“Ordered my lunch from Papa John's Pizza (Forestdale, AL) today and the order was delivered much faster than the estimated time. it was hot and fresh and delivered by a friendly driver. I appreciate the great service and quality of the food.“

“I placed an order online & usually I don't have any problems at all.
We'll when I get home & finally sit down to eat I noticed what I ordered I didn't receive that..So I took one look & scoop & immediately thrower it away..because that's not what I ordered..I ordered the five cheese dipping sauce..has my mouth set for that & very disappointing...“

“Absolutely fantastic! The food is so delicious. The service was good. The ambiance from the candles is delightful. It's possibly the best rustic pizza I have ever had (& that's saying a lot. I know food at 6 foot 250lbs.) The garlic bread is also fantastic. The photo shows the cheese version, but we had both, and either way, it is great!
We will definitely come here any time we are in town.

Parking: Outdoor covered seating available and indoor tables.

“They made a reservation and some of our people were early, of everyone in our party had to wait for everyone to get there and all walk in together. So some of our people were late and they canceled our reservations it’s my Grandson 16th Birthday Party!! I tried to order my Grandson a pizza, I was told it would be 20 minutes for one large pepperoni and sausage pizza after 25 minutes, I was told it would be 20 more minutes, we were all ready having to go find somewhere else to eat!!! I had to get my money back and wait on the manager to ok everything . So no food and 16th Birthday party ruined!!!“

“The little hole in the wall places ( I have found) are sometimes the best places to enjoy. True authentic basic taste of the past. Remembering and yearning for the original Pasquale's sauce on spaghetti from the 70-90's, garlic bread, and salad. The Thousand Island dressing was my favorite. When the lunch buffet used to exist. I truly enjoyed my lunch break from work. Found Gardendale location for Pasquale's. Low and behold, this was exactly what we needed and wanted. Drove 20 miles for 3 whole spaghetti 's/ meatballs $11.00 ( comes with loaf of delicious garlic bread). Added 2 extra loaves ( just in case I wanted more, ha ha). 3 salads with, of course, Thousand Island dressing. 20 miles one way. I will be back with my friends order t?? “Food is good when it's made right. I get the same thing every time, but it's never made the same. I picked up a Newks Q pizza just now that I ordered with no jalapeños. I did check it before I left, and it appeared fine. But whoever made it took it upon them selves to make the pizza with no sauce or chili either. I know what the sauce looks like. That pizza was dry AF. Super disappointing when you pay almost $20 for one pizza with a tip.“

“Great pizza, great service & great vibe (outside dining area)! We ordered the caprese salad and sweet tang pizza on whole wheat crust. Both items were delicious. The caprese salad had just the right amount of balsamic drizzle and fresh mozzarella. The pizza was fantastic with the whole wheat dough. I've had some of the best pizzas in New York, and this was just as good! This was my first time here, and I can not wait to go back. Best pizza I have had so far in my 20+ years of living in the Birmingham area.“

“Ok. Imma keep this short cause I'm tired. Pizza - C. Wings - B+. Salad - B. I judge places by if I would go back again, and I would. This place is similar to Papa Johns. It's not an "authentic" pizza joint, and that's ok. A medium 2 topping pizza with 10 wings, a small salad, and a 20 oz soda for $40 bucks. It's cool.“

“Amazing food!
I am visiting from Florida and this restaurant was recommended as having the best Italian food in town.
I can tell that this for sure is the best Italian food that I've had probably ever.
Amazing flavor with the pasta was cooked to perfection.
The appetizer was also amazing, one of the best mozzarella sticks I've had in a long time.
Parking seems like it could be an issue of there is a lot people though were able to find spot pretty quick
The only thing that unfortunately did not go with the good experience, was the service. Our server pretty came took the left us with a bottle of water and didn't come back until we were pretty much done with out food and were dry with no water left in the bottle.
Still the next time I am in town I'll make sure to visit for amazing Italian experience.“

“I’m a regular at this location, love the staff to pieces! Literally everyone there. Usually order a half cheese, half bacon pizza and always hits the spot. The crust just right — not too thick, not too thin. The cheese side was classic and comforting, and the bacon side had the perfect amount if bacon. Simple, hot, and delicious. Best location!“

“Ordered my food it was here in under 45 mins. That should be normal but there was 1 driver. He had an order to drop off before mine and still made it to me 30 mins after I ordered my pizza. Terril was so sweet to come into children's hospital lobby to hand me my food instead of me coming out side to meet him. Great job guys! It's hard enough when you have a kid in the hospital, this just helped make my night! Btw last time I was here I ordered pizza hut and it took them 2 hours to show up.“

“First dining experience with the food truck tonight at Irondale’s Fun Day at the Tracks. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I had the chicken bacon ranch pizza taco. Everything was fresh, the chicken was tender and the pizza wrap was perfectly toasted. Soft enough to fold, crispy enough to bite! My only complaint is why haven’t I eaten there before!! “Okay so, the district manager was there tonight running the show by herself. I couldn’t imagine how stressful that was first off. Second off, the pizza she made was so delicious! Best one I ever received. I should have asked for her name. It was on 7-12-2025 in Vestavia/hoover. However she made it timely and better than anyone could. Perfect attitude. We did curbside service and got the black & blue salad and the five cheese pesto pizza. Of course we had to sample a side of their five cheese Mac and cheese. Everything was excellent!!!! Definitely grab and go/curbside at Newks. Let them take care of supper tonight.“
