“Came here today to pick up a DoorDash order and saw a sign outside saying “please be nice to our staff”. Not sure who is crazy enough to behave so awful that it made them make a sign but the staff was so sweet. Super clean and smelled amazing. I vow to never go to another twisted sugar and to only go to this location that’s how amazing it was. Plus it was easy for door dashers to pick up orders too.“

“They make them fresh so there is a bit of a wait but they had the magic school bus playing on the TV, a tic tac toe game board and a puzzle to distract you. My husband and I played a few rounds of tic tac toe and attempted to help on the puzzle, that was difficult lol staff was friendly and happy to explain what chimney cake were. There were alot of options so it was nice to customize. I got a cinnamon sugar chimney cake bowl with Bavarian cream, reeses cups pieces and caramel sauce. The hubby got biscoff coated cone with pistachio cream and nutella sauce. We got a punch card, so we will have to come back!“

“Love this place! I almost always get the matcha latte float, sometimes trying the seasonal. They had the Thai tea ice cream once and it was good too. Been there several times. Great place as a date or just a casual hangout. I would say this is probably the best matcha ice cream place in town! Wish there is more actual matcha latte in the float though, feels like there’s more ice than the matcha latte. Fair pricing!“

“Fantastic desserts in glass jars!! We loved the lychee coconut jelly!! Staff is friendly and this place is very clean. We just wish they had more Vegan (non dairy) options! Preferably the black sticky rice with coconut cream would have been marvellous if dairy was not used with it! Please make more vegan options and we will definitely return!“

“I've had cookie doughs and waffles on different occasions and both were amazing, hot and delivered within the stated time. cookie dough is unreal! I'm a huge fan, wouldn't go anywhere else for desserts now, price is great to compared to overpriced franchises“

“There is accessible parking in front and the store is huge with plenty of seating. They have a large glass display area where you can see the flavors and also they have assorted toppings. They have only one size of cone as I recall and basically you can choose a flavor of what to put inside the cone as well as a topping and you get to choose the flavor of ice cream as well. I tried ube and matcha and I really liked how it wasn't overly sweet and it tasted fresh. Love their fish-shaped cone. The ice cream size was pretty big too- so come hungry.“

“I’m quite happy with the fact that there are more East Asian dessert places coming around Chandler finally and I’m a big fan of them. I shared a mango berry with my mom on Mother’s Day post dinner dessert. The person who took the order was initially resistant in offering me the dessert in a bowl and recommended that I take it in a “take out” bowl. This was at 8:27pm on a Sunday night when the shop was supposed to close at 9pm. After making a polite request, he switched it to the Serving bowl. Then at 8:57pm, another lady rudely asked all customers to move out saying that the restaurant was closed. While I understand it’s Sunday night and people are trying to wrap work and head home, I just found it very impolite (perhaps it’s a cultural thing) .
The dessert was excellent though , lots of condensed milk , mango and strawberry syrup and fresh mango / strawberry pieces. Scrumptious ! My mom who is quite the picky eater, truly enjoyed the dessert“
