“Ordered my lunch from Papa John's Pizza (Forestdale, AL) today and the order was delivered much faster than the estimated time. it was hot and fresh and delivered by a friendly driver. I appreciate the great service and quality of the food.“

“I placed an order online & usually I don't have any problems at all.
We'll when I get home & finally sit down to eat I noticed what I ordered I didn't receive that..So I took one look & scoop & immediately thrower it away..because that's not what I ordered..I ordered the five cheese dipping sauce..has my mouth set for that & very disappointing...“

“Absolutely fantastic! The food is so delicious. The service was good. The ambiance from the candles is delightful. It's possibly the best rustic pizza I have ever had (& that's saying a lot. I know food at 6 foot 250lbs.) The garlic bread is also fantastic. The photo shows the cheese version, but we had both, and either way, it is great!
We will definitely come here any time we are in town.

“They made a reservation and some of our people were early, of everyone in our party had to wait for everyone to get there and all walk in together. So some of our people were late and they canceled our reservations it’s my Grandson 16th Birthday Party!! I tried to order my Grandson a pizza, I was told it would be 20 minutes for one large pepperoni and sausage pizza after 25 minutes, I was told it would be 20 more minutes, we were all ready having to go find somewhere else to eat!!! I had to get my money back and wait on the manager to ok everything . So no food and 16th Birthday party ruined!!!“

“We ordered two create your own pizzas, cheese bread sticks, strawberry cake and received a complimentary piece of red velvet cake because of the long wait. The restaurant was clean, the pizza and cheese sticks were excellent. The price was good for the sizes. We ordered 12 and 14 inch. The marinara sauce had a little unexpected kick to it, but it was good.The cake was good. I was trying to decide if the strawberry cake was better than Edgar’s because it was pretty good.The staff was very nice. I would definitely return. The kids liked it too.“

“Food is good when it's made right. I get the same thing every time, but it's never made the same. I picked up a Newks Q pizza just now that I ordered with no jalapeños. I did check it before I left, and it appeared fine. But whoever made it took it upon them selves to make the pizza with no sauce or chili either. I know what the sauce looks like. That pizza was dry AF. Super disappointing when you pay almost $20 for one pizza with a tip.“

“The food was amazing!! Our waitress was not good. I go to lunch with friends once a month. For me good conversation and good food is important. Restaurants that don't have any soft surfaces to absorb sound are very loud. We could not hear others across the table. If the restaurant ever decided to improve noise reduction I'd be a regular. The food was really exceptional which is not easy to find in Birmingham.“

“Ordered my food it was here in under 45 mins. That should be normal but there was 1 driver. He had an order to drop off before mine and still made it to me 30 mins after I ordered my pizza. “I’m a regular at this location, love the staff to pieces! Literally everyone there. Usually order a half cheese, half bacon pizza and always hits the spot. Terril was so sweet to come into children's hospital lobby to hand me my food instead of me coming out side to meet him. Great job guys! It's hard enough when you have a kid in the hospital, this just helped make my night! Btw last time I was here I ordered pizza hut and it took them 2 hours to show up.“
