“We used the drive-through, which can sometimes be difficult, but the cashier Gabrielle was very helpful kind, and patient and was a delight to give our order to. We even had coupons but Gabriel worked with us with no problem and didn't make us feel uncomfortable by using the coupons. Jack in the Box if you're reading this you better keep Gabriel, we haven't seen service from a fast food employee like him in a long time.
Vegetarian options: I don't think you'd want to use Jack in the Box for vegetarian options, but I'm not a vegetarian so I wouldn't be sure.“

“I visited 2/8/25 @ 1am. I ordered French fries and a chocolate shake. The fries were fresh, warm, and yummy. They were not cold and they were not sitting under the heat lamp. Also the fries were over flowing and extras at the bottom of the bag. So I was happy. Great experience. I would return again.“

“Food was fantastic, food was super fresh. I ordered 8 tacos - extra crunchy and extra cheese. Tacos were delicious and not oily like the way some Jack's make them. “This review is long overdue. I live right around the corner and I frequently visit this Jack In The box and they are very consistent here. The food is made when you order it it's always fresh the professionals at the drive-thru window are so nice and friendly. I normally don't give reviews on fast food joints like Jack in the box but coming here made me realize how consistent this particular location is. Kudos to you guys! 🎉“

“We went through this JITB at 2am on a Saturday night. The service was SUPER FAST, the food was SUPER FRESH, and they gave us a LOT of ranch for the 24 tacos we ordered! The staff were very polite, and the food was awesome! I definitely would come through again next time im in the valley.“
“Jesus worked Saturday night at 7:40 pm on 11/2/2024 was the friendliest person I’ve met at a drive thru. It took a few minutes to get our food together so we pulled off to the left. As soon as our food was ready he remembered every item we ordered including the extra sauces which is essential ! This is definitely the kind of guy you want for the job.

“Look, it's in a terrible area, that much is evident. But it is also one of the most consistenty decent Jack's around. No matter when I have eaten there the food has been hot, freshly made, and nearly all the orders were accurate. And the staff working the drive thru last night were patient and courteous. Two words that are seldom used in this area of town.“

“The JIB at 35th Ave and Northern there is a lady there her name I believe is Elise, she is fantastic. She is there it seems 24-7, a little exaggerated but we can count on this JIB being ran in the best order. She has fantastic customer service, and JIB is ran in top notch order. Even if she is short staffed she makes everything come out great for the customer. She deserves recognition for her great customer service and her work at making this JIB is top notch on her shift.

“I'm only taking a star off for the service from my last visit, but this place is great when you work 3rd shift, and almost nothing is open. I wish I had access to healthier options, but there are no more 24-hour Wal-Mart locations. I usually bring my lunch to work due to this, but sometimes I just want a sandwich or something and this location is very close to work.“
“I used to go to the 24th St & Roosevelt location, but their service and food quality was very hit or miss. I've been going to this location for the past six months or so, (five visits) and they are vastly superior. Jack in the Box is a guilty pleasure on occasion, but I haven't been disappointed yet.“
“Today, I visited this specific Jack in the Box location to enjoy lunch with my husband, as we frequently find ourselves on the road, making this one of our preferred restaurants. I was quite impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment and the professionalism of the staff. Additionally, I observed the individual responsible for cleaning, who was diligently scrubbing and ensuring that the premises were kept in excellent order. Restrooms are very clean just the same and the experience was very comfortable. This is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained Jack in the Box locations I have encountered in quite some time. Although it may be an older Jack in the Box, it is exceptionally well-maintained and operates efficiently. The dedicated cleaner was named Patricia, Manager. I was amazed that even with her managerial position, she was undertaking such a menial task as janitor as well. I commented her on her wonderful work. I was very impressed by the cleanliness. She informed me that remodeling the entire establishment would cost approximately $3 million. Nevertheless, I believe that as it currently stands, it is very well-kept. Thank you for providing us with such a well-ordered establishment like this Jack in the Box. Excellent 👍“
“Nubia the Cashier/Order taker was tremendously Pro-Active and very hard driven. Plus her Customer service skills were excellent and she constantly is multitasking aswell as working so hard. In fact I strongly believe she deserves a Pay raise by no means.“

My order, a modest selection of four items totaling $15.58, was placed without interruption, and the process proved both intuitive and efficient.
The dining room struck a balance between tidiness and utility, with the floor and counters in good order. Yet, the details—those ever-telling details—revealed fingerprints across the windows and chairs, suggesting that while the broad strokes of cleanliness are maintained, the finer polish is still awaiting its moment of attention.
Service was admirably punctual. A Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee arrived at 8:21 AM, cool and sweet, followed briskly at 8:23 AM by the remainder of my order. Such timing betrays a well-coordinated kitchen staff, moving with quiet precision behind the counter.
This location is not unfamiliar to me; on past visits, I’ve found a similar rhythm: efficiency, consistency, and a reassuring predictability. It is, in essence, a well-run outpost of the Jack in the Box chain. Still, if management were to extend its attentiveness from the obvious to the subtle—from sweeping and wiping to polishing and refining—the space could transcend functional efficiency and instead offer an experience that feels wholly complete.
Verdict: A fast, reliable stop with commendable efficiency—though a sharper eye for detail could elevate it from simply clean to genuinely immaculate.“

“Utilized the drive-thru on sunday around 4pm and received amazing help from a young man who went above and beyond for just 2 delicious breakfast Jack's and one of the New Boba tea drinks! Everything was so delicious and amazingly convenient to be able to get Boba from Jack! Once again,Jack hit it outta the park with that awesome young man and their food.

“My first time ever coming to a Jack in the Box, I’m glad it was this location. I unfortunately did not get the girl’s name who took my order, I wish I did so I could mention her. She was extremely patient and so sweet and helpful. She gave me recommendations and gave me one of each dipping sauce to try. I will definitely be back because of her.“
“Always friendly when I go through drive through or inside. Doesn't take too long for food and they always have items needed in the bag so you don't end up not being able to eat your food or needing sauces. Counters appear clean and drink station is usually clean without a sticky mess.
Thankfully I haven't had any issues with vagrants in the parking lot at this location, they mostly hang out at the gas station next door.“
“I been living in this area for about 4 years and these people are actually incredibly kind and amazingly helpful. You get a comfortable sense of atmosphere and the food portions always match that energy with how big and how fresh they are. I’ve been to many Jack in the Box over the last 26 years in Arizona and while they’re not all great, this is one of the really good ones! I was very confused to see other reviewers saying this wasn’t a great place to eat. This is actually a wonderful place, not soulless and corpo like many other places I’ve been. Real people who put real effort into their work occupy this restaurant and it shows! 👍👍“
“The restaurant is never packed but the drive through is most often packed, I say that because the employees spend more time filling their orders instead of customers in the store.
Wheelchair accessibility: I do not use a wheelchair but I noticed that the restaurant insure equal access for all customers.“
“As far as Jack in the Box goes, this location delivers every time. I frequent this location, it’s right by my house so I go in the mornings when I’m hungover and it hits. I also order online and they actually put my sauces in the bag! Yes depending on the time you go they may ask you to back up in the drive thru but other than that, they are on point! Keep in up my friends, I appreciate it!“

“Everything was great. Just had one complaint if you open at 5 o'clock. Why was the door still locked at 530? I placed a mobile order and the 2 workers are just looking at me until one decides to come to the door. He asked me through the door 1st how he can help me? I'm not about to yell for him to get an answer. So he cracks the door just enough for him to hear. I told him I placed a mobile order. He said okay. Closed the door and went to get my food. And he never unlock the doors by this time. It's already 5:30am. If You open at a different time, maybe you guys should put that on the window. Cause it clearly says 5 o'clock Dining area opens.“
“Amazing service and great food. Crew on 6/1/25 around 2pm had great customer service and the food was layered in the bag where nothing was squished or stuffed. I asked for no lettuce in the tacos and they still put the hot sauce in, which most locations usually put none or very little when asking for no lettuce. Good lunch break.“

“This location although located next to 2 filthy gas stations overrun by undesirables is incredibly; taken care of by the employees. I'll give them props for keeping a friendly & inviting atmosphere in their location; Eclipse made my morning experience at Jack's a great deal better with that bright smile not to mention her co-worker keeping the energy uplifting too. “Anytime that I come to this Jack-in-the-Box because it's near me and I masked to "wait in number one or number two and my food will be right out". I always end up waiting forever in the parking lot and having to come in and get my food. All for what so that you guys can pretend like you're getting orders out promptly? “The back story. I’ve been enjoying Jacks tacos since high school when you could get 8 of them for less than $2. Lately the stores in Northwest Phoenix have dropped in quality, greasy, tasteless, sides of the taco shell sticking together. So I embarked on a search of the JiB’s in northwest Phoenix. I’ve found a winner I’m glad to say. The afternoon staff make great tacos. They show up quickly with crunchy NON- GREASY shells and complete with several packets of hot sauce and some napkins. You want great tacos? Head for 1802 W. Bell Rd.“

“I always choose this location. I ordered the Jumbo Jack Combo (no cheese) with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper around 2 am. All the Jack in the Box personnel were wonderful as usual. They provided quick and efficient service, and I have no complaints regarding the restaurant or them. Although I do, however, have a multitude of complaints in regard to the never-ending begging for cash and cigarettes from all the tweakers and pill heads surrounding the restaurant... It absolutely sucks constantly having to deal with them because they have no respect whatsoever and literally won't stop begging until you've forced them to by driving away!!!“

“Kinda sketchy homeless people wandering around. One location had a really nice security guard. That made me feel good. You always need a code for these bathrooms and it is annoying. I need to start taking notes of the different codes in different bathrooms. Then create a secret group to share the codes with homeless people I like and won't mess up a good thing.“

“The service was very rushed it was not busy at all. The girl just took my order did not listen to anything that I said, I asked for three French toast she gave me six and charge me. I also asked for two egg biscuits, which she is. She gave me sausage biscuits with no egg that’s not what I asked for and she charge me. She was rushing me to order . She did not listen to what I had to say and she had an attitude I called up there and she had an attitude I called up there and the car just feels I don’t have time to go all the way up there and come back. “It was an awesome experience. I also go to all of the Jack in the box locations. I love the mini loaves tacos . I love the ultimate cheeseburger, and the breakfast menu is also extremely good for the whole fact that it's a fast food place. We are so blessed because Jack in the box is only available in Arizona and Southern California from what I understand. I highly recommend trying it out if you are a visitor or tourist on vacation. They also accept EBT cards in most locations, and the card can also be out of state cards. I have so many more reviews to do and photos to complete that I have not taken at all the location I have been to. Consider trying it out . It won't disappoint.
