“We had my grandmother’s 101 birthday dinner here Friday the 15 . There was 11 of us and it was wonderful. Food was delicious, atmosphere was quiet enough for her to be comfortable but what made it memorable was the waiter. The gentleman who waited on us ( brown hair ) was extremely knowledgeable kind patient and attentive. I am only sorry I can remember his name but hope that whoever reads this can use the details and figure it out and give him the recognition he deserves. Fried chicken and short ribs highly recommended“

However the key to our satisfaction was our magnificent waiter Dan who was knowledgeable and very attentive and he gave us a little extra attention which we greatly appreciated. “Excellent coffee, teas, and vegan munchies. Fun and imaginative drinks for any mood. Highly recommend trying any of their coffees or teas with their various flavored foams. The iced blueberry tea with blueberry foam is light, refreshing, and out of this world. Steep is also a warm and inviting place to come hang out and work. I am usually disappointed with vegan food offerings in coffee shops, but their breakfast sandy is delicious! The slaw in the sandy takes it over the top.“

“First time eating here but I’ll definitely try it again! I got the loaded hibiscus chips as part of hibiscus week. What a uniquely amazing creation! I definitely give my props to the team who thought of this. The bbq hibiscus flowers were a smidge sweet for my taste but I just asked for a side of salsa which helped balance things out. The table next to me got a burger that smelled amazing so I’ll definitely get that next time.

I also got the lemon raspberry cake which I wasn’t the biggest fan of. The buttercream was gritty and the cake didn’t have a strong lemon flavor. But the raspberry sauce that was drizzled on top was really good! I could see it being amazing on a chocolate dessert.

The service was great and I felt well taken care of. The lighting inside is very intimate, seems like a great place for a date night. Can’t wait to come again!“

But still delicious.) And some fresh spring rolls. My partner had some vegan mac and cheese which was also delicious (i had a bite). Finished it off with a delicious vegan carrot cake. 😋 I think the best word to describe this food is delicious! Lol but seriously, come hungry! “This was my first experience eating Ethiopian food, and it was fantastic! The menu offers extensive options for vegans and those who prefer healthy foods. My date ordered the vegan combo, and I particularly enjoyed the carrots in the atikilt wot—they were sweet in the best possible way. I ordered the Doro Wat, which was savory and spicy. The injera, a bread that is like a cross between a tortilla and a pancake, was unique and delicious. They serve a variety of drinks, including Mexican Fanta, Sprite, Diet Coke, Coke, and Pepsi. Their traditional tea with honey and ginger was also soothing and a perfect complement to the meal. There's a full-service bar as well. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with entire tables of families chatting amongst each other. Every month, usually around an Ethiopian Holy Day, there is a buffet. If you're unsure of what Ethiopian food to try, I recommend starting with the buffet. I will definitely dine here again, especially for breakfast, which I just missed this time! Next time, I'll be ordering the kwanta firfir and scrambled eggs for breakfast—it has my name on it!“

In Scottsdale, AZ. Everyone was amazing—the atmosphere, the food, and especially the service. The lobster bisque was incredible, and the filet was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The manager even stopped by to check on us, which you don’t see at most restaurants.
