“Staff at the Subway here is great. The veggies are always fresh, sandwiches are always made well, they give exactly how much you are supposed to get for serving sizes and do not skip on portions like at other Subway locations. Lunch is busy and they need more than two people working the counter. At least three, two to make the sandwiches and one to ring out. Get them some help, they are a great location! Good customer service if I cannot stress that enough!“

“Cava in Madison is excellent! I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, but my wife loves Cava. I finally went with her and it was amazing! I liked that I could choose what I wanted to put in it versus a premade meal, and it helps to know that all the ingredients for the most part are healthy, which is important for me as a plant-based eater. I wish I remember the manager’s name but she gave me an amazing first time customer deal that day (note: I did not and am not saying there’s always a first time customer deal, so please don’t go in demanding one 🤣)! It was also very clean and the ambience was nice. Five star rating! Would go back again!“

“This review is overdue. For the most part, I’ve been consistently happy with ordering from this Chick Fil A. It’s very close to home, and convenient. I recently had an issue with a couple of orders. On the second order that had issues, I was frustrated and left feedback. Not only did the Owner correct the problem, but went over the top making up for it. I was truly shocked, and appreciative. I haven’t had anymore issues. Every business has down days, nobody is perfect. It’s how they react to their Customer in that situation, and I was shown how much my business was appreciated. “We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. “The food was very fresh, from the bread to the meats. I ordered 2 footlocker meatball subs and a 6 inch cold cut. The bread was soft and fresh. Everything tasted clean lime they care for the food. “I have been eating here for over 30 years. This was the first fast food restaurant in Madison. I loved it then and I love it now.
They have changed their menu over the years but they have ALWAYS had the best cheeseburger ever.

Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“
