“As I was passing by on the way back to Delaware we Stopped to get dinner I could remember This place head the best wings and steak when I used to live there so we definitely had to get a bite to eat before we left as we got there we were greeted and didn’t have to wait long to be sat The place was clean the food was great but the service was excellent From my waiter Chelsie I’d like to think that I am pretty particular but my husband calls me extra but she knew exactly what I needed I made our experience One to remember She’s Super bubbly and attentive! Me and the family will definitely be back to see her!”

“I was looking for a place halfway between Lewisburg and Charleston with things for kids to do. The Chocolate Moose was perfect. Our bunch of three adults and six kids was a lot - a lot of noise, and a lot of energy. The staff handled our coffee (delicious!) and ice cream requests with patience and smiles. Because of The Chocolate Moose a crew of kid cousins who don’t get to visit with each other very often had a great afternoon together playing mini golf, eating ice cream and playing board games. We will be back as soon as we can.”

“The price is really good especially for the amount you get. After eating enough to fill us up we still had an entire meal. The taste of everything was great. “My husband and I eat at Cheddar's often. I love the food, the service, the prices and the atmosphere. I love the lemon chicken for it's flavor and it's not fried. This is the first time I have been unsatisfied with it as it was so salty I could not eat it. No lemon flavor at all. The rice was not seasoned as usual, either. I will go back but it this happens again, I will send it back. Maybe the cook was having a rough day.”

“The first of my children got married on Saturday. My daughter said I could have full reign over the cake. I had no idea on wedding cakes and between phone calls, pictures, and SS the idea took form. Black Bear Bakery made a dream come true for a mother unused to formal cake making. My daughter was thrilled with what their cake turned out to be. I want to thank Black Bear Bakery and all staff for a job well done!”

“Was at the Summersville location yesterday with my wife and kids and April was outstanding. My kids both would speak to her and even went as far as telling her how nice she was and I’ve never heard the kids openly say it as if they were adults. We really appreciated April, given the Potato festival going on, we understand it gets crazy busy and sometimes companies are short staffed. We really enjoyed the food it was a 10/10 no question I do however think there needs to be a revised look at pricing though. I’ve been to the most expensive places in Ocean City, MD and it’s came out cheaper Otherwise, not a single issue!”

The folks was nice and the food was good.
I had their meatloaf dinner with a side of mashed taters
and another side of mac with cheese.
Instead of regular bread or a roll I got some cornbread.
Very groovy place to eat.”

“So my wife and I wound up in Beckley for an event we could no longer attend. We decided to see what kind of fun we could have around town & came across Jimmie's Place. When we went in it was just us, the bartender Sam & the door guy Travis. They were very welcoming & Sam made some great drinks & was so very friendly. This place is completely under the category of dive bar but it was a really cool dive bar that I'm glad we went to. A cool experience. If we end up in Beckley again we will definitely go back.”

“Yesterday me and my sons met my sister n law for coffee at ABC Coffee Shop! We had the most amazing experience. The barista was very friendly and helpful. My two sons are 11 and 4, they ordered hot chocolate and because it was for children she suggested that she not make it so hot for them. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful! The coffee I got was absolutely amazing and brewed just perfect! The students that were in there studying was extremely friendly and welcoming! There was some students making balloon rocket backpacks and they gave them to my sons. I would love for the locals to learn more about this coffee shop and support it!! I highly recommend you try it!!!!!”

“Passing through town and ordered an Antipasto to go. WOW! No cutting corners with this dish. Absolutely delicious. I always travel with my dog or I would dine in. Will most definitely be back the next time I am in town to try something new and get another Antipasto!”
