“Staff at the Subway here is great. The veggies are always fresh, sandwiches are always made well, they give exactly how much you are supposed to get for serving sizes and do not skip on portions like at other Subway locations. Lunch is busy and they need more than two people working the counter. At least three, two to make the sandwiches and one to ring out. Get them some help, they are a great location! Good customer service if I cannot stress that enough!“

“Cava in Madison is excellent! I am not a big fan of Mediterranean food, but my wife loves Cava. I finally went with her and it was amazing! I liked that I could choose what I wanted to put in it versus a premade meal, and it helps to know that all the ingredients for the most part are healthy, which is important for me as a plant-based eater. I wish I remember the manager’s name but she gave me an amazing first time customer deal that day (note: I did not and am not saying there’s always a first time customer deal, so please don’t go in demanding one 🤣)! It was also very clean and the ambience was nice. Five star rating! Would go back again!“

“Hello! I came in today at 1:18. I’ve had five guys a couple of times, so not very familiar with the menu. I ordered a hamburger with onions and pickles and a little fry. But then I forgot to tell the cashier I wanted cheese on it. All the ladies were SUPER sweet. Smiled and waved when I came in and adjusted my order even though I forgot. My meal was so good! “Our recent experience totally restored our satisfaction with the south parkway Zaxby’s after slow experiences a couple years ago. Pickup was a breeze. I arrived early for my online order and general manager Antonietta greeted me super friendly. She even accelerated my order ahead of drivethru once I arrived. I had made some meal changes and they got everything right, no mistakes, full napkins/plasticware/straws everything. Food was still fresh and hot when I got home. Will be going back soon!“

“I've been to this location a couple of times in the drive thru and had good experience. Food was quick and came out hot. Employees were friendly. Recently I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru at BK. I finally left and went to Whataburger and had my food in 4 minutes.“

“Every morning I come here and I get a chicken biscuit or a bacon egg and cheese biscuit.

And then I get an ice d coffee. I don't think your iced coffee is very good. I don't even really enjoy it when I get it. I get it every morning. Why do I do that? I can make iced coffee at home. It would take me 30 seconds. But I get the iced coffee here.

“I love the fast friendly service. The food is always good the employees are always nice friendly & helpful but the one thing i do NOT like is that they are there to take your order before you can even get up to the menu and see what you want. Dang let me pull up to the menu and stare at it for a minute. But nooooo y'all have them ppl right there pressing you to order NOW how can I order NOW if I can't even get close enough to the menu to see what I want? At any rate today was my 1st time ever ordering breakfast at Chick-fil-A & I had to get what ever the girl that takes orders suggested because I have no idea what's on the breakfast menu but the iced coffee she suggested was magnificent“

“We ate breakfast on Halloween morning, Ms. Bailey talked to our family and my twin boys love her! She was so sweet and they pretended to be pirates (she had her costume on)! When I put my son to sleep after a big Halloween, I asked him his favorite part about his whole Halloween. He said it was seeing and talking to Ms. Bailey the pirate. “Above and beyond customer care. Ordered 2 veggie sandwiches online with marinara sauce. I came to the store and the lady told me she did not put marinara sauce in the sandwiches since it has meatballs dipped into it, therefore making the marinara sauce not vegetarian. Discriminates against deaf and walks away and refuses to serve the deaf. Made no attempt to provide accommodation to communicate, even though a text message option was offered to him. That is a SERIOUS ADA violation. He does not belong there. The other employees are always accommodating and polite. This man needs to be FIRED! Deaf accessibility Communication disabled due to deafness. Manager wearing green shirt cooking burgers at 09:30 pm on Friday, April 14, 2023 has no time nor willingness to deal with the deaf!!!!!!! Violation of ADA federal laws of providing public services to people of all abilities. This NEEDS the attention of District or Regional Managers or OWNER!!!! This IS a FEDERAL violation to refuse to provide a public service. Further, it was humiliating to be singled out due to being deaf on a busy Friday night. Their lobby was full of patrons both adults and children present. This is discrimination and violated every ounce of dignity. The deaf bleed red and have a right to work, eat in public places, and be treated as a human being like other able bodied hearing people. Thankfully, the regular staff member was kind enough to assist me and read my text message for assistance. She kindly assisted me and double checked my order to make sure everything was accounted for. She should be the manager there, not that foolish one who is too arrogant to know that the ADA Federal protects all people's ability to access all public services and products. I wish I stopped long enough to get her name, but I left too quickly because I felt so humiliated and bullied by her manager.“

“I have been eating at bojangles in since I was a little boy in Georgia, the chicken biscuit is like a corner stone in my life that my parents introduced to me and I to my children now. In the current year of 2023 it sure would be nice if the bojangles online orders offered google pay, PayPal and Apple Pay as a quick check out mechanism why are we forced to use the old fashioned credit card routine? Why and I mean WHY is bojangles not even listed on the DoorDash map? Come on bojangles get with the program y’all are missing out on some serious money not having these as available options!! “My very first job was a Hardee's, And aside from the biscuit job which they always assigned to a nice little old lady, I could do every position in the store so I know what it takes to run it smoothly! I must say I am always impressed with the manager that Is always there every time I come, I'm not sure his name which is rude of me.. But he's always beautifully juggling the drive through and the room in the mornings, And I think I've even seen him jump on the line to make an order. Today my Frisco breakfast sandwich was so delightful the ham had such a beautiful fresh smoky flavor and It was as close to instantaneous as you possibly could get the delivery to me that is. This is the second time this week I have gotten breakfast, And I normally Do not eat fast food but the rare occasion That time requires me To make this decision, I like Hardee's because I know those biscuits are handmade. However, I have found myself coming to this location more because of this very amazing manager. If his hand is involved in making your breakfast it just turns out delightful and he does it with such ease it blows my mind I can remember working and being in such a hurry and this man just floats through the restaurant with beautiful ease and he's incredibly nice every time I see him. To me this alone will keep me coming back.. I enjoy someone who at least seems to enjoy their job and wants to provide me With good quality food versus just throwing it out there as fast as possible for a good drive through time.. somehow this man can do both things without cutting quality .. He gets it done fast but he gets it done beautifully my sandwich looked like a picture. He floats I tell you he floats.
Hardee's needs to give this man a raise.
I can almost see myself working fast food again because this man makes it look like a good job That I would have Pride in.

I forget what burrito I got, it's been a few weeks, but it was pretty dang good. I'll definitely stop by next time I go to bass pro.“

“It's a mixed review bc the food is always great, the staff always quick and courteous. My order was just wrong. I ordered a 9 piece spicy tender and got huge pieces of chicken instead. I always get tenders because I'm not a fan of regular chicken. I just wish the order had been correct. I didn't eat the bone-in chicken but my husband had some which he said was good as usual. I just wish I had something to eat also. But like I said, still a great spot!“
