McDonald's in Bentonville

“If I could give the drive-thru service at this McDonald's more than five stars, I would. I'm pretty sure the person working the window is a certified magician. I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a Coke, and by the time I pulled up to the window, they had it all ready to go. I'm talking record time. The fries were still so hot they practically sizzled in my hand. My drink was perfectly carbonated, and the Big Mac was a beautiful sight to behold. I'm convinced they have a team of tiny, fry-making gnomes working in the back, and the cashier is their extremely efficient, polite, and very fast ringleader. A truly magical experience.“

“I visit often. A household member is currently obsessed with the fries. Sometimes, lines can be a bit long, but that's to be expected at peak times. They often forget to leave off pickles on burgers, but that isn't the end of the world for me.“

“The workers at this location are the nicest people providing the best customer service. Customer service is a dying art. I feel McDonald's should use this store as an example to train their other stores. Each morning I drive a little further bypassing other McDonald's to order here. Great job team!“

“Of course every business makes mistakes. However, the McDonalds has been the most consistent i have been to. Everytime I get a mess up on my order they are Prompt to fix it. Very friendly staff and most of the time the food doesn't look like someone threw it in the box. Pretty much my families go to location.“
