“This place was busy, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I got carne asada tacos, double rice, horchata, and flan the tacos and rice were great, but the flan was more like cheesecake. They forgot my grilled onions and jalapeños, but the salsa bar made up for it, and I’d definitely come back for a fast taco fix.“

“I’ve been going to Blue Adobe for more than 15++ years when a boss took me there for lunch. It is as delicious now as it was then. The food is consistent and tasty. Great New Mexican cuisine. You can’t go wrong, I’ve never had a bad dish here. I recommend the Stacked Enchiladas “Christmas Style” with a fried egg or Yesterday’s Meatloaf. You’ll leave feeling full. It’s the “stick to your ribs” kind of food.“

“YUM! I ordered the street tacos and they were very good. Pastor and chicken. Nice flavor and tasted fresh. If you like spice, their red salsa is bomb.

The only reason for a 4 star and not 5 is that I feel like the street tacos are a little pricey even on taco Tuesday . I believe they are 2.20 on Tuesday and 2.89 regular price. They will fit in the palm of your hand.

“I'm tough to please as I grew up on the border and lived in Northern New Mexico. In the past visits, I haven't been overly impressed but my last visit was much better. It was taco Tuesday and I tried their Birria tacos. I thought they were quite good. If you ask, you can get habanero salsa instead of their mild version and I opt for that. My last waiter was outstanding with his knowledge and service. I just might go back and try a few more items“

“My wife and daughter enjoyed the tacos. My wife is Colombian and from all the Mexican places we have eaten in the Phoenix area, this is in her top two for tacos. The meat is freshly grilled and corn tortillas made while you order. The service is quick and good. I like my tacos more basic and in my opinion theirs is a little upscale for my taste but overall I would recommend this place.“

This was my first time in here and I'm SO glad I saw the "OPEN" sign lit up because the new name threw me.
They still have all the great food they had before.

More than the food, though, was the service. I was the only person in there (right at opening) and the woman who was working made me feel like a guest in her home, rather than just another customer. It was so very nice! As she got things ready for her day, we were able to have some lovely conversations, which one doesn't get too often at restaurants.
She also informed me that they have menudo every day, and also ceviché! Between that and her, I am looking forward to going back for more!“

Rudy's Burritos served up one seriously tasty breakfast burrito! Split an order of chips and salsa and a Chorizo 🍖 burrito with added potatoes 🥔. The bill came to $18 and change which was about what was expected. The burrito itself was decent size and plentiful—filling up our tummies and ready to start the day off right! The chorizo is perfectly seasoned - packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice. The tortilla is warm and soft, wrapped tightly around a generous filling of chorizo, eggs, beans, cheese and added potatoes. Will definitely be coming back to try other menu items. Great service and easy wait time. Recommend!“

“I've been coming here for two years for their menudo & it's one of the best here in Phoenix. The beautiful thing about it is that there is no wait time for Menudo. I guess that's why I'm just now putting a post about this restaurant. I was being selfish & wanted this place for myself but this establishment needs to flourish. This competes or beats the other well regarded mexican restaurants here in Phoenix. I've been coming here once every weekend for the past 2 years after work.“
