They make typical sub sandwiches, pizzas, salads, etc. to order and are friendly and professional. Popular place in a fast-food desert (no other fast-food options nearby). It is clean, not noisy, and convenient.“

“Our recent experience totally restored our satisfaction with the south parkway Zaxby’s after slow experiences a couple years ago. Pickup was a breeze. I arrived early for my online order and general manager Antonietta greeted me super friendly. She even accelerated my order ahead of drivethru once I arrived. I had made some meal changes and they got everything right, no mistakes, full napkins/plasticware/straws everything. Food was still fresh and hot when I got home. Will be going back soon!“

“Bojangles on 431 in Brownsboro Alabama outside of Huntsville Alabama, I have been going to this location since they first open there doors, the faces have changed over the years.
One think that has never changed the Bojangles Crew members always knows what I want before I walk in the door. The Food is always very succulent and the Bo-Barry Biscuits are always very succulent. I know from the first day I walked in the door of this Bojangles on 431 in Brownsboro Alabama outside of Huntsville, and I was a new customer, I knew, I was a very succulent new customer to them. This being said, there are 3 Star Trek Ferengi Rules of Acquisition that fit this Bojangles best.
194) It’s always good business to know about your customers before they walk in your door.
57) Good customers are as rare as latinum, Treasure them.
203) New customers are like razor-toothed Gree worms. They can be succulent, but sometimes they bite back.

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. “I wanna leave a review to talk about how nice the man that works at the front counter with a butterfly pin on his hat. He was so kind and polite during their rush-hour while I watched multiple people be rude to him. He still was being so nice and professional, and that is rare in this day and age. I appreciate his customer service and professionalism.“

“I have been eating at bojangles in since I was a little boy in Georgia, the chicken biscuit is like a corner stone in my life that my parents introduced to me and I to my children now. In the current year of 2023 it sure would be nice if the bojangles online orders offered google pay, PayPal and Apple Pay as a quick check out mechanism why are we forced to use the old fashioned credit card routine? Why and I mean WHY is bojangles not even listed on the DoorDash map? Come on bojangles get with the program y’all are missing out on some serious money not having these as available options!! But the steak biscuit and sausage egg biscuit they sold me were the best biscuits I’ve had in years.. perfect.

Not as good as 1986 Hardee’s, but nothing is.

“I haven’t tried the food yet but I am sure it’s amazing, my husband and I just let there and the young man at the counter was so patient, polite and treated us like long friends he made of experience worth every second turned a bad day into a pretty good one. Yall pretty treat that man good or im going to offer him a job.“

“I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“

“We eat here 4-5 times a week and love everyone except on Saturday we get up and go kayaking and we pack subway for lunch. Every employee there welcomes us before 9 am except one and she turns us away at 3 mins till 9 even though it says they open 8 on every website I’ve found!“

There is an older gentleman ( don’t know his name ) that works often in the drive thru and I just wanted to tell him thank you . “Although I haven't been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It's close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!“

“I went through the drive-through for lunch today and had an amazing experience. Travis was at the window passing the food out. He has some of the best customer service I have experienced recently. He was guiding traffic to make sure the line was moving properly and remembered everybody’s name while doing so

I am not from the huntsville area, but anytime I am passing through, I will be back just to see him.“

“This is the best Subway in our area. I place large online orders frequently for work and they go above and beyond every time. They label all the sandwiches at my request (huge help), always have it ready and waiting, and always ask if I need anything else. I was going to a different location that was a bit closer, but had a few negative experiences. This one is worth the extra drive time.“

“Nice experience... John was so nice and made the Pie just as ordered on line. Lots of Toppings were spread evenly across the Pie as should be.
Only thing I will change next is to get Regular sauce. I always get light because the kids making the Pie overdo it with the sauce and cheese.
There could have been a Tad more Top Cheese to keep All the Toppings in Place..... Thank You John you have revived my PIZZA HUT Experience... Mark“
