He as respectful, cordial, attentive and sociable; attributes that will take anyone to higher heights. He handled the position like a seasoned professional. Oh!, by the way the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, complements to the kitchen staff. Not to be forgotten, the MOD stopped by our table with greetings.“

“I love wings plus. Out of all of the Wings joints I've been to Wings Plus in Bluff Park tops them all. I have never had anything less than freshly made delicious food and I don't just order wings. The place is always neat. I know restaurants were hit hard by the pandemic and have a hard time finding people to work. I've never been treated anything less than respectful and kind. The guys in there are great“

“Last night my husband and I ate dinner at Firebirds. Our steaks were INCREDIBLE. They could compete with Fleming’s or Perry’s. Our service was excellent. I wish I remembered our servers name, she was quick and very kind (she had on a David Yurman cross pendant, young and light brown hair). I do recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday/Saturday night. As we were leaving, we heard the hostess say it would be a 3 hour wait for the party that just arrived. Will be back!“

“We all enjoyed our lunch together ❤️ Garlic Steak Melt with Onion Rings, Fish and Chios, Steak Sandwiches . Food was great and our server, Havyn, was very good!“

“We visited this great spot in the gorgeous Ross Bridge neighborhood to try something new for my son's birthday meal. Because of the intense Alabama heat, we chose to sit inside, though they have a really nice screened-in patio available. The restaurant is intimate but well laid out, featuring a couple of distinct dining areas and a bar.

Since it was our first time, our server, Daniella, recommended the candied bacon bombs to start. They came with a side of cheese curds, and both were absolutely delicious. Even as small as the curds were, they had a perfect cheese pull!

For our mains, I ordered the cowboy burger with an added egg and a side of sweet potato fries, while my son chose the shrimp and grits. My burger was incredible, a solid 9.5 out of 10. My son rated his shrimp and grits a 7, though he has a lot of experience with that dish to compare it to.

Daniella provided fantastic service, checking in at just the right times without hovering. I later realized I forgot to ask if they do anything special for birthdays, but honestly, my son was probably glad I forgot!

He really knows the app and the whole rewards process, and even other team members go to him when they need help redeeming points or fixing something that's not the normal flow. “This was our second visit to this location. This visit was exceptional! The waitress was great! The cook, Maurice, was great! We ordered the Texas Cheesesteak Melt with bacon and hashbrowns. It was sooooo good! Maurice cooked it all to perfection! We told him we need to come back when he is the cook! We would recommend this location! We will be going back!“

“I really like Milos and we eat at the Pelham store regularly. However yesterday was a disappointment. The tea was terrible, it taste soured, and I buy Milos tea at the grocery so I know how it should taste. When I returned it to the counter the employee stated others had complained about the taste, so why didn’t they make new tea? Also the burger with lettuce & tomato kept falling apart because the lettuce was a huge thick piece too large for the sandwich. The regular cheeseburger was thrown together also. I’m not sure what was going on yesterday but it was not a good experience.“

“I had lost hope in Ihops ... my last several visits to other locations especially the one closest to my home were horrible experiences. This IHOP was by far the best one I've been at in years. The service was friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant was very clean. The wait for food was minimal and the taste was amazing. I only wished I lived closer to this location. So if you like me vowed to never go back to another IHOP... give this location a try... you won't be disappointed.“

“My family and I have been traveling and staying in town for about a week. We stopped in for a quick bite our first day and loved it so much that we've eaten here every day since! We don't typically eat out often, but the food is delicious and fresh, the prices are great, and the restaurant was clean and full of delicious options. I got the Hawaiian burger with beef patty and no mayo and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had (And I've had many burgers in my life). Wow! Juicy, seasoned beef with grilled pineapple and shredded lettuce. This burger had all the right elements. Was ready in 5 minutes!“
