“We love going by here on a weekend to take a break from errands and shopping. Everything I've tried has been delicious. My favorites are the Almost Heaven Dog, the beef slider (which is top notch flavor for a slider), and the chicken wings. And you can't beat crisp drafts in big frosty mugs. Kyle behind the bar always makes for a fun time.“

“It's was my 1st experience of eating a hot dog like this! To park and have it delivered it in the window of my car. I really enjoyed it. The toppings were delicious, and the sausage was a mix from beef and pork. Plus, they have different discounts every day of the week!“
“I stayed there for a few days while visiting with family and friends attending HHS/Douglas class reunion. The room was clean and spacious and my maid Meaghan Russell kept the room neat and clean throughout bmy entire stay! The hotel staff was very nice and helpful my entire stay!!!!!!“
“During teacher training today, I needed to stop somewhere close by for lunch. In my search, I found this cute lunch cafe! Folks, this is the perfect place for lunch! They even have a lunch bag deal for $8.00, which includes a sandwich (I got the chicken salad, yum!), a drink, and a bag of chips.
Everything was clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is perfect for a tasty lunch.
Vegetarian options: They offer grilled cheese and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and pasta salads.
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal, and the staff is friendly.“

“We will not be returning to eat there. Soft serve chocolate hasn't been available to customers in 2 months. we were told the machine has been broken. Hotdogs, hotdog sauce and cheese very low grade....Vietti, would've been better! Although, I'm Pretty sure it was Vietti. Fried mushrooms that were burnt, dried up mushroom inside of all 6 of them. Ranch dressing tasted old or stale. Husband's ice cream, Butter pecan, had an eye lash it!! It also tasted freezer burnt as well. We want to support local business, but this is not acceptable anymore.“

“Donuts were delicious! If you love jelly, this is your paradise. They have a few different jelly options. My husband liked blueberry the best. I liked the Dutch crumb donut the best. The staff was also super friendly and patient as we tried to decide from the many options.“

“The most comfortable welcoming bar in town. This place feels like home. It’s the one bar I can go to that I know I’m safe, it’s clean and the staff is amazing. Karaoke daily, amazing drink specials, variety of craft beers that rotate, wine, ciders, seltzers and the best selection of tequila I’ve ever seen. Also the food is great too!“

“We always enjoy Waffle House. Breakfast is our to go food. There are two waffle Houses in our area. I like both but the one on 29th street in Huntington WV is my favorite. There is a young waitress there. I think her name is Shanti but I’m not positive. I have a 13 year old grandson who has had trouble with bullying and has difficulties with making friends. She teases him and is extra friendly to him. She calls him Mr. Long Hair because he like a lot of teenage boys has long hair. He loves going to Waffle House and his mental attitude has changed so much. We are very appreciative of her. She is what Waffle House is. Going home where you feel comfortable and eating a good meal with family and friends.“

“This restaurant was recommended by one of my passengers while driving rideshare. It's a restaurant that's been around for ages and a local favorite. It has all sorts of Coca-Cola memorabilia throughout. Two waitresses worked in concert with each other. They are friendly and work hard. I had the classic ham sandwich with onion rings. Both were good after I salted the rings to my taste. The ham sandwich didn't seem to be the "large" that I ordered. It's probably a simple mistake. One took the order, and the other gal delivered. Oh, well. There was certainly a steady flow of local, well-known friends and customers.
It's worth stopping in to try it and see what you think!

“I stopped in yesterday evening for my first time and I absolutely loved it. As soon as I walked in this little girl came up to me and gave me a big hug, then proceed to sit down and eat with me. She was the absolute sweetest. The whole staff there was some of the nicest people I ever met. I'm so glad i stopped in and will definitely be back!“

“We had our dad's surprise birthday party there and it was phenomenal. excellent food, service and the venue was beautiful. Our Hostess Debi was wonderful and took care of us in every way possible. Definitely a wonderful place to book a event.“
