“Staff at the Subway here is great. The veggies are always fresh, sandwiches are always made well, they give exactly how much you are supposed to get for serving sizes and do not skip on portions like at other Subway locations. Lunch is busy and they need more than two people working the counter. At least three, two to make the sandwiches and one to ring out. Get them some help, they are a great location! Good customer service if I cannot stress that enough!“

“Cava in Madison is excellent! I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, but my wife loves Cava. I finally went with her and it was amazing! I liked that I could choose what I wanted to put in it versus a premade meal, and it helps to know that all the ingredients for the most part are healthy, which is important for me as a plant-based eater. I wish I remember the manager’s name but she gave me an amazing first time customer deal that day (note: I did not and am not saying there’s always a first time customer deal, so please don’t go in demanding one 🤣)! It was also very clean and the ambience was nice. Five star rating! Would go back again!“

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“I’d like the to shake the hand of the person who s running this tight ship at chic filet on university. They should be recognized with the highest honor their industry bestows. Nice, polite, efficient young men and women hustling every day to come to your car and quickly take your order and keep em moving!! 30 cars wrapped around the building everyday and I’ve never spent more than five minutes in line. It’s fresh and hot and the employees look happy to see you! Sir or mam keep doing what you’re you’re doing because we your customers appreciate you for this!“

The dining room was a lil dirty looking when we first walked in, but they looked to have just come down from a busy moment and someone came out and started cleaning. A higher up management guy was there and was super nice. Even gave my kids some gummy packs. I do wish they had a choice of no dye and no sugar gummy but I loved the sentiment. I also loved the option of keto options.“

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. “Antonietta and her team work hard and do a great job. The service at this Zaxby's is excellent, and I go out of my way to go to this location over any of the other ones in the area. The team is happy to see me and efficient at their jobs, and the food temperature and portions are consistently good! There is usually good Christian music playing and an overall positive atmosphere. “My very first job was a Hardee's, And aside from the biscuit job which they always assigned to a nice little old lady, I could do every position in the store so I know what it takes to run it smoothly! I must say I am always impressed with the manager that Is always there every time I come, I'm not sure his name which is rude of me.. But he's always beautifully juggling the drive through and the room in the mornings, And I think I've even seen him jump on the line to make an order. Today my Frisco breakfast sandwich was so delightful the ham had such a beautiful fresh smoky flavor and It was as close to instantaneous as you possibly could get the delivery to me that is. This is the second time this week I have gotten breakfast, And I normally Do not eat fast food but the rare occasion That time requires me To make this decision, I like Hardee's because I know those biscuits are handmade. However, I have found myself coming to this location more because of this very amazing manager. If his hand is involved in making your breakfast it just turns out delightful and he does it with such ease it blows my mind I can remember working and being in such a hurry and this man just floats through the restaurant with beautiful ease and he's incredibly nice every time I see him. To me this alone will keep me coming back.. I enjoy someone who at least seems to enjoy their job and wants to provide me With good quality food versus just throwing it out there as fast as possible for a good drive through time.. somehow this man can do both things without cutting quality .. He gets it done fast but he gets it done beautifully my sandwich looked like a picture. He floats I tell you he floats.
Hardee's needs to give this man a raise.
I can almost see myself working fast food again because this man makes it look like a good job That I would have Pride in.

“First time going here and as I was ordering a guy in drive thru had a heart attack...regardless of the chaotic situation that unfolded(employees went out and started helping the guy until hemsi got there), I still got my food pretty quick. I forget what burrito I got, it's been a few weeks, but it was pretty dang good. I'll definitely stop by next time I go to bass pro.“

“I ordered the 3 meats (fish sandwich)in a box special. The curly fries were fresh and hot, the peach cobbler roll was really good, but the fish sandwich was not good, it was not hot or fresh and the fish sandwich is my favorite.
I was really disappointed“

“I'm amazed at the amount of bad reviews for this place. I'm from Ohio, and Hardee's blows away every other burger chain I've known. I've been at this location about a dozen times. The food is always great and the staff very cool. Breakfast and lunch, this is my go-to naughty food. Never disappoints! The only other burger joint I've been to this good is a small family owned shake shop that's only open during the summer and serves the local community with love. And Hardee's captured that!“

“ADA VIOLATION AND DISCRIMINATION 04/14/2023 09:37 pm Steak and Shake University Drive location Huntsville, Alabama Manager? Wearing green long sleeve cooking hamburgers @ 09:30ish this evening. Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“Taco Bell is usually a place where if your order is wrong you just suck it up and move on because the employees are usually not very kind.
That was not my experience here. I had a huge order in the drive thru for my family. Instead of nacho fries I was given the potatoes with sour cream on them. I went inside understanding they were probably out of fries and just wanting to see if the potatoes could be made without sour cream. Every one was so pleasant and it wasn’t quite clear why I was given potato’s (I had a big order so I can understand with such a long line at dinner time that mistakes happen) but they said they would have my fries that I ordered up in a few minutes and apologized for the error.“
