“This Arby’s might just be the best kept secret in Cabell County. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year, and whoever hired Josh for the drive-thru deserves a raise immediately. Seriously… why is this man not a radio DJ or narrating audiobooks somewhere? That voice alone could lower my blood pressure.

Every single time I come through, Josh is smiling, polite, friendly, and genuinely happy to help with anything I ask for. He somehow manages to make me laugh every visit too, which is rare these days in customer service. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and honestly, that kind of effort stands out more than ever now.

And as a fellow dog lover, I have to mention how sweet he was with my dog, Ezra. He made him a pup cup, and my little guy inhaled it in about three seconds flat. It absolutely made our day.

I truly can’t say enough good things about him. If this location has an Employee of the Month award, it should already have Josh’s name permanently engraved on it. His customer service is miles above any other restaurant I visit around here. My order is always correct, he notices the little things, wipes off cups, asks if I need extra sauces or a cup holder, and goes the extra mile without ever making it feel forced.

Honestly, there are two reasons I keep coming back: to see what outfit Josh is wearing that day and because he gives genuinely first-class service every single time.

If he’s not already in management, Arby’s needs to fix that ASAP.

“There variety of biscuits have been spot on during the $1 biscuit promotion & can't beat the value. In a time where corporate entities are artificially manipulating inflation unchecked it's a welcome sight to still see a deep rooted American company with a remaining code of ethics providing a standard, while at a temporary sacrifice to there margin, it's an investment in the longevity of there clientele & that is good business. “I live in Indiana, and was in the Corbin Barborsville area for a funeral this past week and stopped in at this location for a sandwich & fries. I noticed that this location had baked potatoes on their menu so I decided to try one.
I was in total SHOCK at the quality of this baked potato. I have had many baked potatoes in my 50 years, from the finest steak-houses, to all you can eat buffets, to most every fast food restaurant that serves them and this was by far the best baked potato I have ever had from a restaurant. It was steaming hot, cooked to perfection, with the perfect amount of butter and sour cream. Bravo Arbys 👏. Its ALMOST worth the 3 hour trip just to have another one. Thank You! For reminding me how good a baked potato can be.“

“This Sonic was such a lovely place to stop for a quick meal after a long day driving. Our order was taken quickly and politely, the food was fresh, and the ingredients were excellent quality! There was some very real experience and craftsmanship in a simple drive-through burger. I was sincerely impressed. The young ladies working the Friday evening shift need more tips and all of the love and support. They're out here pushing elite-quality food at a chain burger joint!!“

I have to have Light sauce because of health issues and it was perfect. Thank you for a great dinner after digging myself out of ice and snow today. “Considering that this is a restaurant in a gas station, it is actually really clean. I've eaten here on several occasions when in the area to watch my son play baseball. Fast and friendly service. Enough seating to accommodate several customers.“

The prices have definitely gone up, but that is true of any place, especially if beef is the item you want. But that said Wendy's still delivers a great product and their service was quick and the staff polite and friendly. “2000 7.3 6speed 2wd truck has all new breaks 6 newish tires new injectors 2 new batteries 9 position switch tuner solid frame some cab corner rust an faded paint truck fires right up but will need trans work wanting to stick in gear kinda binds in an out of gear at times but not all the time able to drive on trailer but not on road yet till it’s looked at roughly 275k on truck motor was replaced around 180k miles tho Ik the last 15 years of the truck it would make a good farm truck we just don’t need it anymore looking to trade for 60in deck mowers atvs dirt bikes cars bangs nice pool table anything cool or trades with cash title in hand!“

“Like the new-ish ordering kiosks. Normally do the drive-through but needed to wash-up after a bike ride. Bathrooms were clean and stocked, dining area was clean and bright. The ordering kiosk was easy to navigate and let us look at items we may not have noticed by looking at the normal wall menu. Order was prepared fast and we were on our way.“

Honestly, I’m convinced Wendy’s isn’t a restaurant it’s just Tanner running around keeping the entire place from descending into chaos while everyone else watches.

“Last night my pizza was very good, I ordered via the app and it was ready to pick up in about twenty minutes. Pizza was made well and tasted great, garlic cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks well seasoned and tasty.

If you want Pizza Hut on this general area, this is the one to go to! Much better than the Huntington store.“
