“Ordered my lunch from Papa John's Pizza (Forestdale, AL) today and the order was delivered much faster than the estimated time. it was hot and fresh and delivered by a friendly driver. I appreciate the great service and quality of the food.“

We'll when I get home & finally sit down to eat I noticed what I ordered I didn't receive that..So I took one look & scoop & immediately thrower it away..because that's not what I ordered..I ordered the five cheese dipping sauce..has my mouth set for that & very disappointing...“

“This past weekend, we went to Pizza Grace because the original owners sold it to the owners of Big Spoon Creamery. So, out of fear and curiosity, we wanted to see if our favorite pizza place was still our favorite pizza place. Let’s just start. The garlic bread they switched the focaccia with pizza dough, spread fairly thin so it was light and crispy and they swapped the garlic oil for garlic butter with herbs. This was actually really good! We both enjoyed it and thought the flavor of the butter was way better than the original garlic olive oil spread. However, I think they should have kept the focaccia bread and just swapped the olive oil with the garlic and herb butter. That would have been an easy 10/10. But unfortunately, even though it was still very good, it gets an 8.5/10. The pizza itself was still basically the same. We got the pepperoni pizza. Upon arrival and tasting, we could tell they cut back on the red pepper flakes, which we were both happy about. Our main issue was the fact that we could tell, visually, the pizza was smaller and not as big as it used to be. We didn’t like that we were paying basically the same price for less pizza. I’d recommend either making the pizzas bigger again or lowering the price. This also would have been a 10/10, but we’re taking off points for the pizza being visibly smaller and giving it a 9.5/10. For dessert, I got the Big Spoon Bar, which has fior di latte, salted caramel, TCHO chocolate, sea salt, and hazelnut in it. No notes here easy 10/10. I literally could not complain. First bite was heaven! All in all, this was very good with only a few minor disappointments. Is this still my favorite pizza place? Yes. Will I return? Yes, I will but I also think it depends on whether they adjust the price or return the pizza to its original size. That’s literally just how we feel since we’ve been going there for years. “They made a reservation and some of our people were early, of everyone in our party had to wait for everyone to get there and all walk in together. So some of our people were late and they canceled our reservations it’s my Grandson 16th Birthday Party!! I tried to order my Grandson a pizza, I was told it would be 20 minutes for one large pepperoni and sausage pizza after 25 minutes, I was told it would be 20 more minutes, we were all ready having to go find somewhere else to eat!!! I had to get my money back and wait on the manager to ok everything . So no food and 16th Birthday party ruined!!!“

“Love it! I'm not a big pizza fan but I tried this place one Sunday after church when I couldn't deceide what I wanted to eat and was very impressed. I had a chicken fajita pizza. The toppings were just right. My peppers and onions were portioned to the size of my pizza. The cheese was ooey and gooey, not too much and not too little just the right amount of goodness. The service was great and the atmosphere was colorful and cozy. Definitely would eat this pizza again when I'm in the area. Highly recommend!“

“I haven't been to this place a lot since moving here because I live next to another pizza spot, until recently when my parents moved next door. Now I can't stop thinking about this crust. My favorite pizza in Birmingham. My BIL came up recently and said the hot chick may be his fave pizza ever, and he's really picky. I also love the 90s vibe and it's very easy to order on their website. I now have it saved to favorites. Highly recommend.“

“Food is good when it's made right. I get the same thing every time, but it's never made the same. I picked up a Newks Q pizza just now that I ordered with no jalapeños. I did check it before I left, and it appeared fine. But whoever made it took it upon them selves to make the pizza with no sauce or chili either. I know what the sauce looks like. That pizza was dry AF. Super disappointing when you pay almost $20 for one pizza with a tip.“

“Edit: after two unstellar experiences lately (awful wine by the glass, not-so-welcoming service and subpar pizza) I'm lowering the rating.
To me, Luca delivers the best pasta in town. Great quality and cooked al dente for real (not American al dente). Overall the food quality is good, and although it isn't cheap, wine prices are below average which keeps the total tab at a reasonable-ish figure. Service can be a bit slow but always very nice and professional. We have kids and like to stay in the market area, which is quieter and chiller.“

“Ordered my food it was here in under 45 mins. That should be normal but there was 1 driver. He had an order to drop off before mine and still made it to me 30 mins after I ordered my pizza. Her customer service and communication are always immaculate 10/10 every visit! I wish I could say the same for the manager who’s there mid-day. She always has an attitude, is constantly on her phone, and comes across as extremely rude. Honestly, I’d give this place negative 100 stars just for her. However, Crystal is wonderful, and I’d rather my review highlight the positive manager than the negative! When I mentioned writing a review in the car on the way home, my 9-year-old son said, “Make sure you write that even the kids love Ms. Crystal!” so that’s exactly what I’m doing!“

“Idk what the heck is happening at this location but they know how to make a freaking pizza! The last 3 times ive ordered from here has been incredible! Sauce, cheese, topping ratio is on point. Idk if other fast pizza places can keep up.
