I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Tim Hortons, thanks to Geri at store #101386, located at 9850 34th Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 6L1. I visited on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 10:30 AM, and from the moment I interacted with Geri, I knew this wasn’t just an ordinary experience – it was extraordinary!

The way Geri took my order was incredible. She was polite, humble, and professional, making me feel like I was receiving 56-star hotel service! She greeted me warmly, listened attentively, and ensured every detail of my order was spot-on. Her genuine care and hospitality went far beyond what I expected from a coffee run. It truly felt like she wanted me to have the best experience possible.

Also, I always encounter numerous homeless people, which makes it unpleasant when I am with family or friends.

“This is the only timmies that I go everyday, I 90% never had a problem with my order which is not very possible on other timmies. I order tea and food almost everyday, my tea is always fresh and the amount of cream and sugar is always the perfect amount. The workers are very nice and they always smile. “Accurate with their orders, the creamy chocolate chill has tasted different these past few weeks I don't know if they changed the chocolate they use for it which is unfortunate. I am not a fan of the new taste. It's like Wanna-Be fancy tasting chocolate and its too much, the old taste was better. I used to order it all the time- it was the only drink I ordered from Tims but now that it tastes different, I don't think I will be buying this new tasting chocolate chill. I have ordered multiple times in different days and at different locations and they all seem to be rolling out this new tasting creamy chocolate chill. Rip old Creamy Chocolate Chill you will be missed.“

We ordered Cilantro Lime Slow Cooked Chicken with Cheese Wrap, Honey Dip Donut and Medium Original Blend Black Coffee.

I noticed that they had Flatbread Pizza, so we also ordered Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza, Boston Cream Donut and Medium Original Blend Black Coffee.

The flatbread pizza was bigger than I expected and had tomato sauce, chicken and parmesan cheese on top. It was tasty.

The Boston Cream Donut had a coat of chocolate syrup and some pastry cream inside. It was quite sweet, so it might be better to enjoy it sometimes, but not too often.“

“This has been my go to Tim Hortons for YEARS. I have never had an issue with my order or drink. The service here is amazing. I go through the drive through nearly every day and i cant tell you enough how much i love Deborah (i think thats her name) she is so so so nice, polite, and funny. She has put a smile on my face for YEARS every single time i go through the drive thru and you dont even see her face. “What can you say. It's Timmy's. Bland food, hockey themed chains, and expensive cookies. Donuts are decent, but of course you pay the price at night, or you pad the spare tire. The roast beef sandwich looks really sparse compared to the ads which looks like a full scrumptious sandwich. Well I'm here to say, don't get fooled. It's TINY. “Nice Tim Hortons restaurant. My visit here was brief as I only bought an Iced Cappuccino and left. The restaurant looked clean and the service was fast and friendly. Easy access and open for all. Standard Tim’s so that when you enter you will feel familiar with the products and store.“
