“I read good reviews and decided to go with my family, it was surprisingly good food and good service. The carne asada tacos were really good. The music was traditional and great play list and we enjoyed listening to the music while we were eating. The plates have a great size and unbeatable unique flavor! One of my children’s order was slightly wrong but he still loved it! I will definitely recommend this place dine in or to go service!“

“This place crushes it every time. The margarita was icy cold and the fajitas were both hot and tasty. Portions were large and prices were very reasonable. The staff is two standard deviations above average for Montgomery with food service. Nice atmosphere with a TV to watch whatever game is on. The food came out fast as did the drinks. “Today was my first visit to this restaurant. I thought it was outstanding. The salsa was too spicy for me, so I added it to the rice. They were extremely busy when I arrived around 1:30. I 130% support family operated restaurants. I am glad I searched Google for Mexican restaurants near me and I found this one. Today is Cinco de Mayo 2024. I ordered the enchilada plate and I have an enormous appetite and I am still stuffed full at 5:00. They gave me half of a lime for the water I asked for. It was a pleasant change from lemon. “Oh Moes, most people already know about Moe's but here it goes. This location isn't bad. They didn't yell welcome to Moe's on this occasion... To anyone, so that's a win for me. For anyone who is new to Moe's it's basically build a burrito/taco/quesadilla out of what we have in heated containers behind the bar. Food was good in spite of them being out of pico at the time and the odd chewy chip. I got the stacker with adobo chicken and bacon. Not spotless but not too dirty. Associates could probably act less like they regret their life decisions, but overall it wasn't a bad trip to Moe's“

“I work nearby and this place has been my "go to" for months. The food is so very affordable and so very delicious. The chips are thin and crispy exactly the way I like, and everything I've tried has been good. The service is friendly and competent. I walk and usually get my food to go.“

“I visited El Rey yesterday before an event that was in the area. There was over an hour wait for the first available table but I got lucky and was able to grab two seats at the bar within 5 minutes. They serve one of the best margaritas I have ever had and they have a great drink menu. I ordered 2 street tacos, chips and queso and my only complaint was that I told them that I was allergic to onions and asked to make sure none would be included with my meal. They had onions in their pico de Gallo and were going to leave that off but forgot. It was a busy night so I just dealt with it and the sweet potato street taco was fabulous. I would not have waited an hour so I am glad I was able to sit at the bar, this is definitely one of the better places to eat in Montgomery.“

“I love Mexican food and there are a lot of options in the Montgomery / Prattville area. Most are ok but not special. Los Maya's was recommended to me so was curious to test them out. I was pleasantly surprised and say that this is one of the better places I have had the pleasure to visit. The service was very good and prompt and the food was very flavorful and good. The only issue I had was the steak that was part of the meal was over cooked but it was cut so thin it was hard to not overcook it. We had 5 different proteins and they were all good in their own way. I really liked the queso and the margarita?“

“Delicious and quick Mexican food! After ziplining at Mt. Hermon, we are usually starving so we head to Taqueria Vallarta for chips and salsa and big and affordable portions. The taco salad, tostadas, burritos are yummy. Can't go wrong here.“

“They have a lot of seafood- and of all the street tacos I tried, the Pescado and camarones were probably the best. The chorizo and the Al pastor tacos were good, 4.5 each. The asada and pollo were pretty basic, maybe a 3.9 or 4. But the fish taco was pretty perfect, I've had a couple better, but the grilled fish was done just right.Flour or corn on the fish- both are good. The tortillas were good, but they're pretty big. Could use smaller tortillas (or add a bit more meat) but in all the price was good, and they have a good selection of beer. Though I would say overall it's more of a 4.4, I'll give it 5 stars because it's sitting at 4.0 right now And that's just too low.“

“Easily the nicest, cleanest, tasty taco bell we've been to. The manager on duty greeted us as he was at the register. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, they got our order exactly correct even though I added some modifications. If only all taco bells could provide such a nice experience.“

“Needed a quick bite before a play at Shakespeare. The service was very good and prompt and the food was good but not great. I enjoyed that the salsa was closer to medium and had pieces of jalapeno in it. The tacos were ok and that margarita was on the weak side but it was a happy hour drink so I guess that can be expected. The health score was an 89 at the time we visited which is the lowest I like to try but hope they can get that raised in the future. All in all it was an okay experience and we made it to the show on time.“
