Beyond that, the food was really good, with one of the best things being the tomato bisque in my opinion. The drinks were very delicious as well, and I enjoyed the First Knight.
I also want to shout out Krysten, they were super enthusiastic about their job, and incredibly charismatic. I think she did an amazing job, was really knowledgeable about the products being sold, and easily sold us on several things, like the Merlin dagger my friend got, and the dragon plushie I got. She honestly was a highlight of the visit”

The manager was very friendly also and spent some time talking with us about our home state of Alaska. We now live just outside Casa Grande and would love a YC’s Mongolian bbq in Casa Grande area. There is nothing like this in our area.”

Our server was Cynthia S. who was professional, courteous, and personable. She was helpful with suggestions for dinner. We asked to move to a booth and were easily accommodated . She often checked back with us if we wanted anything else. Highly recommend this particular place. Had a great chat with Brandon, owner about previous review and response. I didn’t see a single time that the wait and floor staff left the area without seeking eye contact from other diners. Then ….. the kitchen. Watching during a mid-service rush, you will see the calm energy that only comes from a great team culture. Everyone focused on each and every detail. Nothing goes out that doesn’t meet the team’s high standards. This kind of brigade can only come from one thing. The Chef….. Cory Oppold has always led by example. He showed everyone how deep his character was during the “Sack Lunch” and In-Home dining year. I don’t think there is anyone I would rather work beside in a kitchen than Chef Cory. The Food…… Every component adding to the story… some whispers, some screams…… taunting, flirting, enticing the culinary listener to turn the page in anticipation. “After abandoning an overly loud upscale bar in Scottsdale in search of a somewhat more auditorally tame alternative, we stopped at Liquor Pig. There's a real practical and meaningful story behind the bar's name, so skip the negative that can arise from not knowing the story.
Call this a Scottsdale neighborhood bar with an upscale undertone. It feels warm and inviting - which is the value you want to feel comfortable in what seem like familiar surroundings. Don't underestimate the value of a patient bartender. My SO and I closed the bar by taking our time with cocktails and diving into a serious and significant conversation that needed runway to get through. Kudos to the high EQ score bartender who gave us the space to finish. And to his straightforward explanation of the specialty cocktails we were exploring.
You're going to like the cocktail menu. You should. It's designed and prepared to be approachable, attractive, and a little organic. You'll know what you're ordering and you'll understand what are you going to experience. Trust me...I know the approach because I helped a company you'd know well use the approach to reinvigorate a dying food category. Proof that good ideas have legs.
And don't forget: You can still hear yourself think and have add intimate conversation with music competing with your sanity. Bottom line: 3.2 miles from home makes this MY favorite neighborhood bar. The dinner menu looks real promising. I'll figure it out because I'll be heading back.”

“The moment you walk in here, you are met with a very clean restaurant with a very pleasant, chill atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was outstanding! We got two of the Special Rolls (the Phoenix and the OMG) and they were spectacular, and very fresh. We also got Miso Ramen, Takoyaki, fried shrimp and spicy edamame. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had and will definitely make the drive from the northwest Valley to come back here.”
