“I had a fantastic experience at this Subway. The staff were friendly, quick, and actually seemed to care about getting my order right. The restaurant was clean, well-stocked, and had a comfortable atmosphere that made it very easy to enjoy my meal. My footlong sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and tasted great. Honestly, it was one of the best visits I’ve ever had at a Subway, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.“

“I came in. Very tired. Waiting for my ride. I jus got off work at quad and ride wasnt gonna be able to pick me up till. 9. Usually places dont let you sit in the lobby and charge your phone. But lexi was very very very nice..she let me sit down. Charge my phone gave me a water cup. That I really needed she didnt even ask me she jus gave it to me. Lexi on the night shift is one of a kind nice. She shows humility.. she deserves all the nice things I know are gonna come her way because she obviously has empathy. I was having the worst day ever. “I just left this particular Arby’s drive thru and I have to say tonight was the best fast food experience I have ever had. The staff was so friendly, sweet, and helpful. The food looks and tastes delicious and they were quick and accurate with our order. So many always only complain about the bad but I feel like when you get an experience like this they deserve an atta boy! Has my experience always been this great at this location, No… BUT tonight’s team DESERVES the recognition for a JOB WELL DONE! “Order here twice a month and sometimes more. If you order during the week the staff and food is great and have never had an issue. If you order on the weekend you get less food (for me) and have made mistakes on my order (left off the tomato, lettuce, or cheese etc.) They use quality meats and a variety of cheese. The bread is fresh but have had a stale sub roll from time to time. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The soda machine is clean and so is the location. Sub shop seating.“

“Today I picked up a catering order of 6 subs. 5 of the 6 subs were correct. I called to let them know the last was to be a tuna and not Turkey. The Manager offered to drive out the sub to my house in Inwood and threw in free cookies for our party as well. I can’t thank you enough. We absolutely love your subs and you went above and beyond. The driver refused our tip even when we tried. Thank you for being an amazing business in our community.“

I just wanted to say Matthew helped me through the drive-through and was the most delightful well spoken young man I have dealt with in many years. And you can tell it wasn’t fake. It was real. He was a True committed to his jib . When someone loves their job and loves the company they work for you. You can see it. This guy was glowing when he smelled. I seen Arby’s on his facelol All jokes a side we. I recommend this place highly Matthew is one of a kind. “This is one of the cleaner and nicer Subways in the area. I’ll drive the extra few miles to come here rather than the locations in Martinsburg. The bread is always fresh, never stale and hard as a rock. The employees are always nice and the tables are always clean.“

“The food is typical fast food, it satisfies a need. There is a young lady who works there named Esperanza, who has the best customer service in town! She is very polite, professional, and patient. I hope Taco Bell realizes what an asset she is to your team!“

“I was there around 545on March 11th my first encounter was with a young white girl who was very nice in assisting me! Andrea came over and helped me she was also a pleasant face to see! Then come Didler who made my whole experience there a pleasure! U didn't go wrong when u hired him! My fish sandwich was lightly tartered like I ask and the bun was just a little toasted made to protection! If I didn't live 20 minutes away I'd make this place my place to go to all cuz of Didler!“

“Store was clean when we came in. The food all looked fresh. We got a burrito and and bowl. The staff were all friendly as well. We got everything to go. Our food tasted great and we both had plenty leftovers. The chips and queso were great as well. Definitely will be back agian this is probably the best store in the area. Glad they put one up here.“

“I recently placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. The drive-thru line was pretty packed, so I decided to go inside—and I’m glad I did. As soon as I walked in, an employee who was taking out the trash held the door open for me, and he even held it again when I left, which was really thoughtful.

When I went to the register and let the cashier know I was there for an online order, even though he was in the middle of another task, he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. Another employee also paused what she was doing to grab me a cup holder without hesitation.

All three employees were respectful, attentive, and one of them was even funny, which made the experience even better. I usually only write reviews when I’ve had a bad experience, but aside from my black beans being slightly burnt, this was honestly one of the best and fastest experiences I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. Even with a long line outside, everyone was working hard and still made sure I was taken care of.“
