“The service here was fantastic, very quick and nice workers. They had good recommendations and even made a point to check in with us to see if we needed anything even though it's not really a sit-down restaurant. I didn't love the burger, or the fries, but that is a personal opinion. The fries are too thin for me, but they were still tasty and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Overall good experience!“

“Every time I come to Melty, the staff is absolutely amazing and really nice and welcoming. My favorite cashier Janet is just sooo sweet and loves doing what she does. She always makes my day when I come in for eats. Melty is a must and I hope they expand more so others can try their food.“

“There are very few fast food places I eat anymore. Once I lived on them. Now I very careful where I spend my money. They have to have quality and they have to be priced right. This location is great. The employees are super nice and the owner is too. I love skipping the line ordering from my app and they bring it to my table. Usually quickly. They also fix any issues fast (not that many to speak of).“

“Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!“

“It was a welcoming experience coming the this Carl's Jr. I hate going to any fast food restaurants anymore. The prices have gone up so much that you can literally pay the same at a sit down restaurant. Most of the time the food is cold and or made sloppy or incorrect. Coming here i was greeted warmly and both Amy and Jonathan were extremely courteous and both helped me set up the app for the first time. They took the time to explain how to use it. My food was hot and tasted great. It was very refreshing to not have to deal with rude people. It is obvious they enjoy what they do and they put the customer first. I will definitely come back. “Fast Mexican food but not fast food junk. Excellent menu, and everything I've ever had off of it is delicious and authentic. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't try them at least once. Even if you're not into Mexican food, you'll like something on their menu, especially the burritos. Bean and cheese or beef are my favorites. it might be yours, too. “I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“after seeing an ad on FB for 2 for $6 fish, I drove to my nearest Arby's. the gentleman who took my order - I believe Anthony was his name - could not have presented a fine greeting to me. it was clear, concise and informative. i honestly don't think I've been greeted so well in the past 20 years. I was impressed and I don't impress easily. kudos to him. because of his greeting and my reply to it, I ended up ordering more than I intended. I had planned on spending six bucks. because of him, I spent $16+. well done. oh, and the fish was excellent.“

Can take an order and carry on a whole conversation at once and not once do I feel ignored, disregard, needless to say she is definitely a manager who runs a tight ship and stands on business on all 10 toes. Great store, fresh food, friendly staff, and a store manager who doesn’t just manage, but lead by example and really set the tone.

“The music volume was low enough that we didn't have to sit outside. I wish all Five Guys locations had the music volume set to be low background loudness, but I would gladly come back anytime here. Five Guys have the best French Fries. I don't order Fries at other burger places, only at Five Guys.“

“This place…I went and picked up food for my family last night for the first time. I was a bit skeptical about what to expect. Not many places serve great fried chicken. My mind is BLOWN..kitchen; first of all, is spotless. Everything is fresh and hot and tasted great. You know how when you grab food to take home and you get it in the car and all of a sudden your car doesn’t smell so great? Like old grease or something? I put this food in my car and the car, it smelled AMAZING! The gravy….the GRAVY…I don’t know what that recipe is..I can’t place all the flavors..the gravy is life changing! I NEED to know what you put in it! I make great gravy but this gravy is outstanding! The hot Cheetos Mozzarella sticks…best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. I never order foods made with junk food, Doritos this or hot Cheetos that. Order those mozzarella sticks..you’ll thank me later.“

“Food is Taco Bell, it's generally standard it's always as expected I wouldn't say it's four or five stars, but their service definitely great at this location and I went to on Val Vista and baseline, generally they're all pretty good too with their staff I haven't had any complaints per say these guys went above and beyond... I wish that the owner would put the plugs back at the bar area that was designed for people to get on their phones and laptops, there's hardly anyone ever in there now I granted have not checked on a Friday or Saturday night but all the weekdays that I've been there and the week nights there's never anybody really in there and it would be a good opportunity for someone that's going to Panera across the street or filberto's across the street or any of these other coffee shops and restaurants to do work they could be there getting breakfast lunch and dinner like I do in a lot of places that I pop up for my virtual work... They had them set up and then they blocked them with flat outlet covers... I was excited when I saw that they had something set up that I could go work by the window you drink.. But man increase your atmosphere rating by getting that sucker going again... The consumers only assumption is that the management or owner feels that there was transient, vagrant, for teenagers causing trouble and that's not a good assumption to think when somebody is checking out that talk about for the first time it's in a really nice area next to nice shopping and a great neighborhood get people to hang out more!... Btw I've been going there actually off and on since at least 1993... Back then we just hung out outside cuz we didn't have a cell phones lol...“

“Kinda of a quiet place 😔. I have liked their beef and cheddar sandwiches since I was a child. I usually get it with a sesame bun and not the onion bun. Automated ordering seems to get it right but it feels strange talking to a computer. Fast service.“

The employees are always friendly, patient, and attentive, even during busy times. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and enjoy seeing plants in the lobby. “The food tasted really good. The service was pretty fast. The cashier could have been a little more friendly. The tables could have been wiped down better. No matter which one we sat at they all had some unseen sticky residue in all of the corners. Overall, a decent experience.“

I have the new Carl's Jr. App & you gotta put the 13 digit code from the reciept into the app, so you get points for free stuff later. So far I don't have any points on there, because either the reciept doesn't print all 13 #'s for some dumb printer malfunction reason, or I don't get the #'s entered in time (72 hours). This time I was all ready to be on top of the game. I ordered 8 pieces of fish 🐟in the drive through. The order taker didn't give me a reciept at the window, I assumed it would be inside my bag, but I didn't see one in there. So, even after I asked the guy to go back in & get the reciept for me... When he brought out my order - he said he couldn't find it!!! So annoying!!! I eat here all the time!! I'm never gonna get any points!!! 😦👎“
