“The food is always so good. Tonight my husband and I had to wait a little extra in the drive thru because he ordered 30 grilled nuggets and the staff was so kind and letting us know when it would be ready and updating us. They even gave us a free chocolate shake and thanked us for our patients! I will always come back to this location!“

“I've been on a Chick-fil-A kick recently and the food is always so amazing. The service is always really good, too. Aside from sometimes no one acknowledges me when I'm at the pickup counter until I say something. But the staff is always super nice and friendly. The atmosphere to me is just like most really busy fast food places. Usually full inside and outside. I really don't like the ones that don't have a drive up line specifically for pickup orders, though. I have to wait in the long car lines with people who are ordering food, just to sit there and wait until the end when they finally give me my food. That's why I don't bother with picking up in the drive through lanes. Much easier and faster to go inside and pick it up.“

“Clean and staff is very friendly. Play area is a decent size for little ones to get energy out. Tables and chairs were not sticky, which is great for a fast food chain. The staff uses bacterial wipes on most surfaces. Good place to grab a quick dinner or for kids to play while you eat.“

“This was my first time at this location. This location is an outdoor eating location. The customer service was good. This location was clean. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe meal. Everything was served hot and delicious. I recommend this location for outdoor eating.“

“The Customer Service is off the charts outstanding. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is more than willing to go the extra mile. Out of all of the fast food places Chick-fil-A is the benchmark standard of how ideal Customer Service should be. Even observing the employs while I’m eating my food it’s blatantly obvious the employees are happy to be there. I’m totally in love with the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. “Yummy crispy fried chicken with pickles and avocado lime ranch with healthier variations of sandwich like multigrain bun. Would highly recommend to try spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with multigrain bun is very much satisfying lunch with perfect spice.“

“This is not your typical chicken shack and/or fast-food joint but it does have their usual brand and selection menu as well as special offerings. I must say, most Chik-Fi-A’s tend to be well above average as fast food. And this location does as well if not better than most. To date, after multiple visits, I find this location to be above average. As an occasional junk food-eater I've over the years dutifully tried almost everything on Chik-Fil-A‘s menu at least once, sometimes even more. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel’s attitude and customer service level. I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice. This place scores 3.8 of 5 – as I said, above average. I will continue to come back and do recommend it! As a side note, their drive through is incredible – makes one wish other take-outs would be as efficient and pleasant. And, I must add that for the most part they are also well above average in not messing up your order. Good job guys!“

“I absolutely adore this location. I have never encountered any issues with the food or service. I primarily use the drive-thru, where I frequently have the pleasure of being served by Kenneth. He is truly exceptional and brings a wonderful energy to every interaction. Overall, my experiences with the staff have always been incredibly friendly and positive.“

“The sandwich was good but def was not a fan of the fries were flavorless and I love my fries to be crispy these were mushy and then when I tried to shake the chicken in the bag with buffalo sauce the bag ripped open so I got covered in sauce. Would I try chick fil a again sure but just the sandwich only“

“This Chick-fil-A is on the ASU downtown campus and it gets very busy at lunchtime and quite full as people wait for their food. However, staff like Maria and Patty maintain such joyful attitudes while doing their job that it’s hard to be upset about how crowded the area is.“
