“Came here the other day looking to get the new croissant breakfast sandwich because they've been advertising it so much lately. We were there between about 8:20-8:30 & the croissants weren't ready. So I had to choose a breakfast wrap instead. Rather dissapointed because I feel by 8:30 things should easily be made and ready for customers for the breakfast menu. You guys open at 5:30 AM.
The wrap was good, filling, resteraunt was clean & tidy. I'd come back here.“

“Stopped here on my way up to Smoky Lake. I haven’t been to a Tim Horton’s for a few years due to a general decline in their quality, cleanliness and service.

Today I ordered a small coffee, with the price being $1.77 after tax. The cashier was quick and I got my coffee within 15 seconds even though there were other patrons as well as a full drive thru. He was very nice. Since I haven’t had Tim’s coffee for a while I could taste the distinct difference in the coffee taste. Very delicious.

Overall nice, but could use a good cleaning throughout the dining area.“

This is very clearly a medium poured into a large cup… I still paid like 5 bucks for a coffee. Come on Tim’s… at least your staff are polite. Usually a good spot to stop at“

“This place is usually busy and high traffic, but everyone tries to do their best to serve despite the pressure from lineups.

It is customer service, like with everything else, so if you're being an ass they can sense that. But if you're pretty nice and patient, most often than not, they will be kind, and sometimes go above and beyond with how they serve.

The drinks here are excellent, especially during busy hours, you are guaranteed a fresh cup. Although the food and drink selection here is limited relative to other locations, the portions are as expected and hot.

Pros: Come here if you want something quick and simple from the drivethru. A quickie.

Cons: They don't have lattes and espresso machine.“
