“This destination dinner was the highlight of our short vacation from Ohio…not only were the food and scenery and ambiance Top Notch , but what even made it more special and unique was getting the chance to talk with the very humble and talented sushi chefs , Will and Hunter , along with waitress, Hailey . It’s the kind of meal/atmosphere/experience that makes you grateful for the experience but also sad that it is over. You all will never be forgotten… keep chasing your dreams and being amazing !!!

“Really fine food to be had here. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. We had the crispy artichokes as a starter. So good! Also shared a bavette steak which was cooked as ordered. Service was prompt but not overbearing. Highly recommended!”

“My wife Julie and yours truly visited Jackson the summer of 2023. Covid restrictions were finally lifted and "Yellowstone here we come". We enjoyed the ride up to Corbet's Cabin, anticipation powering our desires for the world's best waffles. The short wait in the line leading into this quaint mountain shack was filled with skies adorned with tandem hang gliders soaring down the canyon. The smells of waffles tantalize or senses with visions of syrup covered slopes of delicious heavenly cooked waffles. We were not disappointed. Wow!! I don't know if it was the ambience of the mountains that added to the elevation of those circles of moist flour and eggs and butter or just their own merit. Either way, mountains, waffles, Wyoming, or God's gastronomic intervention the reputation was well supported by my taste buds. I humbly extend my gratitude for one of life's hidden treasures. Yuuuummmy!”

“Overall it has been a positive experience. Check-in: I arrived after check in time. Staff is always friendly. Leo checked me in on my first visit. Second visit I saw him and he recalled our conversation from the time before. They are dog friendly which is a plus in my book. Room: first experience was fantastic, the room had a wet bar, real plates, silverware, fridge and microwave. On my second stay there was not the above accommodations. However, I called and a fridge and microwave were brought to my room. All rooms seem to have some type of balcony which is nice. I will ask for the first room when I visit again. House Keeping: is every three days you can ask for additional housekeeping if needed. We had them come our second night and remove our trash. Easy call to the front desk. Restaurant: Food is excellent. Try the stracciatella it is out of this world and the beef short ribs melt in your mouth. We enjoyed cocktails during our dining as well. Josiah was wonderful and ensured we were accommodated because we had our pup and did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome, Debbie provided excellent service and Mike the manager stopped by to chat for a while. We visited the restaurant twice on our visit. The second visit we called down prior to coming and when we arrived, our table was set for us and dog water in all.”

“You either need a new bartender that knows how to be speedy when busy or hire two bartenders on the weekends. Drink service was frustratingly slow so our waiter had to make our drinks. Our waiter was very good and knew how to hustle on a busy night”

“We came to Café Genevieve for breakfast and it was delicious. I got the s’mores French toast, which was fantastic. The Buffalo sausage links were really good and are a must. We were able to eat outside, which was really fun for the ambience. There’s only one bathroom for this restaurant so be forewarned.”

“So good! We came here with our four younger kids after hiking all day in the Tetons. It is our last day in town so I’m thankful for a fun experience that made our last big dinner on vacation memorable. Sebastian was an amazing server, kind, and kept our waters filled because we were so thirsty and the local cuisine was outstanding. My 8 year old son literally said it was the burger of his dreams (off the kids menu). Rainbow trout, amazing. Bison brisket, divine. Even down to the micro greens they used for flavor (perfect pairing) and kimchi for added spice that was not overpowering. Atmosphere was wonderful and customer service was outstanding, honoring a coupon that we ended up not really qualifying for. So it really meant a lot to us with having four kids and a pricy menu! Fantastic!”

“This was our first time to dine at Calico and we were delighted. The food was both innovative and well-executed ((Try the Crispy Eggplant and the Watermelon Salad!) and the outdoor seating atmosphere was beautiful; overlooking a large shaded lawn where families with children were dining and playing. But it was the restaurant staff that made our experience so enjoyable. The reception staff were literally herding cats to juggle people with reservations, walk-ins like us, and people placing/picking up to-go orders. And our server (Scott-a transplant from Maryland) was very knowledgeable and willing to patiently answer our myriad of questions about the menu items. EVERYthing in the Jackson Hole area is more expensive than it really should be...Calico was actually worth it, in our experience.”

“The service from our waitress Fiona was top-tier. She was very personable, friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was upscale yet approachable. The Mediterranean food was out of this world, from the hummus, the za’atar seasoned fries, the lamb burger to the pita wraps. Every bite was excellent, and we had an overall very pleasant experience here.”
