“Winfield is a small town with just a handful of restaurants including wendys! On that note, Wendy's stays pretty steady at all hours, I have never had any problem with waiting to long, or my food being messed up. I've never ran into those problems. Everyone that has waited on me, is always pleasant and energetic. On the end note, I can't say anything bad about this little place! You will be greeted with sweet smiling faces!! “they r slow and the food is yuck I got a 10pc chicken nugget meal with large fry n drink my fries were half full and cold and old I took them back gave them to 1st window she said pull up to next window so I did they were waiting on me with a fry so I grabbed n goed got half way home which is 2mins from McDonald's and ate a fry it was still cold n old it looks like they added more cold old fries to the ones I returned so I called the manager maralynn she said on the phone she remembers me returning fries cause she dropped fresh fries for me but I was only at the drive thru once I gave them old fries for 30 seconds it takes at least 3 mins to make fresh fries she lied plain out lied and my friend just stopped working there and she knows maralynn and said she never deals with the fries she never drops them or anything other than scooping them up into the small med lrg boxes McDonald's in Winfield WV sucks“

“Super clean and bright! Mitchell greeted us immediately and took our order. Was very hospitable & kind! I wanted a sub as a salad and he helped me right out! It was no problem! He really knows customer service! We enjoyed our lunch so much! He will be the reason we come back to this location! We boat and Subway holds very well out on the water! Thank you for being open!“

“Very clean McDonalds with quick and friendly service. I stopped here to use the restroom and get a drink. The staff was very polite and friendly. At the time I stopped (1:30pm), there were about 6 other customers in the restaurant and a line of 5 cars in the drive thru.“

I called in and the staff was so lovely about the whole situation. They told me to come back and I was just expecting to just get the add on I was missing but they replaced my entire meal at no cost. I loved the burgers, I really recommend them, (great job to the cooks btw) the wife loved the roast beef sandwich, my son absolutely loved the BBQ pulled pork.“

“I would love to give a shout out to Hurricane McDonald's. Today, I believe to be a manager or assistant manager, came in to Fruth Pharmacy to get some Lysol spray. So very friendly. I made a comment, well you could have brought me a senior black coffee. I was just joking. A little later an employee shows up with 4 cups of coffee and Apple and cherry pies. Such a wonderful act of kindness. All the employees at Fruth want to thank you so much.“

“Great food! Only gripe is the steep parking lot. Our bumper bent inward due to the parking lot. We're lucky it didnt rip off. We had to twist tie it in place. Please get the parking lot fixed. Its not ok and the city needs to take care of it.

“We went through the drive-thru at this McDonald’s location this morning on our way to Amish Country and before we were even parked in front of window #2 to pick up our food, we heard this angelic voice saying hello to our “beautiful faces”. She was so friendly and complimentary, even telling me I had a Farrah Fawcett vibe going on with my hair :). She was so pleasant. It was truly refreshing in a world where there is so much negativity. “honestly this is the ONLY McDonald's I will eat at super clean the staff mostly young folks but they really try hard n do a fine job,maintnance dept there keeps it super clean nice inside and outside and the homeless hang around are there but again I've seen the maintenance guys keep on chek or run m off like I said it's the only McDonald's I even go to,bad note the senior coffee isn't free anymore,but its still McDonald's coffee n they have Splenda“
