“We had my grandmother’s 101 birthday dinner here Friday the 15 . There was 11 of us and it was wonderful. Food was delicious, atmosphere was quiet enough for her to be comfortable but what made it memorable was the waiter. The gentleman who waited on us ( brown hair ) was extremely knowledgeable kind patient and attentive. I am only sorry I can remember his name but hope that whoever reads this can use the details and figure it out and give him the recognition he deserves. “Easily one of the very best restaurants I have ever enjoyed. The service was spot on, watching the sunset over paradise valley was perfect and the food was prepared and plated in a most delightful way. We had a juicy pork chop, wonderful sea bass, foie gras and the best French fries ever. Our server, Billy, helped us in choosing cocktails to sip on and we had a really nice time at Elements, it was all around positive.“

They were incredibly easy to work with, our team loved them, and most importantly, the scookies were SO good. “We went to Eddie V’s Prime Seafood to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and as always, it was fantastic! This time, they really went above and beyond. When we sat down, the table was already decorated with birthday confetti, and there was a handwritten card signed by the staff — such a thoughtful surprise!

After our delicious dinner, they brought my boyfriend a beautiful dessert. Then the manager came by to check on us, which is typical at Eddie V’s, but he also gave us a $50 gift card for our next visit. In today’s economy, that’s an incredible gesture.

“This was my first experience eating Ethiopian food, and it was fantastic! The menu offers extensive options for vegans and those who prefer healthy foods. My date ordered the vegan combo, and I particularly enjoyed the carrots in the atikilt wot—they were sweet in the best possible way. I ordered the Doro Wat, which was savory and spicy. The injera, a bread that is like a cross between a tortilla and a pancake, was unique and delicious. They serve a variety of drinks, including Mexican Fanta, Sprite, Diet Coke, Coke, and Pepsi. Their traditional tea with honey and ginger was also soothing and a perfect complement to the meal. There's a full-service bar as well. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with entire tables of families chatting amongst each other. Every month, usually around an Ethiopian Holy Day, there is a buffet. If you're unsure of what Ethiopian food to try, I recommend starting with the buffet. I will definitely dine here again, especially for breakfast, which I just missed this time! Next time, I'll be ordering the kwanta firfir and scrambled eggs for breakfast—it has my name on it!“
