“A hidden gem. You won’t notice it from Rural. I found it because I did a search for a Yoghurt Shop. Parking looks like a PITA but it’s actually not bad.. We got to taste several of their ice creams.. All of them were great. I’m a big fan of Pecan anything. Their version was perfectly balanced and not over powering. My family had strawberry, another a berry blend and a Mango. All felt they were excellent. So now this place will be added to our places to go especially when we have visitors from out of town. The courtyard and proximity to Tempe Townlake is a big plus. Highly recommended.“

“Had a fantastic experience at Menchie’s on Baseline! Giuliana and Briana were working the counter and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made great flavor suggestions and went out of their way to help my friend find dairy-free options—which they had plenty of. Their positive attitude and gracious customer service really stood out. 5 Stars for Giuliana and Briana - only because we can't give 10 - really helpful, courteous, and kept the place clean.

The whole visit was quick and easy, with a fast checkout process and a great selection of toppings to choose from. The store was also exceptionally clean, tidy, and welcoming. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! 🍦😊“

“Got two scoops to compare; fresa crema and fresa leche. They were both delicious and complimented each other well! The crema had an extra creamy flavor and texture, while the leche had a much stronger strawberry flavor and was a little harder. Hope they post a menu online soon. Look forward to going back to try something else!“

The toppings are organized, the machines are stocked, and everything looks well cared for.
The staff always seem a little cold...
Then again, it is an ice cream shop, so I suppose that comes with the territory. 😄
Seriously though, every visit has been a good experience. The atmosphere is fun, the choices are endless, and it brings out the kid in all of us.
Whether you're eight years old or eighty, it's hard not to smile while building the perfect bowl of frozen yogurt.

It reminds me of back home in St. Louis of a snack shop we had called Velvet Freeze. I will definitely be coming back, so many unique ice cream flavors & the nachos are really good too.“

“I stopped by this location while visiting Arizona Mills Mall. Stopped by Häagen-Dazs ordered two small coffee ice creams cone. The flavor was excellent — rich, creamy, and very tasty.

The only downside was the service. The staff at the counter didn’t seem very welcoming and didn’t offer any samples or suggestions. Also, the total came out to almost $20 with tax for two small cones which is a bit pricey.“

“Hire honest workers! We went through the drive thru at approx 6:30pm tonIght and ordered 2 small butterfinger blizzards. He said it would be $11 and change. Seemed high to us! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. My husband took $15 out of his wallet and handed it to me. I Looked at it, so I know how much we gave him. Anyway, he pulled a dollar bill out of the. register and said see! I am saying he is a liar and a thief. We will NEVER go back to that Dairy Queen again, even though it is the closest to home.“
