“Amazing atmosphere! I loved the interior design of the coffeehouse and the staff were kind and welcoming. I went around 1:00 PM on a holiday and it was pretty busy, all of the tables were filled so if you are planning to stay awhile and study/do work I would recommend coming early. I ordered an iced matcha latte and it was really good!“

Shout out to Karen, you're one of a kind. You're an absolute pleasure to be around and have such an incredible talent when it comes to your baking (amongst other talents!) with a heartwarming and hilarious personality.
Last, but certainly not least, Rob, you are hilarious, respectful and always willing to lend a hand wherever and whenever you can.
The owners, Rob & Karen are remarkable. They always go above and beyond in every way. Aside from just a "Coffee Shop" (if you will) these folks are family oriented and it shows.“
“This local coffee shop is an absolute favourite of mine. One of the best dirty chai’s I’ve ever had. The staff are nice and they really get to know you, one of the many charms (since they always remind me of my stamp card and know I forget.)
I love the availability of different milks, and that they have lactose free, vegan syrup and vegan food options.
I live out of town, and the drive in is worth the drinks, the atmosphere, and the service. I’ve spent hours hanging out with friends, drinking coffee and enjoying the vibes. ?“

“Is a sterile looking place that also houses a pharmacy, the latte I had was standard, however the scone I indulged in was absolutely incredible. There is wifi and outlets to rejuice devices. Clean and minimalistic. I like it but it definitely lacks Hygge“

“I come here just about EVERY morning before work since I work in the outlet mall.. my FAV people ❤️ they make everyday so special for me, i order just about the same thing everyday and almost everyone has my order just about memorized and always write me little notes on my coffee and the sweetest people ever!!! I never get their names or I forget, but the Blondie especially is absolutely the sweetest and even when she doesn’t work drive through she always tries to say hi!! Or the girl who use to have red hair always so sweet to me and talks to me about work or compliments me!! But overall everyone there makes every day so special and what I look forward too every morning no matter who is working!“

“Seriously, we go in here all the time. But this time was different. I got my 12 year old to order and she noticeably had anxiety, but Anton helped her through it and encouraged her to continue and that she did a great job.
I will continue to go to this location now because of Anton. It is hard to find good customer service these days!

“Went through the drive-thru. Drinks were ready quickly and the barista at the window helped me figure out how to use my mobile coupon for 50% off a drink. Drinks were fresh, hot, and delicious.
Parking: At least 20 available spots within a short walk to the store.“

“The customer service is incomparable. We had a cookie delivery scheduled for a sympathy gift which had already went out for delivery when we found out the recipients had already left home. Cookies by George helped us by holding the order and letting us fulfill it later when the recipients were back home. We appreciated their kindness and flexibility immensely. When they were delivered later things went perfectly. We will definitely be using them in the future! Amazing cookies and impeccable service. Thank you so much!“

“I've been going religiously to this location since they opened and have had almost entirely positive experiences. I'm a brown sugar milk tea fan and they get this drink consistently right. A one off here and there is to be expected as far as service/staffing goes: employee turnover is noticeable and a bit of patience/empathy when dealing with new employees goes a long way... It's a win-win if they want to stick around and keep serving up that sweet elixir of life.“

Angelica is also an amazing barista that handled pressure in the drive thru well a day ago when they were short staffed. She had a trainee in the drive thru who made many mistakes but Angelica was quick to make my order right and handled herself in a calm, kind and professional manner ??
I have to strongly disagree with the negative reviews posted and think those people must be entitled, rude customers/ people to begin with. Service workers deal with a lot and being kind goes a long way. I Highly recommend this Starbucks. They have hundreds of regulars that have been going for years and love it!“

“Service should be an example of how things should be done. Friendly staff make the whole event so much better. The only issues is the same with all Starbucks; it is very noisy, too much so. The music is awful making it worse. Starbucks as a company needs to deal with this issue at all their stores.“

“Impecable service with demanding, entitled customers. Taysea (not sure about spelling) was lovely and very helpful. As we waited for coffee to be brewed, we noticed the line of expectant, and clearly entitled customers that she would have to deal with after us. As a commentary to the disrespect shown to people in the service industry I felt compelled to leave this review to illustrate how difficult and yet how friendly and courteous the service was. Some of these people just need to take a step back and treat others the way they would like to be treated if they were in the same position. In terms of the food and the coffee, it was all good. However, in terms of the service, it was impeccable.“
