“The lady at the window was very polite and friendly. However, did not receive the correct order. We ordered 1 sour dough double cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger and 1 lg fry. The sour dough
burger was on regular toasted bread, why? Did not receive the second burger at all, so no dinner for me.
I was a fast food manager for 30 years and know that mistakes happens. Just double check the bag before handing out the window.“

I went in with my brother and gram and we got the 5.99 2 piece fish meal and it was just so good so crispy with the tater sauce love the crispy hush puppies. I highly recommend coming in and getting a meal it will be worth especially if you set down and eat it right there in the restaurant while it's freshest. Staff were kind and we got our food quick.“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

Parking: Parking is extremely steep and gritty. Stear clear if your car sits low.“

“I normally drive past two other Arby's to get to this one because the quality of their food is always better. Plus they always had the 4 for 10 roast beefs until recently. Showed up today expecting to place my normal order and they had removed the 4 for 10 deal unfortunately. So now there's no reason for me to drive the distance since they don't offer the deal anymore. I was told by the manager the reason they removed the deal is because they started offering the two for seven fish sandwiches again. Why not offer both. So unfortunately I will probably not return until they offer the 4 for 10 deal again.“

“I always go to this subway very fast clean and respectful I went on 6/3/26 and they was great two young guys working at night did so great my food was so fresh I had pretty big order and they move them down the line fast I love going to this subway the manager very nice and I love talking to her I don’t remember her name but I see her about every other week keep up the good work“

I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. Went to place my order got cut off many times rudely then get to the window order was all messed up because they wouldn't let me order. “We went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location this morning on our way to Amish Country and before we were even parked in front of window #2 to pick up our food, we heard this angelic voice saying hello to our “beautiful faces”. She was so friendly and complimentary, even telling me I had a Farrah Fawcett vibe going on with my hair :). She was so pleasant. It was truly refreshing in a world where there is so much negativity. “I was there to have my order from the previous days lunch remade. They offered to replace the entire order as there was an issue with each and every item. Two items that were not ordered with sour cream had it on them both and two items that were add pico , has none added. Normally I would not defend such over sites but the drive thru was very busy at the time of the initial order. We had 3 different orders in the one vehicle, all of which includes items of special request. Mine was the only one with issues and they made it right. I called several hours after the visit to ask what I should do...my firstand last bite of my bite of Burrito oozed sour cream...I was done with that. I spoke with Tiffany, who is also anti sour cream and sympathized with the situation. I didn't have the receipt available...but I did have all the food. She said bring it with me and they would replace the order. I did, they did. It was right the second time around and even thru in a soft taco for fur baby who was riding shotgun ,,,and they are his favorite, minus the lettuce of course. All is well that ends well.
