“My wife and I frequent Carefree Coffee almost weekly. Besides excellent hand crafted beverages the food menu is unique and excellent. The staff are always friendly. Price wise you’re spending the same at a corporate shop (you know the one) so I would rather my money stay local and receive fresh hand crafted coffee and food.“

“I wish we could give this place more than 5 stars! We showed up today not knowing the store was closed. The owner was there and very sweetly offered to still serve us. We can’t say enough great things about how delicious the food was-she even made us a Mickey Mouse shaped crepe for my toddler but also about how amazing the hospitality was. I can’t imagine many places that would offer to open up on their day off to still serve customers! Thank you again for a delicious breakfast!! We will most definitely be back“

“Everything was great about this place! We walked in at 3pm when they were closing up. Instead of sending us on our way, we were welcomed in and they made up a new dish for us to accommodate food restrictions. The food was delicious as was the sipping tequila. Definitely a go to spot for breakfast and lunch. We will be back, as will my dog after she was given a strip of bacon!“

“I get take out coffee from this location when shopping at the Safeway. Coffee here is better than the store run stand in Safeway. Always use Starbucks app, only been inside once in 15 years, so I don't recall anything about the inside or food. Just good coffee.“

“This location would be a 5 star, but the access to this location is terrible. There should be another drive through lane, or an additional window to accommodate the amount of traffic that this location gets. Their staff is pretty good for the most part. However, most are young or maybe newly trained; so it’s a mixed bag for customer experience.
Check it out!
We just hope that they create more entrances to their cafe.“

“I am new to the area and am a frequent starbucks customer. I have been content with my experiences around Scottsdale - but it all changed when I went to this location. The location has some of the friendly baristas who make the most immaculate drinks I have ever had at a coffee shop. Amelia always make sure my order is correct and exactly to my liking - I was recently told she was promoted to manager - well deserved!!!“

“I have to say that Kevin, who is A supervisor at this location is absolutely wonderful! He is so kind and inviting and you can tell he really cares about his customers. His customer service is extraordinary. Starbucks is very lucky to have him as one of their employees.!!!!“

“This specific location is the best Starbucks I have ever been to, and I’ve been to MANY. The moment you walk through the door, one of the staff members always greets you and acknowledges you. If they can’t help you immediately, they communicate that they will help you in a moment.
Whoever the manager is of this shift and the entire staff needs a raise.
In addition to the amazing staff, they are very particular about the way they make the drinks. I don’t know what they do different but the lattes, cold brews and espresso just tastes better and fresh at this location.“

“This is a great location. The service was good. The food and coffee was freshly made. I ordered the turkey and cheese sandwich with chips. My husband ordered a cappuccino and lemonade cake. Our items were served hot. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this location.“

“I ordered a decaffeinated coffee drink and the girl who was working there around 8:45 am Oct. 11, 2024 (I didn’t catch her name) made the drink with caffeinated coffee, but then told me that she was making a new one that was decaf since she made a mistake. She didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to make sure I got the right drink and I’m really thankful for that. Really great service!“

“I don't stop by here often. But me and the wife like to get something sweet occasionally. Always good service. Rapid to get your order out. And always with a smile.
Parking: About 10 spots but most people go through the drive-thru.“

“I have to say this is my favorite Starbucks location. It is always clean not to mention the barista's are amazing. They are fast, kind, considerate, as well as helpful.With all this being said there is one barista that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! I took my daughter and her friend on their electric scooters ?? to this location while I ran besides them well over a mile. Atlas, our barista, was super helpful with recommendations for the 10 year old girls. Not to mention, Atlas, recognizing our situation for the way home (5 drinks + 1 adult + 2 kids on scooters and one free set of hands that would be running mind you) seriously could not have been more helpful!! She cut drink carriers in half and placed them in paper bags. She also placed stickers over the openings of our drinks to protect them from spilling. WOW we were truly blessed by Atlas' kindness and helpful attitude.It's hard finding good service these days let alone some one that is intentional about going above and beyond to help a stranger.. all with a smile on her face and not even the slightest expectation of receiving anything in return. THANK YOU ATLAS!!! ☕️ ?You were not only an example to your fellow coworkers but to myself, my daughter and her friend as well.32nd steet Starbucks you are truly blessed with an amazing employee and I am sure many others.“

“Good service, they have good snacks and they spell your name right. They can get very busy in the morning and sometimes only have 2 people working. But most mornings they had 3, which made the service a little faster. Nice way to start the day off.“
“I want to shout out the Starbucks inside Safeway there was a young man who went above and beyond for me and my mom. I wanted just a plain mocha frap but it wasn’t on the Menu but he made me one anyways also my mom wanted a smoothie and it was not on the menu but he made my mom a banana smoothie with the freshest ingredients he was also very neat and tidy sanitized everything“
“I visited this store a few minutes ago on 1/9/24 and my latte was made perfectly, despite lots of customizations... and the steamed milk was not burnt, which has been a frequent experience for me at other stores lately.The barista was so pleasant and friendly, and my latte so good, I decided to go back for a second one after I finished my grocery shopping. There was a different barista this time, and she was also incredibly pleasant and friendly, and once again, my latte was absolutely perfect.Kudos to this Starbucks for training their employees to make a good latte. And thank you so much to the two young women who helped me… Your pleasant nurse brought a smile to my face and really made my day.“
