“The lady at the window was very polite and friendly. However, did not receive the correct order. We ordered 1 sour dough double cheeseburger, 1 double cheeseburger and 1 lg fry. The sour dough
burger was on regular toasted bread, why? Did not receive the second burger at all, so no dinner for me.
I was a fast food manager for 30 years and know that mistakes happens. Just double check the bag before handing out the window.“

“I have visited this shop about a dozen times. I love the fresh food. I have always been greeted and made to feel welcomed, except last night 3/3/21 the girl working acted like it was a bother to wait on me! She was so unfriendly, didn’t say thank you actually she did speak to me at all! I would like the managers to know this. I am not one to complain, I also work with the public. She was just plain rude!!!“

“This McDonald's can be hit or miss, it I still keep coming back. It's a convenient stop when I need a quick bite. My main advice is to double-check your bag before pulling away for the drive-thru window to make sure everything you ordered is there.“

“The drive-through line can be a bit long at times and it kinda wraps around the building where there’s like a road so there’s like oncoming traffic facing you while you’re sitting there waiting in line but it’s never really been an issue. I’ve never heard of accident or anything like that never actually been in the store, but I usually go to the drive-through when I do eat here and I’ve had pretty positive experiences. The only thing I would say is sometimes when I get the mozzarella sticks, they don’t always come out great or rather too cooked or they feel like they’ve been sitting for a while overall, that would be my only complaint about this place other than that, I’d say it’s pretty safe place to eat.“

“I would love to give a shout out to Hurricane McDonald's. Today, I believe to be a manager or assistant manager, came in to Fruth Pharmacy to get some Lysol spray. So very friendly. I made a comment, well you could have brought me a senior black coffee. I was just joking. A little later an employee shows up with 4 cups of coffee and Apple and cherry pies. Such a wonderful act of kindness. All the employees at Fruth want to thank you so much.“

“Gonna be honest I guess I just haven't had captain ds in a while but this really just slapped so hard today. I went in with my brother and gram and we got the 5.99 2 piece fish meal and it was just so good so crispy with the tater sauce love the crispy hush puppies. I highly recommend coming in and getting a meal it will be worth especially if you set down and eat it right there in the restaurant while it's freshest. Staff were kind and we got our food quick.“

I came in 15 minutes before close 😂 usually people wouldn’t be nice or just sigh about something with an attitude, but she was very generous, nice, and VERY patient with my order. Everything was perfect. No mess with the subs, Not sloppy work, very great communication through everything. People like her deserve a raise and to be treated with all the respect. Our counter attendant was so friendly & patient and the manager (I’m guessing was the manager) was so friendly. I rarely eat indoors at a fast food restaurant, but the manager checked in on us once as if we were at a dine-in-only restaurant. Impressive!! Well done to the team at Wendy’s in Nitro WV.“

“I just had to leave a review about my experience here. I made an online order and the person that made my food forgot an add on I paid for. I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. This is how customer service is done and you guys will always have my business on my treat days!“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

“I was there to have my order from the previous days lunch remade. They offered to replace the entire order as there was an issue with each and every item. Two items that were not ordered with sour cream had it on them both and two items that were add pico , has none added. Normally I would not defend such over sites but the drive thru was very busy at the time of the initial order. We had 3 different orders in the one vehicle, all of which includes items of special request. Mine was the only one with issues and they made it right. I called several hours after the visit to ask what I should do...my firstand last bite of my bite of Burrito oozed sour cream...I was done with that. I spoke with Tiffany, who is also anti sour cream and sympathized with the situation. I didn't have the receipt available...but I did have all the food. She said bring it with me and they would replace the order. I did, they did. It was right the second time around and even thru in a soft taco for fur baby who was riding shotgun ,,,and they are his favorite, minus the lettuce of course. All is well that ends well. “We went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location this morning on our way to Amish Country and before we were even parked in front of window #2 to pick up our food, we heard this angelic voice saying hello to our “beautiful faces”. She was so friendly and complimentary, even telling me I had a Farrah Fawcett vibe going on with my hair :). She was so pleasant. It was truly refreshing in a world where there is so much negativity.
