“Someone brought me a plate from here so I can't comment on the service or atmosphere but the food was amazing! Hands down the best hummus and gyro meat that I've ever had, and the pita was fresh and so soft! The serving size was generous, I shared the plate and was full (I normally wouldn't share a plate since I have a large appetite). Highly recommend trying this place if you haven't yet.“
“I am not sure of the origin of the name but this restaurant is definitely the real deal. My wife and I had a delightful experience here. The service was very good from a cheerful reception to a friendly and attentive server. The food was also very good, with large portions and a very competitive price. “There's no denying that this is the "class act" dining destination of Mobile, from the beautiful view 34 stories high to the pianist playing light jazz during our Sunday brunch, no doubt they have alot to offer. Which is why I was so very disappointed to have the waitress reach over me to retrieve the bread basket as I was eating! Literally her armpit was at my nose while I was putting a bite of food into my mouth. So when I asked her if you must she replied in a sparky tone "yes I must" and did it a second time. I had expected them to have had better training than that. Otherwise our experience was perfectly delightful. The food was okay yet a good value for the price, with some creative combinations we enjoyed. When we do go back we'll avoid that light brown haired waitress and hope the others are properly trained and she was just learning.“

The food, service, and atmosphere are phenomenal.We tried oysters for the first time- the oyster sampler- and found the flavors to be well developed and quite delicious. “This was one of the few places open early afternoon around 4pm, which was one of the only times my wife and I were available to have a date meal. This met all expectations, it was not busy (at that time we had the place to ourselves), food was delicious. I listened to the recommendations from the waitress and was not disappointed. We had the biscuit service, marinated crab claws, pulled duck and grits, wine. Highly recommend. Location is odd, seems to be just another house in a neighborhood, parking is available in a little lot nearby.Parking: Small parking lot around the back and side just a small bit down the block.“
“My husband and I pride ourselves on finding the small quaint places to eat that are hidden diamonds. Mojeaux’s blew us both out the water. Crab Bread was next level. My husband had the oysters and crab cakes that were phenomenal. I had ribs with mojo Mac and cheese and fresh collards with smoked turkey legs. Service was impeccable. 10/10 recommend.“

“Found this gem driving from Atlanta to New Orleans. Shrimp Bisque and the Gumbo was out of this world! Fried Oysters and shrimp were awesome as well. “We stopped here for lunch for my brothers birthday on our way back from louisiana and boy were we impressed. Not only do they have handicap/wheelchair accessible entry but they were very accommodating and sat us right away at a table easy for our family member who was in a wheelchair. They had great food and served it all at once and our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She even made it possible to make substitutions for my side. Overall a great experience and will be recommended to my family and friends.“
“My wife and I were looking for great sushi and we found it! It was so fresh and delicious. The specialty rolls were unique and tasty. It's some of the best sushi we ever had. The cocktails were great also. Ashley, our waitress, was delightful! She gave us great service and shared the secret sushi menu with us and then gave us great recommendations. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Mobile. I highly recommend Chuck's!“
“I went to the West Mobile location, and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered, the oyster plate, which consisted of 16 cooked oysters with various flavors. They were delicious, and I can't believe I only paid $28 for this many oysters. Bread was provided before the meal, and the service was very timely. I will definitely return.“
“What a wonderful little café! Casual atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff, and amazing food! I had the shrimp wrap and baked potato salad; both were delicious. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, not overcooked like so many restaurants we've been to. My husband had the Mahalo burger which is a teriyaki glazed burger with pineapple, bacon, Swiss cheese and a special sauce. He said it was the BEST specialty burger he has ever had! (And believe me, he's had a LOT of specialty burgers ?) The burger also came with a generous portion of crispy, tasty sweet potato fries...Yumm!!“
“When we went in it took us a while to be seated, but when they did they lead us through the whole place and sat my party of 8 and a baby in what looked like a secluded meeting room. The walls weren't really complete and there were a few pipes on the wall. The food was pretty good, I got a friggin PECAN CHICKEN BREAST like what?!? That was good, but not 5 stars. The only reason I put service at 5 ⭐ is because when the guy brought our dessert, which was bread pudding, he asked where to put it and I said jokingly "right here!" as a motioned in front of me. Bro didn't even hesitate and just ploped it down in front of me lol. Thanks bread pudding man. It was also expensive, luckily I wasn't paying.“

“Tried this for a quick lunch and was not disappointed. The interior is nothing special and comes across as just a fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and service your own drinks. This is fine for a quick lunch. The service at the counter was friendly and helpful A++. The food was very reasonable, I ordered grilled fish and shrimp which came with 2 sides for about $10. It included grilled onions and peppers and a small “salad”. Everything was delicious and I will be back.“

The vibe was just what we love in a beach town place- open air, casual, great views of the bay and marsh. The beer choices were great local brews (try the Braided River Pilsner and the Fairhope Causeway IPA)We started with the house special Flaming Oysters (baked oysters covered with butter, Parmesan, and more butter). They were very tasty and the quality of the oysters was really really good.For entrees, Mary picked the “Dirty Dozen” (I.e., 13) blackened shrimp that were perfectly grilled and seasoned. For my Dirty Dozen, I selected a combo of blackened shrimp and fried oysters. The oysters were fried to perfection- flavorful and juicy. Even our sides were noteworthy- Memphis Slaw and Fries are both recommended.We topped off our meal with some fresh Key Lime pie (highly recommend) and grabbed some smoked tins dip for later.Without exception, the entire staff was very friendly and certainly made us feel welcome and well cared-for. “So we were in town for a show at the civic center. We originally were going to eat at Loda across the street. But that place was a **** show. So we walked across to TPs. We were immediately greeted by one of the waitresses, told we would be seated shortly. Very shortly was seated with Courtney. She was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. We asked for drinks and they were perfect. It was about 5 o’clock and not so busy, but out of no where(assuming from the show) it got super busy. The owner was an elderly gentleman that reminded me of my pops and came to greet us. Super awesome to see him helping the wait staff too which is super uncommon. Food was really good. We ordered a Philly and jambalaya pasta with queso and chips. Soooo goood!!! The drinks were delicious. I am only writing this review because of two things. 1. The wait staff and restaurant handled getting busy like an absolute pro!!! 2. Because we were originally going to Lodas across the street because I read the reviews and was like they seem like that got something going on over there. Boy was I glad we gave this place a shot. 11/10“

“This place is jam-packed during lunch with a line outside of the door. I didn't order off of the hot bar. I have a phobia of things sitting out even if it's inclosed. I ordered a seafood plate. It didn't take as long as I thought that it would consider the number of people. I kinda skipped the line after waiting a bit. Suggestion There are 2 women working the front. One fixing plates off the hot bar and the other ringing up the customer. Some people are undecided or getting more than o e plate fixed. They should have 2 lines, and if the person on the register was taking orders and payments to people having orders placed, then it would cut down on as much waiting.The food was good and the staff could smile and be more inviting. ?“
“Soooo good!!! I have been here twice now, and I'm addicted. They have specials every day, but I'm in love with the baked chicken. It is too good. It's seasoned perfectly and so juicy. The smothered porkchops and the chopped steak are also good. The greens, the green beans, the mashed potatoes, cabbage, and rice are all to die for. And the lemonade is too good!!! No matter what you pick, it's going to be good!“

“Great little secret seafood place - the gumbo is delicious and the poor boys are made on New Orleans style fresh French bread, large shrimp, delicious catfish- every time I come I missed the fried turkey wings. They're always sold out one day. I'm going to try those too.“
“I've been craving seafood, so I decided to try Springhill Seafood, and I'm so glad I did! The grilled shrimp and scallops were perfectly cooked and the sides were tasty too. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be a regular here!“

“I am not one to give reviews, especially 5-star reviews, but this one is well deserved! My family and I were passing through Mobile and just needed a quick lunch to suffice us. We came across this lovely place. When you first walk in the store is clean and the people working were very welcoming and helpful. The guy answered all my questions with such kindness and gave his recommendations. I ordered one entree from happy hour, a shrimp poboy, and some fried fish. Everything was spectacular! Freshly made, plate’s overfilled, and taste was amazing! I love an over stuffed poboy! Thank you to Cajun Corner for making my family’s day with some awesome Cajun food. 10/10 RECOMMENDED!“
“We had the pleasure of celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday here. I called and reserved a space for about 15 and they were kind enough to provide us and entire room to ourselves. Our server, Nay, was absolutely amazing. We were also visited by the assistant manager….I am so embarrassed to say that I have forgotten her name, however, I know it started with an A! She was also truly amazing. They went out of their way (literally) to make my dad’s celebration fantastic. The food was remarkable (chef’s kiss). I believe this will always be our go to venue for celebrations and I hope we always have Nay and Ms. A!“

“We had a party of 10 and were seated within 10 minutes. Great variety on the menu and everyone was pleased with their entrees. The salads were very fresh and the house vinegrette was excellent. “I haven't been to the Boiling Pot in a long time. There was one near my house but it was closed down a few years ago. I was out near the Airport boulevard location and decided to make an order.The half fried shrimp poboy seemed like the best idea. I wasn't trying to eat a whole lot. When I got there I only had to wait a few minutes.When I got home the food was still warm. And as I opened the plate I suddenly remembered why I loved the Boiling Pot. Shrimp filled the plate. I knew I wouldn't finish eating all this. The shrimp were perfection. The only blemish I would say were the fries. They seemed like they were overcooked. The fries didn't spoil the meal. I would definitely recommend the shrimp poboy.“
