“The service here was fantastic, very quick and nice workers. They had good recommendations and even made a point to check in with us to see if we needed anything even though it's not really a sit-down restaurant. I didn't love the burger, or the fries, but that is a personal opinion. The fries are too thin for me, but they were still tasty and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Overall good experience!“

“Having a grilled cheese with tomato soup and a lemonade really took me back to when I was a kid! The tomato soup tasted homemade, and the lemonade too (I especially appreciated that they didn’t make it TOO sweet like some other places do). Really looking forward to getting back and trying one of the many melts that have meat!“

This location is great. The employees are super nice and the owner is too. I love skipping the line ordering from my app and they bring it to my table. Usually quickly. They also fix any issues fast (not that many to speak of).“

“Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!“

“Me & my family eat out often, we go to Carl's Jr on County Club & McKellips. We go to Carl's Jr 2 or 3 times a week. We order the exact same thing everytime, and everytime we have gone there EVERYTHING HAS BEEN AMAZING, we order special burgers. We always get the food prepared correctly, it's hot & fresh. The customer service has always been amazing, everytimewe go there. Sergio is always so friendly, professional, he just a couple steps above the rest. He always makes sure we have everything we ordered & the condiments, he is nice and friendly we enjoy making him laugh.“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“after seeing an ad on FB for 2 for $6 fish, I drove to my nearest Arby's. the gentleman who took my order - I believe Anthony was his name - could not have presented a fine greeting to me. it was clear, concise and informative. i honestly don't think I've been greeted so well in the past 20 years. I was impressed and I don't impress easily. kudos to him. because of his greeting and my reply to it, I ended up ordering more than I intended. I had planned on spending six bucks. because of him, I spent $16+. well done. oh, and the fish was excellent.“

“This place…I went and picked up food for my family last night for the first time. I was a bit skeptical about what to expect. Not many places serve great fried chicken. My mind is BLOWN..kitchen; first of all, is spotless. Everything is fresh and hot and tasted great. You know how when you grab food to take home and you get it in the car and all of a sudden your car doesn’t smell so great? Like old grease or something? I put this food in my car and the car, it smelled AMAZING! The gravy….the GRAVY…I don’t know what that recipe is..I can’t place all the flavors..the gravy is life changing! I NEED to know what you put in it! I make great gravy but this gravy is outstanding! The hot Cheetos Mozzarella sticks…best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had in my life, hands down. I never order foods made with junk food, Doritos this or hot Cheetos that. Order those mozzarella sticks..you’ll thank me later.“

“It's a Dell Taco and you get what you expect. I'm leaving this review to call out and praise an employee who's name i don't have unfortunately. He's there every single night (normally go there around 8-10pm and this is September 2024) and is a male in his early 20s and often wears a beanie. I've literally never had a more polite and professional fast food employee serve me.. EVER. He genuinely cares about his job and more importantly his customers. Nothing but absolute praise for this guy and his service, professionalism, and friendly/positive mindset. Kudos“

“I'm kinda pissed off now. I didn't get my reciept, even though I asked for one. I have the new Carl's Jr. App & you gotta put the 13 digit code from the reciept into the app, so you get points for free stuff later. So far I don't have any points on there, because either the reciept doesn't print all 13 #'s for some dumb printer malfunction reason, or I don't get the #'s entered in time (72 hours). This time I was all ready to be on top of the game. I ordered 8 pieces of fish 🐟in the drive through. The order taker didn't give me a reciept at the window, I assumed it would be inside my bag, but I didn't see one in there. So, even after I asked the guy to go back in & get the reciept for me... When he brought out my order - he said he couldn't find it!!! So annoying!!! I eat here all the time!! I'm never gonna get any points!!! 😦👎“

The employees are always friendly, patient, and attentive, even during busy times. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and enjoy seeing plants in the lobby. “Perfect customer service. The mushroom Swiss cheeseburger was so yummy & the only reason I go there lately since I retired from the Whataburger Dobson & Broadway as team leader a few decades ago. I called ahead to see if they still had the mushroom Swiss limited time cheeseburger since I live far away & luckily they did. I hope it becomes a permanent mushroom Swiss cheeseburger indefinitely on their menu. It was juicy & the best kind of cheeseburger they have. 😋 From a happy customer & retired Whataburger team leader“
