“Located a mile from the Four Seasons Scottsdale, there aren’t a lot of good options around Troon. SWAN delivers excellent and fresh sushi. Owned by a Japanese couple, they maintain excellent standards and prices are more than fair.

“Wonderful experience with delicious surprise dishes served by our Omakase chef at the tasting bar. Each taste was an exploration of fabulous flavors. Service was super slow getting first drinks and refills, dessert was spectacular but super slow coming out of the kitchen. Always super busy, allow plenty of time to dine. Nice Old Town location , would highly recommend!“

“Visiting from out of town, and was greeted by nice people. It is very clean, clean tables, no sticky seats, TV, and overall a 5/5 area. Service was great, and food was out in less than 10 mins. Food was delicious my dad even got seconds ! Very much recommend.“

But we actually came during happy hour so all the plates were priced lower which was great. Please ask them for those details~ The servers there are all really nice and welcoming too. “Sushi is delicious - and ordering versus waiting for the turntable equates to the same quality and taste. I wish there were more circulating during lunch time around 3 pm or so, but still a decent selection. Staff is friendly and attends table well, but lacks a certain touch of regular dining. Atmosphere is what you'd expect, nothing special, except that it was really clean and much appreciated. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back“

“We’ve tried a few poke places, and this is our favorite! Fresh ingredients, good portions, a nice variety, and friendly service. Even though other poke restaurants are closer to our house, we keep going to this one. I would have included a picture, but I’ve already finished eating the food.“

When my 10-year-old still couldn’t manage the sticks, he brought her a plastic tool to help her practice. The Cut rolls came out fast and were delicious. We had a great experience as a family and will definitely be back!“

“We had an amazing meal. We ordered five or six appetizers for three of us, and then one main course and finished with an amazing banana tart desert. The Australian waygu steak was incredible and perfectly cooked. The eggplant appetizer was amazing as was the poke. Loved the simple green salad. The restaurant itself has such a great atmosphere: clean, welcoming, and great ambience. The sushi was exceptionally fresh, beautifully prepared, and very flavorful.
