“We had my grandmother’s 101 birthday dinner here Friday the 15 . There was 11 of us and it was wonderful. Food was delicious, atmosphere was quiet enough for her to be comfortable but what made it memorable was the waiter. The gentleman who waited on us ( brown hair ) was extremely knowledgeable kind patient and attentive. I am only sorry I can remember his name but hope that whoever reads this can use the details and figure it out and give him the recognition he deserves. “I love Coronado! And I think the entire Coronado community does too. There are not enough good words to say about this place because it is the right mix of vibe and atmosphere that you’re looking for in a smaller community hub like this.

Good food that is reasonably priced. I believe all the food is vegan as well which makes it even better! Quality food that’s good for yourself in the environment for a good price is hard to come by.

The staff is nice and very attentive nothing but good things to say.

I got the burrito and my husband got the enchiladas and my aunt got the cauliflower tacos. They were all excellent. We’ve been coming to this place for years and not once I’ve ever had anything bad on the menu and as a regular lifter, I can throw back some food and I’m not usually hungry when we leave.

“Chef Krystal makes amazing magical plates — comfort food with scratch-kitchen freshness, just the right “mouth feel” (crunchy or textured etc), also healthy and delicious. You should definitely order extra servings and bring Early Bird Vegan to potlucks, office parties, family events, and serve it to nonvegans who would have no idea it’s vegan unless they saw the name (I have done so— and even cheese-addicted “vegetarians” (yeah… they need to evolve) are supremely happy with Early Bird Vegan food)!“

They were incredibly easy to work with, our team loved them, and most importantly, the scookies were SO good. But still delicious.) And some fresh spring rolls. My partner had some vegan mac and cheese which was also delicious (i had a bite). My date ordered the vegan combo, and I particularly enjoyed the carrots in the atikilt wot—they were sweet in the best possible way. I ordered the Doro Wat, which was savory and spicy. The injera, a bread that is like a cross between a tortilla and a pancake, was unique and delicious. They serve a variety of drinks, including Mexican Fanta, Sprite, Diet Coke, Coke, and Pepsi. Their traditional tea with honey and ginger was also soothing and a perfect complement to the meal. There's a full-service bar as well. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with entire tables of families chatting amongst each other. Every month, usually around an Ethiopian Holy Day, there is a buffet. If you're unsure of what Ethiopian food to try, I recommend starting with the buffet. I will definitely dine here again, especially for breakfast, which I just missed this time! Next time, I'll be ordering the kwanta firfir and scrambled eggs for breakfast—it has my name on it!“

“This was my first time ever being to a Medieval Times and I had an amazing time. The environment was exciting, and just entrapped you. My voice is hoarse from all the yelling I did. Beyond that, the food was really good, with one of the best things being the tomato bisque in my opinion. The drinks were very delicious as well, and I enjoyed the First Knight.

I also want to shout out Krysten, they were super enthusiastic about their job, and incredibly charismatic. I think she did an amazing job, was really knowledgeable about the products being sold, and easily sold us on several things, like the Merlin dagger my friend got, and the dragon plushie I got. “I am a bit behind on my food reviews for this year but that doesn't mean I haven't been to some really amazing places to eat. I absolutely have. In January we chose Seasons 52 for a date night.

Angela was our table side waitstaff who helped me choose the perfect cocktail, offering to substitute it if it wasn't to my liking - but it was. I ordered two Hawaiian Pineapple Comos!

Lobster bisque was creamy, warm, and delightful. Next time I'd get a bowl all to myself instead of sharing! haha :)
My surf and turf was outstanding - the filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster tail was tasty.
The pork chop was perfectly cooked - juicy with the right amount of char to it.
The stuff mushrooms were hot, fresh, and very tasty. I'd get them again.

The crowd pleaser absolutely was the dessert and dessert options. Small they may be (and I may have even said that I'd pay just to get it in a FULL SIZE drink cup lol) but mighty in taste! After all the food we had, the size made sense though. Hats off to the dessert chef!
