“Awesome service, I looked on my bag and thought I was missing my French toast sticks and they gave me more and as soon as I pulled out all the tacos there is was! I appreciate you guys so much and I am so sorry I was a ditz and didn’t look deep enough.“
“Something about this place tells me everyone that works here actually works. Best food ive had at a Jack in the box. Food was hot, tasted great, made as ordered. Whoever maintains the fountain machines here needs a promotion. Not shorted on syrup or carbonation.“
“We used the drive-through, which can sometimes be difficult, but the cashier Gabrielle was very helpful kind, and patient and was a delight to give our order to. We even had coupons but Gabriel worked with us with no problem and didn't make us feel uncomfortable by using the coupons. Jack in the Box if you're reading this you better keep Gabriel, we haven't seen service from a fast food employee like him in a long time.
Vegetarian options: I don't think you'd want to use Jack in the Box for vegetarian options, but I'm not a vegetarian so I wouldn't be sure.“

“I’m from Florida. Just ordered a few tacos from this location for my family. Order was ready perfectly when I arrived, manager even checked the order to make sure it was correct. I asked for a cup of water, manager gave me a massive cup and said have what you need. She deserves a raise. Honestly best fast food experience I’ve ever had and I paid next to nothing for the tacos. Very impressed with Jack in the box.“
“This Jack in the box is never busy and it's clean inside and it's always quiet. Very enjoyable especially when it's hot. There is a time limit on the dining area 30 minutes if you are eating if you are not a paying customer then you are not allowed to stay longer than 5 minutes in the restaurant“

“I'm only taking a star off for the service from my last visit, but this place is great when you work 3rd shift, and almost nothing is open. I wish I had access to healthier options, but there are no more 24-hour Wal-Mart locations. I usually bring my lunch to work due to this, but sometimes I just want a sandwich or something and this location is very close to work.“

“I visited 2/8/25 @ 1am. I ordered French fries and a chocolate shake. The fries were fresh, warm, and yummy. They were not cold and they were not sitting under the heat lamp. Also the fries were over flowing and extras at the bottom of the bag. So I was happy. Great experience. I would return again.“
“The restaurant is never packed but the drive through is most often packed, I say that because the employees spend more time filling their orders instead of customers in the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: I do not use a wheelchair but I noticed that the restaurant insure equal access for all customers.“
“My first time ever coming to a Jack in the Box, I’m glad it was this location. I unfortunately did not get the girl’s name who took my order, I wish I did so I could mention her. She was extremely patient and so sweet and helpful. She gave me recommendations and gave me one of each dipping sauce to try. I will definitely be back because of her.“

“I been living in this area for about 4 years and these people are actually incredibly kind and amazingly helpful. You get a comfortable sense of atmosphere and the food portions always match that energy with how big and how fresh they are. I’ve been to many Jack in the Box over the last 26 years in Arizona and while they’re not all great, this is one of the really good ones! I was very confused to see other reviewers saying this wasn’t a great place to eat. This is actually a wonderful place, not soulless and corpo like many other places I’ve been. Real people who put real effort into their work occupy this restaurant and it shows! 👍👍“
“Went through drive thru and this Jack is sometimes open late at night and sometimes not open. My 1st time and they were finally open. Monster tacos were good!!. 51st and Southern Jack in the Box is closer to me However, THAT ONE REALLY SUCKS FOR SERVICE OR FOOD!! 51ST AND SOUTHERN Jack in the Box NEEDS TO CLOSE-WASTE OF EMPLOYEES AT THAT LOCATION!!“
“Update:They've updated the landscaping/parking lot for better access and visibility pulling out of the drive thru. They're still sweet and polite as pie. Still clean. Food tastes fresher than any jack I've been to. Never disappoints!! Keep it up and thank you so much for all your hard work. We appreciate you!!!First review:Two experiences with this location today-BOTH positively great!! Stopped in for some breakfast and miss at the window was delightful! “I was pretty surprised. (I'm usually not expecting much from jack, mcdonalds, etc) I ordered 2 jumbo jacks and a chicken Ceasar wrap, and it all came out pretty hot and fresh! And it didn't take unreasonably long. The lady at the window was really nice and sweet. She even gave me a free large sprite that they had extra of.“
“Whenever I travel within the United States I look for jack in the box. And this store was not the exception. The only drawback is that the bathrooms are locked and have a sign that says out of service. You have to ask for permission to enter the bathrooms, which is crazy but anyway. I went on vacation to Phoenix Arizona. Greetings from Wisconsin.“

“Jesus worked Saturday night at 7:40 pm on 11/2/2024 was the friendliest person I’ve met at a drive thru. It took a few minutes to get our food together so we pulled off to the left. As soon as our food was ready he remembered every item we ordered including the extra sauces which is essential ! This is definitely the kind of guy you want for the job.
Please let him know we appreciate his kindness and making sure our food was fresh and correct. Thank you Jesus!“
“Sure, they messed up an order, missed some items that we were charged for. However, they were quick and generous to remake the order, and didn't question it, and threw in a dessert for the trouble (I had to return, but luckily it was only a couple miles away). Food was delicious, tho. And quick. Perhaps hurried.“
“I ordered my food on the app. Once I got to the drive thru speaker I gave my name and was told to pull forward. They gave me a good amount of dipping sauce and ketchup! They almost gave me the wrong order but after explaining, I got my own order. The employee was very nice and understanding.“

“I always choose this location. I ordered the Jumbo Jack Combo (no cheese) with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper around 2 am. All the Jack in the Box personnel were wonderful as usual. They provided quick and efficient service, and I have no complaints regarding the restaurant or them. Although I do, however, have a multitude of complaints in regard to the never-ending begging for cash and cigarettes from all the tweakers and pill heads surrounding the restaurant... It absolutely sucks constantly having to deal with them because they have no respect whatsoever and literally won't stop begging until you've forced them to by driving away!!!“
“Utilized the drive-thru on sunday around 4pm and received amazing help from a young man who went above and beyond for just 2 delicious breakfast Jack's and one of the New Boba tea drinks! Everything was so delicious and amazingly convenient to be able to get Boba from Jack! Once again,Jack hit it outta the park with that awesome young man and their food.

“I always do perfectly fine with Jack in the Box the food is consistently very good. Sometimes the wait is a bit long at night, but as long as you know that in advance, I have never found it to be a problem. The other thing I like is the employees are always very customer service oriented.“
“I used to go to the 24th St & Roosevelt location, but their service and food quality was very hit or miss. I've been going to this location for the past six months or so, (five visits) and they are vastly superior. Jack in the Box is a guilty pleasure on occasion, but I haven't been disappointed yet.“

She slammed my chair to the ground and whispered sultry in my ear that "Jack doesn't like that." since then, I've harbored an irrational hatred for the clown and his cuisine. “As far as Jack in the Box goes, this location delivers every time. I frequent this location, it’s right by my house so I go in the mornings when I’m hungover and it hits. I also order online and they actually put my sauces in the bag! Yes depending on the time you go they may ask you to back up in the drive thru but other than that, they are on point! “This location although located next to 2 filthy gas stations overrun by undesirables is incredibly; taken care of by the employees. I'll give them props for keeping a friendly & inviting atmosphere in their location; Eclipse made my morning experience at Jack's a great deal better with that bright smile not to mention her co-worker keeping the energy uplifting too. I'm pleased to have this location on my commute every morning. Thank you to the staff working at 5:00 am June 27th ?“
“JB is always good. That day, they had a 2 for $5 Jumbo Jack's deal. Can't go wrong there. The cashier was very kind and knowledgeable. The food came fresh and hot. That location is not easily accessible due to the Light Rail project right outside their doors, but they are still killing it. Kudos to them.“
“I don't know what it is but lately but, jack in the box has been on point with their burgers lately. This has been like the third one I've eaten from and I got another one today. Burgers themselves tasted actually fresh the patties they were hot they seem to be the right consistency in addition to that the proper amounts of condiments on them they were prepared the way I asked them to be I notice they're drinking even though I hate the style of it has been putting out actual the same taste that you request another fries have been good lately“
“Everything was great. Just had one complaint if you open at 5 o'clock. Why was the door still locked at 530? I placed a mobile order and the 2 workers are just looking at me until one decides to come to the door. He asked me through the door 1st how he can help me? I'm not about to yell for him to get an answer. So he cracks the door just enough for him to hear. I told him I placed a mobile order. He said okay. Closed the door and went to get my food. And he never unlock the doors by this time. It's already 5:30am. If You open at a different time, maybe you guys should put that on the window. Cause it clearly says 5 o'clock Dining area opens.“

“I usually stop after work which is around 2:30 am on Wednesday through Saturday. The cashier at that time is super helpful, nice and just has great customer service. The food is always warm, and out fast. The cook and cashier are Awesome 👌“
“The service was very rushed it was not busy at all. The girl just took my order did not listen to anything that I said, I asked for three French toast she gave me six and charge me. I also asked for two egg biscuits, which she is. She gave me sausage biscuits with no egg that’s not what I asked for and she charge me. She was rushing me to order . She did not listen to what I had to say and she had an attitude I called up there and she had an attitude I called up there and the car just feels I don’t have time to go all the way up there and come back. No answer I do not live close and with gas prices it doesn’t make any sense to turn around and go back up there for someone to miss manage food. This is unacceptable. “This store should be at the top of the list in this area for being amazing! The food, fast, hot, friendly and this store is super clean! Beautiful job guys! It is great to see this brand and this store doing it right! You can see the employees at this location take great pride in their jobs and store!! I was greeted with an amazing smile from the cashier who was also very friendly! It was very refreshing to see this! The General Manager should be proud of his or her store store and their team! Brian was in charge it is obvious his leadership during this shift was top notch! Thank you all for doing it right!
