This place is a true gem and one I'd gladly (and actually did) drive 35 minutes out of my way to enjoy the food and camaraderie.My wife and I were taking a mini vacation in Northern Virginia and I thought it would be nice to have some authentic Italian pizza. Torlone's came up on a Google Map search with decent reviews. I like reviews, but trust photos... Torlone's looked authentic...Please believe me when I say this place deserves 7 Stars.We didn't realize it when we sat down at the bar, but the personable woman behind the bar (Tina) was the owner now and had started working there 26 years ago. The original owners, Mr. & Mrs. Torlone taught her all the secrets of authentic Italian Crust and Sauce, made from scratch. Even the blue dressing is made in house.Almost Heaven West Virginia never felt closer than when we were there talking and joking with Tina & the regulars while enjoying some truly delicious pizza and wings.We will visit again soon!“
“I bring my family here on just about a weekly basis, for lunch or dinner. It's good pizza, I like half green stripe with a Greek salad for myself. Crispy crust with quality ingredients plus a nice big salad since you can customize to your liking. The staff seem like they like to be there and are friendly at the counter. It's a chill atmosphere and can be a great place to bring kids or drop-in on your own for lunch. One of my favorite go-to's in Charles Town“
“Had a delivery, the lady on the phone very nice, I had a problem with my computer, she help me. She didn't mine helping. The delivery driver, very nice and pleasant. Very helpful with the bags. Every time I order, the food is good.“
“We ordered on Sunday after Pizza Hut took our order and didn't fill it. There was only 1 gentleman working, but he was super nice and apologized that he was filling an order of over 10 pizzas before us. We let him know that Pizza Hut wasn't open so he would probably get busy.When we came back to get our pizza (ran an errand while waiting), our pizzas were nice and hot and he got someone else to come in to help him with the deluge of orders he had.I forget about them since their deals are not as great as other pizza places, but will absolutely put them to the front of my pizza rotation.“
