“I just wanted to tell that there is a big big difference in the way evening staff and morning staff treat you, night staff was rather so sweet, priyanka and colleen served me anf let me tell you best service ever but they really need to work on the team for morning drive thru, they are rude, do not serve you well, ruins your mood and day. Please work on your morning staff they dont know how customer service works at all.“

“Came here the other day looking to get the new croissant breakfast sandwich because they've been advertising it so much lately. We were there between about 8:20-8:30 & the croissants weren't ready. So I had to choose a breakfast wrap instead. Rather dissapointed because I feel by 8:30 things should easily be made and ready for customers for the breakfast menu. You guys open at 5:30 AM.
The wrap was good, filling, resteraunt was clean & tidy. I'd come back here.“

“I have been to many tim hortons locations in the past 2 months even more so in the past 3 weeks from Canmore, Calgary up to Edmonton. Without hesitation this was the cleanest friendliest location I have stepped foot in. The bathroom had impeccable cleanliness. The place looked clean and tidy. I understood why so many people where just having a coffee and sitting in the building alone.It was a great atmosphere. I thanked the staff when I was in and I thank them now for their hard work and diligent house keeping skills. They should be proud of themselves and their work as it did not go unnoticed. That was not that big of an issue because the staff were friendly and filled our order very quickly making this Tim Hortons visit in the upper echelon of satisfaction porn visiting Tim Hortons coffee shops.“

Got my order right and I’m not proud of this, but I got slightly short with one of the workers because I just walked really long way and I was hot and sweaty and just wanted my order to be taken quickly since I just wanted a water and iced tea (I later got a pizza and soup) but honestly wait time was a little longer than I expected, especially since the people before me only got ice caps in quenchers.“
