“I've been going here with my family since childhood. This place will always have a special place in my heart. They serve a savory garlic bread that is PHENOMENAL. The staff is very friendly, and they have a cute little upper level area that's PERFECT for dates, family gatherings, and privacy. If you're new to Milwaukee, this is DEFINITELY a place to check out. They have a lot of history“

“Stopped by this sandwich shop and overall had a solid experience. The sandwich itself was really good — fresh ingredients and nice flavor, though it did feel a bit small for the price point. I also tried the mac and cheese, which was pretty bland and tasted more like the boxed kind rather than homemade.
Service was friendly and the place was clean, so there’s definitely potential, especially if the portion sizes and sides get a little upgrade. I'll definitely be back to try more options. I totally forgot to save the picture of my sandwich but I'll add one next time I go.“

“Took advantage of Thursday BOGO on Pizzas and added some Travino’s sticks.
The lady working took my order over the phone and was very friendly through the whole process and kind when I came in to pick up.

“love the place other than calling and asking how your wings are made and getting a smart remark in an oven like everyone dose. So I asked how are they prepared and I was told "I just told you in an oven" and that's all they knew 🤔 please do better. I like your food but incompetent people will ruin that. Thanks“

“I went in person to order my pizza because i was near by. Pizza only took like 15min to be ready. But their entrance, floor and carpet and ordering area is dirty. Filled with grease and flour. Young boys at the front are very nice and polite.“

“I had ordered a pizza last night from Alphonso‘s and I thought it was the absolute worst pizza I ever had when it arrived at my house. It was almost burnt. I called and complained to the manager. He said he would do everything he could to make it up to me. So I stopped in today and they gave me a pizza and one of their sandwiches and I haven’t had the sandwich yet because I’m too full from the pizza, it was a night and day difference From yesterday to today. It was excellent.“
