“The morning staff is so helpful and sweet.

I went Saturday and ordered my usual hot coffee, and after I'd drove away (and after telling them it was good), I realized most of the cup was foam. I was disappointed I'd spent money on foam, but I drank it anyway.

The next day, I returned and asked if they could try to make the cup less foam, to which they were very understanding and even gave me the coffee for free.

The customer service continues to amaze me, and I'll keep to look forward to my coffee's from bikini bean.“

“Amazing coffee shop must stop here if you’re ever in AZ. I got the cookie butter latte protein style 22 grams of protein for a small 🤩. There latte art is beautiful. I tried there filled chocolate croissant I think it would be better Cold instead of warm! They are super kind! If you prefer the coffee taste definitely get a extra shot was not overly sweet or milky“

“A few days ago I came in and ordered a large ice kicker with oat milk, I took a sip and knew right away it wasn’t right. I’m not gonna lie I was a bit frustrated because I was heading somewhere but I really needed a pick me up, so I turned around and went back. Selena was the lead on shift and I explained my situation, she listened to me and genuinely apologized for the inconvenience, they were having a bit of a rush but she stopped and remade my drink right away so I could get where I was going. She was fast but it tasted perfectly! She was awesome and truly made my day! Thank you, Selena!“

“Matcha. Enough said. I’ll say more though, black rock is my favorite main stream cafe to get my matcha latte fix!! I get it blended and sometimes I add caramel. Once in a while I like to order a blended chai latte with caramel and that’s also heavenly!! Friendly staff. I appreciate the kindness.“

“Yes for the coffee, I got their Cafe Miel with honey & cinnamon that was wonderful and a nitro. Thankful for the big one get one free ad from Facebook! I have been here before and appreciated the simple atmosphere and service. Today, the gentleman at the register didn’t look at me when I walked in, said absolutely nothing to me to acknowledge my presence, kept making drinks and then after about 5 minutes when he got to me at the register-he practically out stared at me. When I said a medium drink he rudely interrupted me and corrected me the terminology they use for their drink sizes and said “there ya go” when he totaled my order, insinuating me to tap my card. Super rude and unkind, but I continued with kindness. I want to go back but definitely not for him. Truly never seen a human so disgruntled in making coffee and offering kindness to the world. It’s not that hard to smile and appreciate life. You woke up today, be grateful.“

“On my first visit, I tried a sample of white cake covered with a thick creamy frosting, trimmed with chocolate and topped with strawberries. I bought some and loved it. When I came back for more today, they didn’t have it. I love this bakery, the staff is friendly, and everything is good. Just want more white cake with strawberries.“

Tons of herbal teas and concoctions, tinctures, herbal medicine, etc.You can sample any of the drinks and she offers healthy sugar free sweeteners.There are gluten free and keto snacks, kava drinks, cookies, etc.Sherry was very nice and showed us all around and told us a lot about what she’s go going on. She showed us her medicinal herb garden. I overall recommend coming here for everyone. Especially if you’re interested in alternative or herbal things.“

“I always enjoy the service and atmosphere of this Starbucks. I always tease my wife that instead of working at home, I'll just set my office in there! Our favorite is grabbing the Caramel Frappuchino and always asking for extra shots because we have kids, and we really could use the caffeine boost! Always appreciate the fast service and attention to details when we make our order, which brings in the whole experience to an easy five-star. The food is not my favorite, but that's not what I come here to enjoy!“
