“I have gotten the combo which has crispy chicken and steamed chicken and it comes with rice, cucumbers, a broth, and then I got the Thai sauce. Highly recommend the Thai sauce. And the pomegranate tea. The steamed chicken is so moist and tender. It’s literally unreal. The crispy chicken is so good. It doesn’t feel way down. Everything is light.
It’s so clean. This is my first time will be coming back.“

“I only go here to order the same thing every time. Two grilled tenders kids meals with fries & apple juice. Very simple right? Well why am I parked to wait every time for a very long time? If it’s to prepare the grilled chicken at least wait to put the fries in the bag so that they’re not COLD.“

“We went through the drive through after my son’s baseball game and ordered 2 kids meals. My other son had what I thought, was a gift certificate for a free kids meal from his school. Unbeknownst to me it was missing the actual tear-off certificate. The woman at the window was so understanding and kind and said she would accept it anyways. Then a minute later, she handed me both kids meals and said BOTH were taken care of. WOW! Thank you so much.“

A little disappointed they didn't have ranch dressing. If you like chicken tenders, that's all they do- and the chicken sandwich made with the chicken tenders is surprisingly good!“

“This is not your typical chicken shack and/or fast-food joint but it does have their usual brand and selection menu as well as special offerings. I must say, most Chik-Fi-A’s tend to be well above average as fast food. And this location does as well if not better than most. To date, after multiple visits, I find this location to be above average. As an occasional junk food-eater I've over the years dutifully tried almost everything on Chik-Fil-A‘s menu at least once, sometimes even more. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel’s attitude and customer service level. I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice. This place scores 3.8 of 5 – as I said, above average. I will continue to come back and do recommend it! As a side note, their drive through is incredible – makes one wish other take-outs would be as efficient and pleasant. And, I must add that for the most part they are also well above average in not messing up your order. Good job guys!“

“This Chick-fil-A is on the ASU downtown campus and it gets very busy at lunchtime and quite full as people wait for their food. However, staff like Maria and Patty maintain such joyful attitudes while doing their job that it’s hard to be upset about how crowded the area is.“
