“Been wanting to try Cocina Chiwas for some time, and finally made it there for our anniversary dinner. Having been to Tacos Chiwas and Espiritu, we knew that the meal and cocktails would be great and our expectations were exceeded. The ambiance was perfect, seasonal cocktails were superb and our fantastic server helped us find the perfect mix of menu must haves (if you like oysters- try both ways!) and specials. Service from all staff members was excellent. We will definitely be back.“

“Although the wine list was not particularly impressive, the food was. Everything that came out of the kitchen was beautifully repaired and absolutely delicious. I would recommend it as a place for true foodies. Plus, and a big plus, the view and ambiance on the roof was fantastic and we happened to hit it on a night when the temperature was perfect. Our waiter, Ryan, was also excellent. We will definitely go back.“

“We have been coming to Dahlias since they opened. Never a bad meal and the vibe is really relaxed. Audrey, the owner, is always welcoming and makes sure that everyone is happy with the food and drink choices. She recommends wines and dessert options, while making sure that the dinning experience is on par with her vision. We take our friends and family to Dahlias, knowing that we are going to have a near perfect experience. I highly recommend the asparagus salad and the marinated olives.“

“Absolutely loved this place all around, atmosphere, service and food. My friend and I met our 2 other friends here at 4:00 pm right when they opened. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated by a very nice and friendly young man, who was our server throughout the evening. The restaurant is very small, no tables bigger than to hold a party of 4. The bar though was big, it could accommodate a lot of people. They also have outdoor patio seating which looked very inviting if the weather was cooler.

We started off with the smoking deal they offer, a bottle of wine and a Bruschetta Board for $30. We ordered through out the evening cocktails and beers. They have limited cocktails, but the ones they offer were excellent. I had The V and Serendipity. The 4 of us shared all the tapas orders which were the Truffled Hamachi, 12pc Sashimi Assortment, Green Chili Beef Empanadas, Chicken Skewers, Spicy Salmon Avocado Maki and the Yellowtail Aburi. All was EXCELLENT!

“We are staying at the Omni Scottsdale Resort and had dinner at Prado. This place was amazing from start to finish. We sat on the outdoor patio next to the fire and the atmosphere could not have been more perfect. Our server was so kind, very attentive, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We ordered the calamari and the bread for starters and both were incredible. For dinner I had the braised short ribs and they were my favorite. They were so tender and full of flavor. The sea bass was also very good. The sweetest part of the night was when our server surprised us with a little dessert to celebrate our one year first date anniversary. It was adorable and it honestly made our stay feel even more special. If we stay at the Omni again we will absolutely come back to Prado for another dinner. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.“

“Local restaurant exceeded my expectations. Bacon wrapped shrimp and green Chile cornbread were awesome. A little pricy but worth it. You get what you pay for in this case. Service was top notch too.“

“I judge a sushi joint by their Sashimi, and their fish is pretty darn good. Anybody can hide bad fish in a cheap roll stuffed with “Krab with a K”. Fake crab is just filler, and often it is used by poor restaurants who just want to sling drinks and blast the music. Sushiholic is different. The vibe is very chill, and their fish is EXCELLENT!“

We’ve been in twice to celebrate birthdays (both my sons eat here at least 2-4 times a month) and even though they don’t take reservations on Saturday nights, they are always willing and helpful to accommodate our 9-12 person party. Every staff member that I have encountered has been 5 star.“

“Our party of four had their lunch specials for $15 each. I loved my bento box with salmon teriyaki, spicy tuna roll, edamame, salad and miso soup. (It also came with rice which I didn't eat.) The spicy tuna roll was really exceptional but all the food was good. There's a decent variety of what you can choose to put in your bento box. Service was attentive. Place was crowded when we got there at 11:30 but we got seats right away. The only difficulty was finding parking. We had to walk pretty far in the 115° weather!“
