“Most of the staff is very nice.. there's some staff if you order more than one drink or similar drinks they don't ring it in and tell you you didn't order it and some of the food isn't that fresh. Also they don't have a door that open automatically which makes it hard for disabled and or strollers to come in“

Every time, every order, from start to finish, I was greeted by a warm welcome and smile, and in between he engages in small talk to keep the vibe and atmosphere going and engaging for other customers as well. “A very pleasant Tim Hortons in the UofA area that is located on the ground floor of a large atrium that connects two buildings. Access is off 114 St.

This is a mall type coffee shop with no drive thru window and in this case there is no parking. It's a walking destination. There is lots of seating, some of it comfortable chairs, making for a nice place to have a coffee break. Most of the people using this Tim Hortons work in either of the two large buildings on either side of the atrium. There is also some nice art in the atrium.

When the weather is pleasant there are two nice outdoor semi circular seating areas (not an actual restaurant patio) that are located on the south east corner of 114 St and 87 Ave and the other is at the south west corner of 112 St and 87 Ave (basically the north west and north east corners of this large building)“

“I been there several times and observed that the hospitality and happiness which Amit khanna provides no body even touched it eventhough it was very busy morning but he managed to take care of our family and my son . Happy to visit here again and again .shout out for Amit .keep rocking“

“Stopped in to grab some drinks and snacks. Sat down as it was after dinner. On google the store opens till 10pm but we got asked to leave a few minutes after sitting down, told 8pm was closing time. Had i known that when we ordered to sit down i would of taken stuff to go. Other than, it was a a decent experience.“
