“Great food ( pizza, sales and stuffed mushrooms). Our server was amazing. Took her time explaining the menu and also gave recommendations. Only problem was that it was very noisy inside but since it was a nice evening we were able to sit on the patio. Not sure the experience would have been as great if we were inside.“

“We had NO IDEA where to go for a quick bite on our way to a trail race at McDowell State Park. Google suggested this was on the way (hmm... not really!!) We were TOTALLY shocked this is a clubhouse for a golf course! We were wearing hiking gear 😀. The food was very tasty. We really enjoyed the salad-- good size portion. We also ordered the meatballs (great spicy marinara) and a pizza! Service was very friendly. Not too loud. Clean!!! If we lived closer, we would go again.“

“First time in this restaurant and we will return. I grew up in NY and had the pleasure of enjoying outstanding pizza. This restaurant serves better pizza than you can get in NY. The crust is crispy and the sauce and cheese is exceptional. Apparently they make their own dough, which accounts for the great Pizza. Wife had a salad and calzone, both exceptional.
We can’t wait to return and try other items on their menu.“

The kitchen remains the restaurant’s strongest asset — consistently turning out vibrant, flavorful plates that celebrate Italian cuisine without pretense. The cocktails arrived promptly and were well-crafted, setting the tone for an enjoyable meal. The wine list deserves a special nod: it offers a thoughtful selection of Italian wines that are both excellent and reasonably priced — a rarity that regulars will appreciate. Ambiance can vary depending on the night. At times, the tables feel a bit tightly packed, and the noise level can climb higher than comfortable. This visit, however, was more balanced — the addition of live music created a warm, convivial atmosphere, and conversation flowed easily. The food is ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY Delicious! THE New dishes that are added to the menus are AMAZING,!! THE BEST Part IS...the staff, the managers as well as the wait staff are AMAZING!! “My husband and I love this place . Everything from the salads, meatballs, pizza, soup is all very good . We travel to AZ very often to watch our daughter play softball. I am very sad and disappointed though. I had a pair of AirPod pros that had fallen out of my purse about a month ago . I didn’t realize this . I pushed the find my device and it said they were at Pomos . Two young men said ohh ya we have them they have been here forever . They descried them to me . I said yes those are mine . Then upon getting them out of the bin discovered they were no longer there . Sad that employees are the only ones with access to lost items therefore it had to be an employee take them . They were a gift from my husband so makes me very sad and disappointed.“

Sauces are made individually by the order so they come out fresh as the food without sitting in the pot just staying warm until needed. The only downside is the volume of the music. It’s impossible to have a normal conversation without raising your voice. I was lucky to be seated at an oval table, but if you’re at a rectangular one, it’s hard to hear the person across from you. Also, shortly before leaving, it started to get quite hot inside.
Still, I’d totally recommend it — the vibe, food, and drinks make it worth it.“

“We ordered the meatballs and teak crescenza bruschetta to start and loved the meatballs a great portion, the steak crescenza bruschetta I would not order again, it was just ok. I got the rigatoni fennel sausage was outstanding! We also got the chicken parmesan, and it was also delicious! Our waiter was the best, and we really enjoyed talking with him. “I cannot give enough praise to the Scottsdale location. We took our little one who has several food allergies. We talked with the manager and chef and worked it out to have a safe meal. They were very accommodating, very knowledgeable about what ingredients they had, how to prevent cross contact, and so much more. This was the first time EVER we have gotten to enjoy a meal as a family and our 5 year olds first time at a restaurant ever. It was so special not to mention delicious! “Nick's is my goto Italian restaurant. There are a lot of Italian restaurants in Scottsdale but Nick's stands out because of the consistency and classic Italian entrees. Their gnocchi is the best I've had outside of Italy. My favorite entrees are the veal picatta, Marcela and parmasean.

Their tiramasu is the best I've had anywhere.“
