“So I order from this location all the time. I accidentally door dashed my order incorrectly and came in to fix it. The woman at the register was super super sweet and Krystal had the tasty turkey remade for me- even though it was my fault that it was incorrect. Thank you all for the wonderful customer service! I will be returning and supporting this location.

“Wow, this place is amazing. These bacon breakfast sandwiches are so good. I had two of them this morning. Quinton Aka (Q) is an amazing barista. Also Bella is also verry nice and has great customer service. I highly recommend this black rock for a quick bite and a great cup of Joe!“

“Most amazing coffee around. But the staff seem dead inside. I always smile and greet them before I order and they just stare dead at me without expression and without saying hello, just waiting for my order. It's so weird. Every. Single. Day. I'll keep coming because the coffee is great but it's an awkward interaction and I can't bring myself to be like them and not say hello and just spit my order out like a zombie.“

“This Starbucks consistently has the best customer service. The staff are polite, friendly and very quick getting orders out in the morning. I go here for my morning coffee instead of the drive through Starbucks down the street. Such a great atmosphere!“

“My wife and I have been coming here for years. Never any issues. I'm rating finally because today I went while it was raining with my infant daughter and dropped my coffees outside. Since it was raining hard I decided to take my daughter home and then go back to see if they could replace my drinks. Even though it was 20 minutes later and I threw the cups away they made the coffees again. Thank you!“

“We went through the drive through just a few moments ago. I ordered a pup cup for my dog who just diagnosed with terminal cancer this morning. I was a wreck in the drive through, crying and sobbing. The sweet woman gave my pup and extra pup cup, and paid for our coffees. I could barely even say thank you bc I was already sobbing. She briefly mentioned that her pup passed over the rainbow bridge too. And I am just so grateful for that ladies kindness in that moment. It’s something I will never forget.“

“Yesterday I had ordered a drink and a Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin via Drive-Thru. I was given an Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin instead. I didn’t notice until I was on the road of the mistake, I took a photo and kept my receipt along with the printed out item receipt. I wasn’t able to turn around and get the mistake resolved, but I stopped by the next day and showed my photos and receipt to a cashier. The manager fixed the issue, and it wasn’t a big deal by any means. Give this place a chance, the staff is more than willing to work with you to resolve an issue in the event that one arises. The mistake was not intentional. Thanks to the staff and manager involved (I didn’t get their names). Should this have to happen? I don’t know, I’ve never worked in the food industry so I don’t feel like I have any sort of say, though having the mistake fixed was easy. Cut these folks some slack and talk to them like they’re people. At the end of the day, they’re just people like you and I.“
