Price wise you’re spending the same at a corporate shop (you know the one) so I would rather my money stay local and receive fresh hand crafted coffee and food.“

“I travel to Italy several times a year. This place is the closest thing to authentic Italian food you will find in Arizona. Everything is made in house from the motzzarella to the pasta, all made on premises. Unheard of in today’s restaurant world. The pizza is the best I have had in Arizona hands down. All the kitchen staff are Italian and the prices are very reasonable. Anyone that gives this place less than 5 stars should be ignored.“

“1st time in today. My friend & I both agree we'll be going back again soon. Very clean with appealing decor. Warmly greeted immediately. Got suggestions of what to try from the owner & her daughter-in-law, believe me, they were not wrong. We had goulash & cabbage rolls, both came with homemade mashed potatoes & freshly made pita bread. EXCELLENT, like walking into my mom's kitchen because you could tell the recipes had been lovingly perfected. So tender. So flavorful. A pure delight that that I can't wait to experience again. We also had 2 desserts that were wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't remember what they were called. One was like a napoleon, the other a nut-filled crescent. They came out to check on us to make sure everything was satisfactory & treated us very kindly. You will not leave here disappointed, of that I am sure.“

Ordered their new Black and Blue burger and it was REALLY good. The horseradish Aioli has a kick that compliments the blue cheese and buttermilk marinated fried onions!
My ex neighbor had the Strawberry salad and mentioned multiple times how good it was.
And I had a New Belgium 1554 that if you like dark smooth chocolatey beers, is a MUST Try!!!

“They won me over with their Pad Thai. This is the signature dish I always order first at every Thai restaurant. This one crushed them all.

I walked in late on their last hour on a weekday night this week, and for the summer slow season, I was impressed. Most small business restaurants shorten their hours. (They are open until 9 pm

It felt like I was dining in their home by the decor, atmosphere, and especially the service. Pete, the chef/owners husband, takes pride in their family business and is exceptionally warm and hospitable with every guest!

My Pad Thai with beef was served with a generous helping of protein compared to all my past Thai restaurant experiences. Moreover, it was mouthwatering, the beef was SO tender, and the dish itself was not dry like some pad thai's.

I was so relaxed there I forgot to take photos beyond my food. But I will catch up when I return several times to devour the entire menu, one dish at a time!“

Our favorite dishes are the chicken makhani, a buttery chicken curry, and the chana masala, a spicy garbanzo bean curry. “My wife and I went there for lunch on 7/29. The atmosphere was amazing...the food was perfect/delicious. The owner, Steve, was so nice and made sure we were happy. And that's even taking into account it was pretty packed there. Definitely a must go there!!

One thing that really stuck out...some local kids are allowed to hang out in there and cool off on hot days. They are even provided their own reusable cups to get drinks with. Steve shows compassion to others, where other establishments won't. Big win in my book!!“

Barro’s on Cave Creek Rd is very supportive of local school groups like our high school band, and always willing to host a restaurant night to help us out. (Fast turn on getting the turnout numbers and check too) We absolutely love our local Barro’s Pizza! And yes, of course the pizza is delicious. Win-win for everyone, and scrumptious pizza. 🍕🍕❤️❤️“

“We live the food at all the Babbo's. We usually go to the one in North Glendale, but we work in Scottsdale and go to the one at the Pavilions often too. This one up North off Tatum is way out of our way, but we randomly decided to go. Food was great, as usual, service was not so great. The lady serving us was snooty, and never smiled. She also didn't come around often to fill out drinks or bread and oil. Location is in a strip-mall. All you can see is a big McDonald's and part of a car wash. It's not as nice as the others we frequent, but better than the one off 12th Street. That one has the worst atmosphere.“
