place and have visited twice in the last month alone. Our most recent visit was during Restaurant Week. My husband decided to indulge in the three-course meal offered, and he thoroughly enjoyed his halibut followed by the delectable butterscotch pudding. Meanwhile, I went for one of the special entrees—a kangaroo loin served on a bed of yucca and Swiss chard—and it was absolutely phenomenal! The service here is impeccable, and we particularly appreciate their thoughtful wine pairing recommendations.“

“I saved an opening announcement for this restaurant but forgot about it until I found it with my recipes recently. We really enjoyed the dumplings and Happy Family dish we picked up Thursday. I like dumplings and so often suspect what I get was bought frozen. Not the case here. Wrappers are thin as opposed to thick and doughy. Filling is tasty and includes a range of ingredients. Happy Family was meaty and flavorful! YUM!! We will be back!!“
“We just went for the first time, and it was fantastic. Attentive and friendly staff, and everything we ordered was amazing - from the drinks to the entrees (prime rib, lasagna, and a pizza) to the desserts (profiteroles and oh, that creme brulee!). We will be back, regularly, and we recommend it!“

“I got my first chance to eat at Coopers Monday night. Sat at the bar with a friend and had great service from Kelsey B.! One thing that I don’t do is drink tap water…. and finally a nice restaurant carry’s Acqua Panna served in a wine class with a lemon!!!! Love it!! Both our steaks were cooked perfectly!! Then to top it off, the Manager named Ross stops over and surprised us with a slice of Carrot Cake!!! My man! ?. The ambience was perfect, not too much light and not too dim. ??“

“Delaney's is a wonderful traditional supper club in Madison. We were happily greeted by the bar staff as we enjoyed a pre dinner cocktail with family. The place has a clean, contemporary vibe to it. Our servers were polite, patient, and very efficient! The food was excellent! My wife had filet n shrimp, and I had prime rib. The steaks were perfectly cooked, as were the shrimp. A grasshopper was a great way to finish off our night! Delaney's was a very nice experience!“
“As a tapas-style restaurant I was surprised that the food was not served in a way that was easily shareable. For example, we ordered a cheeseboard, yet the cheese was served in large chunks and without any utensils to divvy up the cheese. I will just attribute this to a less experienced chef de cuisine who has not thought the concept all the way through. God forbid, we ordered a steak without the means to slice and share. Otherwise, the experience was great. Our waiter was awesome and responsive and the ambience was spot on.“
“The shining star here was the service. I felt taken care of from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent attention, demeanor, and timing on behalf of the service staff. We ordered the Cajun Roll (pictured) and Cajun Wings for appetizers. The presentation of the roll was magnificent! It was also fantastically delicious! The wings were piping hot, meaty, and very tasty. Our dinner was one of the combos with shrimp and crab legs, but we added a lobster tail. Everything was so good! Especially the "all 3 sauces" served "hot".“

I selected beef egg foo young because very few places can make it well. 4 patties, with sauce in a separate container. Enough to feed 2. The quality of the patties was A- and the sauce B+ (slightly sweet), that with a small amount of soy sauce corrects. I will be trying the shrimp egg foo young before moving on to other items. I asked the cook what his signature dish was, he replied General Chow Chicken. I am looking fwd to that.“
“The only place I know that makes a spinach quesadilla, and it's my favorite! I've tried to make it at home but nothing compares to Casa Luna's. Amazing margaritas and wonderful people!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian platter is great and provides a wide variety of choices. Bean, veggie or spinach quesadilla, burrito or tostada. Only drawback is that you can't order two of something, like two quesadillas or two burritos, but that's ok. Comes with beans and/or rice depending on how many mains you order.“

“The one and only is a fine madison, wi restaurant in Monroe street. Parking in the street is usually available before 6 pm. After 6 pm you may need to drive into nearby residential streets.The food is consistently delicious except for most of the desserts. The Keylime pie is always delicious and has big fans. I love bread pudding, however, it was cooked in a very different style that rendered it dry and more crunchy.l - not what I preferred.The appetizers are delicious and varied. The entrées are fantastic most recently the special chicken Parmesan was incredibly tasty and very nicely breaded. I enjoyed the polenta previously, and they were very kind to add some pork belly on top of it, which is a delicious twist. as a homage to prior establishment in the same location, brasserie v, they have a delicious collection of Belgian ales. For those that like brown drinks, they seem to have a pretty good collection of rye and bourbon as well though I haven’t tried it overall this is a great new favorite restaurant and the prices are reasonable for a medium higher end restaurant.Parking: You can generally find parking on the street pretty easily before 6 PM. Things get crowded after six and you’ll have to look for parking on the side streets. You can find parking on the residential streets about one to two blocks away pretty easily.“
“My friend brought me to Nani's last fall, and I fell in love with the dim sum and thought that this would be the perfect place to have our first event of the year. We were able to hold our meetup in a private room that was equipped with a bar (bartender, Kevin). Justin (the owner) and his team were amazing to work with.
