“Years ago, when I was a teenager, I worked at Durbin Farms Market. Since graduating, I’ve moved out of town and every time I come back to town, which isn’t often I visit Durban’s farms and eat. The last two times I’ve been the sandwiches and soups have been absolutely amazing. I am so happy to see this company continuing to thrive even years later! Keep up the good work!“

“Made an online order, but somehow, our BMT ended up with red vinaigrette dressing after I had only marked Extra Mayonnaise. I also ordered a Philly Steak and Cheese with a few extra toppings and Baja Chipotle sauce which I use on all my subs. All looked good, I submitted the order and as the order came back showing it had been sent (after quite some time on the phone waiting on it to accept), I noticed that the dressings were duplicated and incorrect. The order said it would be ready at 4:35 pm. I called several times, easily 10 times and got a recording that the nobody was available to take the call, so I had to pack up from work and hustle to the store to try and save the subs. Got there at 4:25 pm, subs were already made. Explained the situation to them (the mixture of the dressings on each sounded like something to sicken your stomach) and I had checked everything before I submitted the order. Also added that the phone number listed through Google and online as well as the web was not being answered. Younger male and younger female working. Very nice, very cordial, after explaining my situation, the remade our subs. I had to make the drive back home to Wetumpka with them and let me add that they were absolutely amazing. Best Subway subs we have had in a long time. We always order from the store on S 7th St as it is just up the road from my work. Thanks for saving our subs and providing an excellent dinner tonight!!“

“We just stopped by here on the way to Florida for family vacations.
The sandwich we ordered was excellent and my husband asked me how I liked it?,
To that I said “even though I’m not really that hungry, it is satisfying!”
But the young lady BELLA was the icing on the cake. She knew what her responsibilities are, satisfying customers and that’s exactly what she accomplished.
