“Usually I’ll be greeting with “good morning” when I step my foot into the door. This morning were so different. Although the room were filled with people sitting down having their coffee already. The two attendants were busy behind the counter. It’s my birthday today. I walked in for my free complimentary coffee. My daughter and I are the huge fans of this place. A Typical Canadian. Just too friendly 😊. I bought a Sweat top which my daughter convinced me to get one for my birthday. She owns 2 pieces of the sweat tops she got there before we left for our 3 months trip to Asia. So ya! I don’t know how to rate their service this morning. So ya! Whatever issues we have. Especially in public service. Please don’t bring it to work. It’s not fair to bring it on to others’ lives. We have no idea who can be walking into your place. That person could be wanting to be in a nice and positive environment because he/she might be having a bad time going on in their lives. That’s all I’m gonna say here!

I have used their online ordering twice (once for a delivery and once for a pick-up). The experience was smooth and easy to use. They have new flavours every week. They are always a hit as a gift!“

“Dessert are really good... We tried and would recommend Funnel Cake-Pitache, the Belgian Creations -Chill to the cone, and Skillet cookies -for the love of Rocher, Funnel Fry Poutine- fudge and caramel concoction. Drinks are heaven too.
Service is outstanding - Shanu is very helpful and very friendly. The place itself is very spacious and clean when we went. We visited to other location too but this one is the biggest one we've been so far.

“Surprisingly a busy diner in NE part of Edmonton. We came here for brunch, I guess the best thing about this place is getting your money's worth. Good food portions and service.

“Visited Tea Bar Cafe as part of CTC's Sweet Side of Chinatown tour. We sampled both their milk tea with pearls and their bubble waffle. Both were really delicious. The milk tea in particular had a really nice and complex flavour.

The cafe itself was super cute. I loved the decorations and tiles. I heard they do kareoke here sometimes and I will difenitely be coming back sometime so I can experience that.“

“I highly recommend Cookie Love. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with their large selection of cookies. I bought a couple of dozen cookies for my staff party which was a big hit. My favourite cookie was their gluten free chocolate chip cookie. If you get a chance Cookie Love is worth trying and worth your money.“

“It’s just a small place with big vibes. There is climbing walls right beside the cafe part. The hot chocolate was like the old fashioned type, where you can actually have a wonderful smooth drink. Big yum. So yeah I will be back there. By the way, the scone beside the hot chocolate was also delicious. So tender and buttery. With egg and ham.“

When I am not sure what I want, staff are eager to make suggestions, and I have never been disappointed. Lattes are $5, hard to find lattes for that price in this neighbourhood. Somewhat higher prices, but good-sized servings to match.Only two tables, and chairs at the bar but the manager introduces people to each other and they can sit together. “Came here the other day looking to get the new croissant breakfast sandwich because they've been advertising it so much lately. We were there between about 8:20-8:30 & the croissants weren't ready. So I had to choose a breakfast wrap instead. Rather dissapointed because I feel by 8:30 things should easily be made and ready for customers for the breakfast menu. You guys open at 5:30 AM.
The wrap was good, filling, resteraunt was clean & tidy. I'd come back here.“

I tried for the first time at this venue. The customizable option available there helped to make the order with my preferences.

I visited on a busy day and was a bit worried about the order time. I got my order in a quick time without facing endless waiting. Appreciate the service provided by the staff person who said her name was Cat. She handled my order and it was absolutely spot-on.

The taste of the bubble tea was great, service was fantastic. I would say, this is a better place for a bubble tea in downtown, Edm.“
