“They have truly mastered the art of frying here. Perfect batter, nothing felt too heavy. Golden brown and crisp, and just enough seasoning. The catfish and shrimp were both good, the fried okra needed just a little salt but glad it wasnt over salted. The fried pickles are done right, just simple batter and a good dill chip. They didnt taste over seasoned or salty like most places. Will def come back to try some steamed items as well.“

“Carol and I had the best time celebrating our anniversary at Felix's Fish Camp! 🥂 Even though it was too overcast for a sunset, the atmosphere inside was perfect. The staff is incredible—they greeted us with a personal anniversary placard and "Happy Anniversary" wishes from everyone we passed. A huge shout-out to our waiter, David, who was spot-on all night. We were really impressed by the service—they bring the food out with a full team so everyone at the table is served at the exact same time. It’s those little professional touches that make this place stand out. The highlight was the live music by Bobby Butchka. They are a fantastic husband and wife duo and even played a Rod Stewart request for Carol so we could get some dancing in! 💃🕺 Great food, reasonable prices, and top-tier service. “My granddaughter and I recently dined at Chuck’s Fish to celebrate her graduation. The food, drinks and atmosphere were excellent. We had kimchi Brussels, uptown shrimp, and a delicious sushi roll. Then we really did it up big with the white chocolate bread pudding. The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and attentive. Can’t say enough about how delicious the meal was. One of the owners came to our table and checked on us to make sure we were being taken care of, which we were. I would highly, highly recommend this place!!!“

“Went yesterday for lunch. Service (Brent) was excellent. He was attentive but not intrusive. Had to explain certain items on the menu which he did without hesitation. Had fish and chips. Excellent. Would definitely recommend. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back and try other items on menu.“

“We had the crawfish and they were good but my favorite part was the hospitality and entertainment. When we walked in we were given samples of chicken and dumplings then while we were eating he noticed we didn’t have anything to drink so he handed us 3 waters and also brought bread out to my SIL to go with her dumplings. Very friendly southern and homey Cajun atmosphere. Not sure if I’ve ever experienced dining like this before but I dig it- also never leave reviews but felt like this place needed one!“

“foreign owners is one of my favorite spots on the causeway to get my crawfish it's always a nice atmosphere but there was an hour wait and the crawfish were $9 a pound overpriced for me but it ain't seasoning yet The prices go down later on usually Great spot great food good drinks Y'all go check it out it's on battleship parkway“

“It’s been years since I’ve been to the Boiling Pot and I’m so glad we decided to visit on Tuesday. The food was EXCELLENT. Everything we ordered we enjoyed. We had a steamed platter, popcorn shrimp platter, shrimp and catfish platter and the crawfish bread. Everything was perfect, even the sides. The crawfish bread was insanely good. The prices were also quite reasonable. The shrimp was big, even the popcorn shrimp. I will definitely be back.“

“Last month was the first time me and my fiancé came here and I had the crawfish box and it was delicious! Crawfish was great! I been getting crawfish every other day and love it! I do not like the gumbo, corn should not be in gumbo snd need to add some crabs in there! Than it will be great! Other than that I love the crawfish plate and the lady that works up front is really nice and sweet and very professional!! She makes me want to keep coming back! ?“

“One part of our anniversary celebration . We started with drinks cranberry cinnamon bourbon we both had the stuffed chicken with asparagus over the ravioli my husband loved the sauce he said it’s very familiar ended with the fudge brownie everything taste great. “They are a good Chinese restaurant to go to & get food. Food is always hot! They are always busy! I've been going here for years. I ordered the fried oyster meal with a side of potatoes and corn.
I’m a connoisseur of oysters my specialty is fried oysters. I’ve eaten them near and far, in other countries, north, south, east, and west…..and this was by far a member of my top five category. They were fried crispy on the outside, super tender on the inside and there were twice as many as any restaurant I’ve ever been to has given me.
Off you’re just passing through and you happen to hear about this place or Google maps tells you about it just take my advice get off the interstate, go there, and you’ll thank me later.

“Dinner last night with friends was delicious. Our service was excellent from our pre drinks at the bar, then to our table with Lois! Crab claws, stuffed peppers, veal, duck, scallops, fish and steak filled our table and our bellies. We also tried four different desserts. All was a 10/10. “Unbelievable find! While traveling from Houston to Montgomery, we wanted really good seafood but didn't want to venture too far off the highway. We asked ChatGPT for recommendations and saw a billboard and thought, why not? So glad we decided to give them a try. Fresh, flavorful, excellently prepared red snapper, and redfish bienville - both were AMAZING!! Our server, Chyann, was kind, helpful, very attentive and with a super sweet smile! Wish it wasn't so far from home or we'd definitely be regulars!!“
