“Stopped in after midnight and my expectations were totally exceeded. The entire store was immaculate. Dining room was clean, store was stocked with everything we wanted, and the sandwich artist was amazing. She made our sandwiches perfectly. “This is my favorite subway, they have the fresh tomatoes every time, and that makes or breaks a subway for me. I'm not sure of his name but the curly haired guy and the young lady with the pigtails are my favorite. They are always super informative and smiling, and willing to help. “I hope this is a one time thing but I was so disappointed in my meal today. I love JJ, and I never thought I’d have anything negative to say but my sandwich left so much to be desired. No lettuce was on it and it was mostly bread with very little avocado. I’ve had the veggie many times before mostly at other locations and it’s never looked like this. Pic attached.“

“I go here at least once per week for lunch during working hours, and when my kids want to go out to eat, they always request to go here for dinner on the weekend as well. The sandwiches and the salads are absolutely amazing since everything is fresh, and you get to pick every single ingredient as they make it for you. I cannot believe how fantastic the food and service is here, and the entertainment that Andy, Tina and Nida provide is a nice bonus too! :)“

“My go to place for a good fast meal. The subs I get are just the way I want. The service is great. However, I am perplexed that the establishment is void of customers when I visit after work hours. Good for me on my way to an event at the BJCC or the not to far away high school.

I have to rave about Teressa at the Subway in Crestwood! The food line was absolutely immaculate—seriously, it looked ready for a commercial. You can tell she takes pride in her work and treats the restaurant like she owns it. She was professional, warm, welcoming, and made the entire experience enjoyable. This was the best customer service I’ve had at any food establishment in years. Subway is lucky to have her—she definitely deserves a raise!“

“Everything is great here. They let you know before you even order if something is out. Not by a sign but a real human. You can get your sandwich mikes way or just make it your own. Very nice staff and bathrooms always clean.

Parking: The parking is shared with Dunkin donuts“

“After going to two other locations and leaving because they were rude… we ended up at this subway. We didn’t get here until 530 and they closed at 6. We were hoping and praying they took us. We needed 5 foot longs. Upon entering we were greeted. There was an older lady alone and she got right to work on our orders with no hesitation and with a smile. As she was finishing up a gentleman came in to finish helping her. No attitudes, didn’t make us feel unwanted….. She was even nice enough to let my two children use the restroom even though there’s no public restroom. I would definitely visit again.“

“Loved the meatball subs! Brandy, Clay April, Alex and Cameron used to set the environment in Subway I loved frequenting the restaurant. Now the environment has shifted and they're not there anymore and honestly don't plan on going back.“

“It is usually pretty good and I left four stars a long time ago. The other day, my order was wrong, the bread was hard, there was no meat on my sandwich when I got home. ? When I returned the next day, the manager and the man working with her were nice, apologized replaced my sandwich.“

“Years ago, i contacted Google to get this place correctly listed. And, back then, they had a good staff. Now, i'm not so sure about this new crew. They have strange hours and i've seen the place closed on a Saturday and the "open" sign running at 3:45am.“

I was surprised to see the young people inside working hard, but they also had a big smile on their faces. It appeared that they were glad to be working there!
