“We used Taqueria Obson to cater our bicycling event. The food was fabulous and we received so many compliments on it! All the ingredients were fresh and they were pleasant people to work with. I will definitely use them again! I can't find the rating stars, but would gladly give them 5! The food was delicious and reasonably priced.“

“A genuine gourmet restaurant in a strip mall. Not fancy, but an excellent menu. Food is cooked to order. Menu is different from standard Mexican restaurants. Leans heavily towards seafood and shrimp as the name suggests.
Decent portions, priced at a normal level for such specialty food.
All their sauces are made in-house.
It's in the suburb of Guadalupe, which is hidden inside Tempe.
The waitress was friendly and willing to change the orders to meet our needs. It appears to be a family run restaurant“

“Girl and I got bites ramen and the birria tacos. The tacos were top notch! Borderline addictive. Birria ramen was good, but have had better. Awesome service. Super friendly guy. Hooked it up with free sodas, too. Little on the spendy side for a truck. Will go back for the birria tacos. 🤤“

“Amazing! All of the ingredients were so fresh. The flavor combinations were amazing. This felt like real authentic cusine.
I tried a few different tacos (carne castor, chicken, and the fried shrimp) that broth was unlike any other I’ve tried. All of this with a side of rice & beans 10/10. The salsas are also really good. Frozen marg was delish! I can’t forget the freshly made tortillas.
I came with my mom she ordered the chicharones the cheese and seasoning on top of these was elite.
I would definitely come back next time im in phoenix.“

“I’ve been going to Blue Adobe for more than 15++ years when a boss took me there for lunch. It is as delicious now as it was then. The food is consistent and tasty. Great New Mexican cuisine. You can’t go wrong, I’ve never had a bad dish here. I recommend the Stacked Enchiladas “Christmas Style” with a fried egg or Yesterday’s Meatloaf. You’ll leave feeling full. It’s the “stick to your ribs” kind of food.“

“Just looked up where to eat that was near my last stop and this restaurant came up. It did not disappoint! When most of the people eating here are Hispanic you know it’s good. And it was great. I was married to a Mexican so good Mexican food is a must. I will be back! Highly recommend!!“
“We loved the atmosphere and the margaritas! Our server was also very attentive. The corn tortillas were not good they were thick and cold, we were also not asked if we wanted coen or flour. Which made us have to order flour for an additional price. Moreover, we didnt care for the mole taste.“

“I typically don’t go to Mexican restaurants, as I really don’t like them. My friend drug me there and I went back again the next day. The shrimp tacos are to die for. I could eat them everyday. Even the chips and salsa was the best of any restaurant I’ve been to. I wish they had one here in Illinois! If I go back to Scottsdale, I’m going straight there to eat! Also the bartender/waiter was the friendliest, most efficient, knowledgeable guy! He was amazing!“

“YUM! I ordered the street tacos and they were very good. Pastor and chicken. Nice flavor and tasted fresh. If you like spice, their red salsa is bomb.
The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is that I feel like the street tacos are a little pricey even on taco Tuesday . I believe they are 2.20 on Tuesday and 2.89 regular price. They will fit in the palm of your hand.
Still, they were very good. I just wish they were regular size for that price.“

“This place is new to me. Found on google. The price was good actually I was impressed. However cash only at this place which sucks but they do offer an atm on site if u need one. I ordered the red chile burrito it was delicious if I had to make a comment I think something went slightly wrong I could taste a bit of like a steam flavor not sure if it came from when they boiled the meat or the water they used? Anyway it wasn’t enough to ruin it in anyway foood was awesome. I need to let em know before the cashier was rude as hell young lady was mumbling and rolling her eyes and using her cell phone the whole time this Kinda ruined our 1st time experience. We were greeted by a nice lady at first but the younger lady helped us cash out was rude idk if I’ll go back. Rather take my business elsewhere.“

“I started eating lunches at Don Jose in 1966 while I was pregnant with my daughter. I ate there often because I worked nearby. As the years went by we ate there so many times the “original” staff knew us by name. When they closed down we were saddened, but were so happy when they sold the business (and recipes) and reopened. My daughter and family and almost every close friend I have continue to enjoy the great food, the family atmosphere, friendly staff and owners. I highly recommend Don Jose’. Best find of 1966 through today!!“

We visit from New England a few times a year, love to sit on the patio enjoying a beverage with fresh chips and tasty salsa while awaiting our favorite shrimp tacos and chicken enchiladas.
Rosie has been our top notch server on several occasions.“

“My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way from the airport to Tucson. She ordered the tamales and I got the cheese enchiladas, and we shared an order of chips and salsa. The enchiladas were so-so, just not that flavorful. The chips were good, and the salsa was very flavorful, but spicier than we initially thought. Our noses got to running fairly quickly! But her tamales were delicious! They were great, and we initially talked about going back there on our last night before flying out, just to get the tamales.
The restaurant was acceptably clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful.“
