“Tatiyana needs a promotion, raise, etc. Something! A couple weeks ago I went in and had some trouble with a gift card I had gotten from a friend. A gift card for Papa John's. She helped me with everything and explained everything. She was very kind, full of information, and patient! I hadn't been to Papa John's in years. But that interaction with her really made my day. I got to eat some delicious food because of it. Oh I do wanna say she helped me figure out the menu and got me a good deal too! I hadn't looked at Papa John's menu in years. It's employees like her that make going out to eat worthwhile. It's about more than just the food. It's about that wonderful interaction you have when you go out to eat. This was a wonderful interaction.“

“First time here. So delicious 🤤, everything was perfect, the crust was properly cooked, toppings were nicely portioned. Sauce tasted fresh. The parmesan packets and garlic sauce are top quality. Came to pick up 20 minutes late and my pizza was still in amazing shape! With how late I came in I expected crappy service but no the two gentlemen there were very cool and sweet. As a pizza lover I was extremely satisfied and hope to come back again soon.“

“I would normally order from the location near Albertsons on cave creek but my last two experiences there were awful. I gave this location a try and it was great! Pizza was made quickly and correct. “I’m giving 5 stars because the poor girl working tonight all by herself is amazing. I feel so bad for her. There needs to be more than one person here!!! A guy came in and ordered 6 pizzas then 3 more people came in. There needs to be more workers at night not just one person.“

“This Papa John's did a great job managing my enormous pick up order for a boys' party. The pizzas came out of the oven exactly on-time and a kindly employee even carried the huge stack of boxes out to my car for me. Will definitely use this branch again for large orders. I see they are not being shown a lot of love in recent reviews so just wanted to throw my two cents in and say they pulled off my order perfectly. Thanks!“

“Order a pizza and added beef to it, got the pizza delivered (via DoorDash) and there’s no beef. I called the store a little frustrated as to why there was no beef. Guy working fixed the problem very well. He told me he could get a new one delivered asap and that the DoorDash guy was supposed to tell me about the issue. We decided just to go pick it up and the guy handed me a new pizza and even offered a drink for the mistake. Thank you Papa John’s for having great problem resolution!“

“I had a bit of a mishap tonight and the general manager Elizabeth went above and beyond! She definitely helped me out when she didn’t have to because the mishap was definitely my fault. I appreciate it so much. Definitely recommend always had a great service and the staff is so friendly and helpful.“

“It was pick up so obviously there's not really going to be too much of an atmosphere but i feel like the worker wern't too happy which is understanable because there typically only one or two. My food was made on time and always correct, they use the right amount of dough unlike some other locations where the pizza feels like soggy cheese and bread.
I wouldn't call Papa Johns a fancy pizza place but that's kind of the goal, they want to be more affordable and even have an app with discounts which I recommend you get.
Always tip! Most people are struggling in this economy so if you don't have the money to tip then why not just buy a pizza from the grocery store. We all know that working with fast food isn't quite high paying so please be considerate to the hard workers that try and do their best but aren't paid enough. Blame corporations for this.“
