“The food is always so good. Tonight my husband and I had to wait a little extra in the drive thru because he ordered 30 grilled nuggets and the staff was so kind and letting us know when it would be ready and updating us. They even gave us a free chocolate shake and thanked us for our patients! I will always come back to this location!“

“Michelle gave amazing service. Let me share a story. I was having a hard day after my pet iguana was arrested for armed robbery, so I thought I could use a little pick me up since he was going to spend the rest of his life behind bars. Think of Batman's origin story, that's what he did. Anyway, I was down, so I went to Chick-fil-A, and immediately, I was greeted with a warm smile. I walked up to order, and Michell was the most kind person I have ever met, and her smile was infectious. Almost made me forget about my iguana. She helped me decide what to order, and she was right, I felt so much better after the frosted lemonade. Ok, the whole iguana story is made up, but everything about Michelle is true. She honestly did treat me very well and was very welcoming. That's why I gave 5 stars.“

If you’re from the south, don’t get the sweet tea. It’s not to our taste buds. If you aren’t from the south, get it, you might like it.

“This was my first time at this location. This location is an outdoor eating location. The customer service was good. This location was clean. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Everything was served hot and delicious. I recommend this location for outdoor eating.“

“We visit chic-fil-A on March 14,2025 around 11am or 12 noon, There was a female upfront on cashier she was kinda rude to us an got our order all mixed up. Then when we clear it up she said we needed to pay more money, we had just paid like 31.00 for a small meal for 2. The female cashier did not seem to like us as customers. Maybe our skin was to dark for her or she was just wrong for the job. Thanks“

He is truly exceptional and brings a wonderful energy to every interaction. Overall, my experiences with the staff have always been incredibly friendly and positive.“

“This Chick-fil-A is on the ASU downtown campus and it gets very busy at lunchtime and quite full as people wait for their food. However, staff like Maria and Patty maintain such joyful attitudes while doing their job that it’s hard to be upset about how crowded the area is.“
