Alex was very nice to me, and helped me along the way! Eli was the BEST at making my Pizza Sub! That location is a lot better than most locations in Huntsville, including the one that is down the street from the old Grissom High School! 7900 Bailey Cove Road SE Suite D Huntsville, AL 35802 That location made my brother Ryan sick! Beware of that one! This location accepts coupons. They’re not open on holidays, but for everyone on base, it’s a day off! It’s a benefit for all government employees! The other issue, is that motif on the back wall that is fake.“

“Cava in Madison is excellent! I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, but my wife loves Cava. I finally went with her and it was amazing! I liked that I could choose what I wanted to put in it versus a premade meal, and it helps to know that all the ingredients for the most part are healthy, which is important for me as a plant-based eater. I wish I remember the manager’s name but she gave me an amazing first time customer deal that day (note: I did not and am not saying there’s always a first time customer deal, so please don’t go in demanding one 🤣)! It was also very clean and the ambience was nice. Five star rating! Would go back again!“

“Lots of room to eat. It's pizza but pretty quick. You get to choose your own toppings and then the pizza is wood fired. Very tasty! We like to come here because they have a gluten free option for a crust. I wouldn't come here if you have celiac (lots of flour floating around) but if you're just gluten sensitive, you'll be fine!

“Jacks is a fast food chain regional to Alabama and I wanted to try this place. They have burgers, fried chicken and breakfast foods. The store is clean and the employees are friendly. The sweet tea is really good and so is the Big Jack burger. The fries are also pretty good. I tried the new bourbon BBQ boneless wings and they were delicious they were nice and crispy and almost tasted like Chinese food.“

Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“Fast when food is ready, slow when it isn't. This place isn't actually a full sized Chick-Fil-A it;s on of there "Express" restaurants. As in, they don't have the full menu, just the essentials, nuggets, fries, sandwiches, etc. You walk up grab a drink and grab the items you need. This process can be incredibly fast, if the menu item your looking for is ready and there;'s no line. Otherwise, you end up waiting around for 5 minutes waiting for them to prepare it. Overall, the restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. Great places to seat inside and out. Just don't come during rush hour and expect to have nugget and fries immediately.“

“I have been eating at bojangles in since I was a little boy in Georgia, the chicken biscuit is like a corner stone in my life that my parents introduced to me and I to my children now. In the current year of 2023 it sure would be nice if the bojangles online orders offered google pay, PayPal and Apple Pay as a quick check out mechanism why are we forced to use the old fashioned credit card routine? Why and I mean WHY is bojangles not even listed on the DoorDash map? Come on bojangles get with the program y’all are missing out on some serious money not having these as available options!! “I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“

“Went through the drive thru and the ordering of food was effective and efficient because they weren’t asking “is that all” or “anything else” after everything I said. Got to the window to pay and pick up our meals and the workers were in good spirits like they were having a good time. I’m not saying you have to be happy at work but don’t let your “I hate this job” attitude come through to the public. This place didn’t give any hint of that. “I have been eating here for over 30 years. This was the first fast food restaurant in Madison. I loved it then and I love it now.
They have changed their menu over the years but they have ALWAYS had the best cheeseburger ever.

“Very impressed with this location. Multiple weeks back I waited a little longer than usual and had to leave before I got my food to make it work. This morning, I went again and they remembered and offered to make it right. I really appreciate how they handled things! Especially after nearly a month with me never saying anything.“

Got my order wrong, requested a receipt the claim the rewards on the app (went through the drive through the second visit) I was not given a receipt and when asked for one the manager came to the window and told me a receipt was not an option because she didn't know what she did with it. Not only did I not get to claim the rewards, my card was charged for more than what the total was told to me and I had no way to verify what they charged on my card. Unfortunately I will have to choose a different location since I can no longer trust this one.“

“We ordered two trays online (1 toasted and 1 cold) thinking that “toasted” would be warm/steamed like in the restaurant. When I picked them up, the bread was toasted and then put in the cooler. When I explained what I had wanted, David was more than willing to accommodate me but told me I’d have to wait about 15 minutes. I totally understood that, but he insisted on giving me a gift card to make up for my wait. Cameron set about remaking the tray of subs using steamed meat and cheese! David and Cameron are two of the best!!! They kept apologizing about how long I had to wait. They were so quick to correct the order!“
