“We were a party of 5. Ordered 2 pizzas Chicken Parm sub Large Calzone and MB Stromboli. Food was fresh and served hot (big pet peeve of mine). Grew up in the suburbs of NYC and have to tell ya the pizza was the best I have eaten in years in AZ. The servers made sure we had everything we needed and kept getting us soda refills. Truly awesome experience and will make this a regular spot to go to“

Slightly spicy, just as ordered, exceeded my expectations and was so delicious. The build your own pepperoni and bacon pizza was also generously topped, had the perfect amount of sauce, and we really enjoyed it. Our bacon cheese bread had plenty of both toppings and a garlic flavored crunchy bite. We absolutely loved each and every bite and were surprised by the elevated products we got at a strip mall shop. “Tonight I took my wife to Brooklyn V’s at Jermaine and Gilbert in Gilbert for her birthday. My wife ordered spaghetti and a house salad. I ordered meatball calzones with a house salad.. I however, was very disappointed in the calzone. There was no meatball in the calzone. There were strips of some kind of meat in the calzone that tasted nothing like meatballs.. I asked the waitress what kind of meat it was. She said she didn’t know but would check. She came back and told me it was beef and pork. I didn’t order pork I don’t like pork. When the menu says meatballs, it should be meatballs, not pork and some kind of weird tasting beef. If I had ordered spaghetti and meatballs, would it have been strips of this kind of meat across the spaghetti something to think about?“

“My wife and I attended the mini Chandler High class of 1983 reunion held at this fine establishment. The day and weather was beautiful to sit outside in the courtyard and visit with old friends. The food was delicious, nothing but rave reviews for everything made in house from the pizza's to the hummus made with cannelloni beans. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and Social interactions at Craft 64. Suzanna the manager went above and beyond making our reunion enjoyable and her service and staff are to be applauded for a job well done. Thank you!“

“As a native New Yorker I can confidently say that the quality of the pizza being made and served at your Chandler location has diminished significantly in the last decade. I wish I could post a picture of my third attempt to order just a cheese pie from your establishment this evening(call me stubborn) but unfortunately I can't do that. Just imagine a half cooked pizza that looked like it had been sliding around the back seat of a car. It arrived like warm too. Nothing like a slice of pizza that if you were able to figure out what was the slice of pizza, picking it up and it was so doughy that it just folded over. Step your game up if you want to call yourselves NYPD Pizza. You don't see that s*** in New York, ever. Never. Anybody can use words. It's your quality that matters, consistently. And your manager Noah at your Chandler location couldn't be any more dismissive of my frustrations and his ability to talk over a customer while they are still trying to convey their message says everything. Three really bad pies in a row over the course of probably a year is not a good trend. I can't give you the only disappointed customer who thinks they're getting New York style pizza and it's nothing close to it. At least not in the past several years. CONSISTENTLY. YOU WANT TO BE THE BEST TRY BEING THE BEST. HOWEVER IT REQUIRES MASSIVE EFFORT NOT JUST WORDS. BE BETTER THAN. STOP TRYING TO FIT IN.“

Definitely upper mid quality pizza overall, but I love the convenience and speed of service. I enjoy every slice. Salad was great. Good quality and fresh. “Best Rosati's experience we've had in a long time. Spoke with the owner, Lee/Leo, who was very helpful.
Ordered by phone and he confirmed order well before hanging up. 30 minutes later arrived and order was ready and hot. Once home, the taste, quality and good balance of sauce, toppings and cheese was exceptional.
We had stopped going to this location due to a lack of quality and customer service. Recent visit flipped this experience! Next time we want takeout pizza, we'll give this location another try!!“

“This location has the BEST Team! They're very friendly and do a perfect job with every order I place. Highly recommended! Tip for baking, switch the oven rack your pizza is on after 7-8 minutes and turn it 180 degrees. Will bake beautifully.“

“Obviously set up for take out there is limited seating but you won't have to wait. The bone-on wings were ok. Pizza was decent. I showed up behind two others and they took a couple of knives to come up to the counter and they knew we were there. It was fine though. Overall positive experience.“

“I recently went in to this restaurant on marketplace. It’s right off of the Santan village Parkway. Service with the front counter. Or front of the house is not so good. The problem I have is I come in and I want to look at the menu for just a few moments. But the girls be at the new girls or the girls that have been there a while. Don’t like the fact that I say just give me a minute. Let me look at the menu real quick. Cause I could never seem to find them after I tell them that I just need a minute to look at the menu. Because when they see me walking toward the counter, they wanna ride away asked me how can I help you? What do you want to order. But I don’t know. That’s why I need a moment to look at the menu. So it ends up happening is I have to order using the online app. Or I go through Chrome and just order it online. So I never ever speak to the girls at the front again after I told them I just need a minute to look at the menu. Every now and then there’s a brand new girl that is really helpful. But the girls that have been there a while are never around to help and when I ask him to give me a minute, they seem to get upset get mad cause I never see him again. I’d like to tell the manager, but I never see the manager. Every now and then I may see him if I make an order and he can’t find the girls that’s the only time I ever see the manager. But the food is good. I always order a pizza or I get the spaghetti, meatball garlic bread with cheese and the garden salad. I don’t know about the atmosphere cause I never stay. I’ve gone to multiple Barro’s locations. This one at the marketplace in Gilbert. Seems to be the only one that has this issue with the front of the house. I’ve gone to the one downtown Phoenix on Central & Virginia. I like the one in Indian band and Pima. The one in Tempe is really good. I’ve even gone to the one down in Casa grande. The other location I think is pretty good. Is the one on Greenway and 40th St. Oh I almost forgot about the location on 32nd St. and Indian school.“

“My friend is in town and she has celiac so we were trying to find a good place for her to have variety. We found a recommendation for this place on a gluten-free page. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. I was shocked at how gluten friendly they are, even to the point of having a dedicated oven for the gluten-free pizza us. My friend was overwhelmed with all the amazing options, and absolutely loved that she could pick whatever she wanted. We had the focaccia bread, the bacon, mac & cheese, and the fungi Florentine pizza. Dessert we tried the apple crisp and the tiramisu, both are which are gluten-free. The food was incredible. We will definitely be back.“

“I have yet to have a bad pizza here! My friends and I have been coming here for almost 3 years later at night, and the pizza has been widely consistent. If your pizza is bad, it's sort of your own fault. They have all the toppings clearly listed on each pizza, and you can make them your own. Substitutions or additions are allowed. I think the pricing is a little high, but you don't feel cheated for what you get. A MOD size pizza and a medium drink are about $15 but you'll leave pleasantly full.“

“they say they will do double sauce, double sauce and they put NONE on my pizza. 👁️👁️ they had already remade my order, and forgot the shredded pepperoni, I said run it thru the oven with the shredded pep on they said they could not, and that they had to make a whole new pie. I had even asked 2 different cooks for double sauce before they made the 3rd, and they said they would! the fact it had zero sauce... disappointing, and a waste of time... possibly a joke. ha-ha.
