“The service or the customer service was awful for my opinion, everything went bad to me , I just came today because I have a free reward to get5 chicken nuggets , the cashier Brittney needs more training, i told her that was free and the end of this I paid for and I talk to a supervisor I guess and she treat me as a mother when is upset so it was not a good visit this time , I was so happy and grateful for my reward but at the end was unpleasant“

“Typical Chic Fil A, The food is top tier but this location needs some serious updates, lots of disrepair in the dining area. The staff was on par but not the best we’ve ever had.

Parking: Tight parking lot that’s not the easiest to get to from the main roads.

We ordered food from here for our end of year football party. due to weather (cold and rainy) we changed our party location last minute from Heardmont Playground to Chick Fil A. Isaac accommodated us quickly, reserving tables for us, and making everything easy and fun for parents and kids. Parking: Depends on the time and activities that would be going on.There are spaces directly in front.

Kid-friendliness: I seen children but I would not bring mine here,especially if I am ordering a lengthy order. That would be too time consuming for a child to be around.

“They are slow, got my order wrong (extra fry no slaw), but the quality of food is worth it. This location in Trussville does not offer inside seating like 280. So for the food 100% atmosphere and service I would say average nothing terrible.“
