“YUM! I ordered the street tacos and they were very good. Pastor and chicken. Nice flavor and tasted fresh. If you like spice, their red salsa is bomb.

The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is that I feel like the street tacos are a little pricey even on taco Tuesday . I believe they are 2.20 on Tuesday and 2.89 regular price. They will fit in the palm of your hand.

Still, they were very good. I just wish they were regular size for that price.“

The gentleman that took my order was nice and helpful with my first order. Ordered the tinga enchilada plate and the flavors were amazing. The amount of food was fantastic. The smoky salsa on the side was one of the best I have ever had. It only took one trip to make me a new regular customer.“

“It’s true what they say that the Mexican food at Nandos is delicious and authentic, my husband and I went to have lunch yesterday I had the grilled chicken taco salad the portion was generous , my husband had the green chile rice and beans. Dan was our server and he had excellent customer service he made sure the the drinks were full and very accommodating , he’s definitely in the right field . This is great place to have lunch .“

“First time here - walked in and we were met with smiles and great service. The food that we tried(burrito de legua, menudo, green chile burrito, and chorizo burrito) amazing and authentic. Especially loved the chorizo burrito and the tortillas were so good. Will definitely visit again and soon.“

“Amazing! All of the ingredients were so fresh. The flavor combinations were amazing. This felt like real authentic cusine.
I tried a few different tacos (carne castor, chicken, and the fried shrimp) that broth was unlike any other I’ve tried. All of this with a side of rice & beans 10/10. The salsas are also really good. Frozen marg was delish! I can’t forget the freshly made tortillas.

I came with my mom she ordered the chicharones the cheese and seasoning on top of these was elite.
I would definitely come back next time im in phoenix.“

“I have been a customer of Tortas el Chavo for 5 years now. Never dissapints! Every time I crave a torta, this is the only spot I get it from. My favorite is asada torta, but I have also had milanesa d pollo when I want the chicken protein. You will never go wrong with anything you try there!“

“We made the drive from across town to try this restaurant after seeing them on Tiktok. Our biggest selling point was that the pink tacos are dye free! After talking with one of the owners, she did confirm she used beets for coloring in her made-from-scratch corn tortillas. She was very friendly and took very good care of us while we were there. The food was absolutely delicious. I was very pleased with the beet salsa as I am allergic to tomatoes. The food was a good portion for the price. We all left satisfied, especially my kids. The biggest down side is that it's hard to find unless you're looking for it. I highly recommend making the effort to find them!“

The chile was so flavorful and just the right amount of spice the carne Adovado tamales were amazing. I went both days I was in Phoenix and can't wait to go again“

“Just a little further east of all the other wonderful restaurants on Main Street you’ll find this amazing sushi and Mexican food restaurant. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Even the bathrooms were amazingly clean! The service was very friendly. But most importantly, the food was amazing! We had tacos and the shrimp burrito…. All were absolutely wonderful, filling, and reasonably priced! The salsa bar is very well stocked with tasty vegetables, salsas, and guacamole! Good choice of Coke products to choose from, and of course a wonderful stock of coke “Hecho en Mexico!” Next time we will try the sushi and we will definitely return for some more wonderful Mexican food!“

“I have enjoyed the beef tacos with rice and beans here several times, as well as their breakfast burrito. Everything has been tasty and the staff were friendly too. It is a convenient drive through location with relatively short wait times. I did find the speaker at the drive through a bit hard to hear clearly through at times, but it’s not a big deal. “What an interesting new experience. This was Mexican food with a twist. I had chilaquiles enmoladas and it was delicious. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the extensive menu. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that my lips were tingling by the time we left.“
