“The food was outstanding and arrived incredibly fast, but the overall experience was definitely an adventure!
Our server was super attentive, though she kicked off our service by proudly announcing she had just run up the hill to Walgreens and chugged a Monster energy drink. That energy definitely translated into speed, as she brought our coffee and food out in a flash. However, the service etiquette was a little... chaotic. She placed our silverware by touching the business ends instead of the handles, and later reached directly over us while we were actively eating to clear plates from the opposite side of the table.
To be fair, an 8 AM breakfast with User and Luda ain’t for the weak at heart. I didn’t mind the energy, but apparently it didn't sit well with a few of the older folks in the restaurant who made some remarks about how loud it was.
If you want amazing, quick Waffle House food and a side of pure, unedited entertainment, this Helena location delivers. Just be prepared for a wild ride!“

“This was our second visit to this location. This visit was exceptional! The waitress was great! The cook, Maurice, was great! We ordered the Texas Cheesesteak Melt with bacon and hashbrowns. It was sooooo good! Maurice cooked it all to perfection! We told him we need to come back when he is the cook! We would recommend this location! We will be going back!“

“My family and I always enjoy our breakfast time at this waffle house. Our server Kriss is excellent she ensures our food is always right and provides excellent customer service. If you go ask for Kriss or Big Kriss section you want be disappointed.“

“It's 7:30AM, listening to the touch tunes rock music bumping, was greeted when we walked in, I used the restroom and even the trashcan was clean(could eat a ham sandwich off the floor), prestine service, crispy bacon and literally plan on coming back as soon as possible. “I had lost hope in Ihops ... my last several visits to other locations especially the one closest to my home were horrible experiences. This IHOP was by far the best one I've been at in years. The service was friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant was very clean. The wait for food was minimal and the taste was amazing. I only wished I lived closer to this location. So if you like me vowed to never go back to another IHOP... give this location a try... you won't be disappointed.“

“I have been to this location several times and every time the food is good and the service is fast. It is on par with what you would expect from Waffle House. This is one of the more clean locations and it typically is one of the less crowded locations too which makes getting in and out a breeze.“

“My husband & I decided to have an early breakfast @around 3am this morning (07/04/22) Our waitress was Tilia at the Pelham store, we ordered Steak & Eggs with hash browns, grits, tomatoes & coffee!! Our coffee was brewed fresh, as we was receiving our order, Tilia or waitress almost lost control of our food, so My husband tried to help catch the food so she would not drop it, unfortunately she accidentally dropped the hot grits & it landed on my husband's left , he was burnt pretty bad... This being said, our waitress hollered for another waitress to bring a cold towel, they also brought ice & some bandaids & burn sauve , all three servers that was there was very sympathetic, they then continued to get our order, made us another bowl of grits. Our server & the other servers continued to come check on my husband to assure he was doing good ,Tilia our waitress checked on us often to see if we needed anything.. Overall our experience was really great, even though my husband was burnt, we still enjoyed our food & how sweet everyone was to us! As we got ready to leave, we went up to pay for our order, but was told it was on the house, we still tipped our waitress Tilia & hugged her, she was so embarrassed & sad about what happened , we explained there wasn't any hard feelings towards her, things happen, my husband is fine ,his hand looks good, thank God!! We will definitely be back , mainly because of how polite & attentive they all were , the way they all handled things were amazing!! Many blessings Waffle House Employees!!
