“Came here for the first time. It was amazing. Got 2lbs of crawfish. 1lb of snow crab and then added sausage, corn, potatoes. Came out to only $80 with drinks as well. The entire bowl was filled when it came out. We ate till we were super full and still took half a bag home. Cajun sauce with 1x spicy level. 10/10 recommend. Waited little bit for order to be taken on a slow day but the food came out literally minutes after getting order taken so it didn’t make a difference. They serve the food very quickly. Everyone was super nice there and helpful.“

“Terrible service, brought friends from outside of state and it was embarrassing after telling them what a "great" place. Halibut was over cooked and too much batter. The waitress made a RUDE remark about a server who dropped a plate of food. We were basically ignored. It wasn't even busy, mid-afternoon. SORRY, I still have gift cards to spend because I don't really want to go back. disappointed 😞“

“Been here many times and it’s always great! We like to go at least once a month because it’s one of our favorite restaurants in Anchorage. Staff is very friendly and the food is always delicious! Great variety of banchan that varies from time to time. Tried a lot of the different dishes, some of my favorites have been the Mahndoo Guk (beef dumpling soup), rabokki (spicy rice cake with ramen), bibimbop, and samgyup sal (pork belly table grill meat)! I also recommend the Bokbunja (Korean fruit wine), it’s very good. I definitely recommend dining in for the full experience!“

“Very very special place. Run and solely operated by veteran chef-San who makes a delicious miso soup and some of the best rice I’ve had outside of Japan. The chirashi bowl was delicious!! “Such a great spot! This oyster and champagne bar is seriously awesome. The oysters were super fresh and delicious, you can really taste the quality. Champagne was flowing and paired perfectly with everything. Loved the vibe too chill, and stylish. Staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations (especially for someone who just likes to eat oysters but has no idea what to pair with them 😄). And the menu had other tasty treats too not just oysters! Everything we tried was spot-on. Definitely coming back soon. “The wedge salad was great. Large portion of crispy lettuce, a handful of cherry tomatoes, tons of blue cheese and tasty crispy bacon. The battered, deep fried halibut and fries were good. Tasty morsels of halibut. Admittedly, I took the batter off and enjoyed the halibut. Fries were typical bagged and seasoned variety. I did enjoy my prosecco while my husband enjoyed a root beer. We could have just ordered one order, it was enough for both of us. Our server was a little scatter brained as she didn't remember what we ordered and we had to ask for utensils. Ambiance was fine. Humpy's is an Anchorage so you should try it.“

Plenty of room and quiet on this New Years Day

I chose the Kodiak Crab and Shrim Omelet added mushrooms and bacon! Had a decent crab flavor but was more like a canned crab which doesn't showcase Alaskan Crab, I was hoping nice chunks like from leg pieces and such also the Shrimp were small like salad canned shrimp 🍤. Overall a good dish for was good but I was hoping for something more.

Potatos were average , fixed with salt pepper and hot sauce.

I did enjoy the buttered sourdough toast which was light Buttery and crunchy

Was a good Simple breakfast for $25

Amazing Birria qualifies as the best north of the Rio Grande, and this Mexican traveling well over forty years back and fro Mexico and Cebtral and South America knows his way around Mexican and Latin cuisine.“

“Breakfast was included with my Platinum Bonvoy Marriott status. The buffet was good. Bacon strips are well cooked and not too dry. There is a station to get eggs, omelette and waffle made to order. There is some fruits but not that much. I prefer when the bread buffet have more choices of grains cereal bread. Here many white plain bread or beige plain bread (not much grains there...). So only 4 stars because of lack of interesting breads here.“
