“I worked with Denise and brought a group of 50 students to Naaman's Barbecue on Sunday March 9 and they were so wonderful with our group. The food and service was incredible and I would highly recommend that you visit if you're visiting Hochatown. You definitely need to try their brisket. It had a great bark and the flavor was very good!!”

“We stopped here for lunch on our way to Hot Springs. Delicious comfort food featuring daily specials. I had the chicken fried steak with country gravy, but the portion is so generous that I couldn’t finish it. My sides were green beans and mashed potatoes/gravy. The staff are the sweetest group of ladies you’ll ever meet. We’re looking at stopping by again on our way home.”

“Can't rate the atmosphere i because I always do a call in order. Anyone who takes my order is always patient with me and I always ask them to cook my fries SOFT so I can chew them. You get a good size helping of a large fresh cut Fry. But I'm a TATER GIRL & if I don't finish them off at first,, then I SAVE them & EAT them later!! Their Philly Cheese Steak is AWESOME! I only get a half slice of pepper Jack Cheese & it's plenty warm for me! I do wish they would get some PROVOLONE Cheese because that's what gives it Sooooo Much More Flavor! Regardless I could eat here every other day or at least twice a week. Love you guys”

“I ordered the over priced for quality steak dinner. I asked for Italian dressing on my salad didn't get it, asked for onions & mushrooms on my steak didn't get it, asked for a glass of wine with my meal didn't get it. Wattress never came around for a refill and no they were not busy.”

“Places like this are a rare and wonderful find. The food taste as if my granny cooked it. Prices and portions were spot on. Coffee was perfect. I had the chicken fried steak with green beans and mac n cheese. You also get a basket with rolls and cornbread. Wish I didn't live 3.5hrs away cause I would come all the time.”

“When you first walk in there is no sign or instructions on what you are to do. They need a sign to tell folks to go to the counter to place your order and then you can sit anywhere.
This is an old fashion burger joint that makes very good burgers. The homemade Coney sauce is very good. Burger was very good. The seasoned Fry's are good along with the onion rings. Sweet Tea was fantastic. The had pies and brownies that looked amazing. I would have given a 5 star but the awkward entrance and not knowing what to do was star drpper.”

“I will admit I had misgivings about this place from the outside. The minute I stepped inside, I found a really nice group of people that welcomed me like a friend. The night I was there, they had a buffet of home made food that was quite delicious. They have live music, pool, and The owners are really nice! Stop in. You'll be welcomed like family!”

“We chose the Holiday Inn because this restaurant is attached to the same building. We had dinner and drinks there after a full day of driving. The waitress at dinner was very helpful in food selection, and service. We had chicken pasta that was quite good. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised to find an extremely large breakfast selection of both hot and cold food items. Again the food was very good. If you are on a long road trip and all you want is a decent dinner and breakfast I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“Great food! Burgers and fries are on point. The price is very reasonable. I got a super cheeseburger and fries and a can of soda for $10 bucks. Took 5-7 mins at most. Highly recommend. Super is similar to a smash burger.”

“I've been here a few times. They have several pool tables. A small stage with live bands every weekend. They don't serve food. The drinks are good and service is good. I'll be back here often.”

With the amazing food and friendly staff, you could pick prime real estate and still make a killing. Why State Line? It has become a slum because Texarkana leadership can find a brain cell to share amongst themselves.”

“We loved it! The customer service is fantastic. It's very clean and has a fun atmosphere. My husband said they have the best Michelada outside of Mexico, and I really enjoyed my Passion Fruit Frozen Lemonade. I think I will be craving El Frio after long, hot days from now on.”

“Really enjoyed hanging out here. The whole downtown Texarkana area is a vibe. This place has a deck up stairs as well as multiple pool tables, dance floor, arcade area, and cornhole area. Even when the place finally got packed I never had to wait long for a drink.”

“Multiple times of horrible service. Both take out and delivery. We ordered thru door dash and got a "Family Feast" 16 piece tender meal that came with 2 sides. The 2 sides were individual sides and not a large or family side. Really!!! No biscuits either. In this day of time this was just completely uncalled for and just lack of customer service. Just horrible.”

The wife is stern and the husband is super nice but being from the city, if they don’t act like that then the food is not going to be good lol but I’m glad I stopped here to eat because this was a great choice and I’d highly recommend!”

We had tortilla soup, chicken with cheese, and a taco salad. We all thought our food was excellent. Soup had lots of chicken in it.
