“Cocina Chiwa is an absolute gem and dare I say, I enjoyed more than sister restaurant, Bacanora.

Every bite here is bursting with flavor and creativity. We started with the elote corn, and wow — it was smoky, creamy, and perfectly charred. One of the best I’ve had. The burrata salad was a surprising standout — the combo of velvety burrata with roasted squash and sweet potatoes was both comforting and refreshing.
The carnitas tacos were Juicy, tender pork with bold seasoning, nestled in warm blue corn tortillas...3 of them.. So simple, so perfect. They hit all the right notes.

Vibe? Chill, stylish, and full of good energy. Service? Friendly and fast. Cocina Chiwa has that magic mix of great food, great people, and great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back.“

“Great service all the way through. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The appetizers were tasty and done well (empanadas, guacamole & plantains), salmon entree was decent. The views were exceptional. The sun shade on the west window made for an enjoyable experience as the sun set. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff.“

“This place is fabulous!!!! The food is so delicious! We started with Potato croquettes. Perfect crunch nice and soft inside. The menu is not large, but they do have a seasonal menu, so we ordered the portobello and the crudo. Both were great, but let me tell you the crudo was top notch! The ribeye is big, so definitely shareable along with all the other plates. My husband and I will be back. Our server was Mikayla and she was divine and gave us all the great recommendations!“

“Absolutely loved this place all around, atmosphere, service and food. My friend and I met our 2 other friends here at 4:00 pm right when they opened. Upon entering, we were greeted and seated by a very nice and friendly young man, who was our server throughout the evening. The restaurant is very small, no tables bigger than to hold a party of 4. The bar though was big, it could accommodate a lot of people. They also have outdoor patio seating which looked very inviting if the weather was cooler.

We started off with the smoking deal they offer, a bottle of wine and a Bruschetta Board for $30. We ordered through out the evening cocktails and beers. They have limited cocktails, but the ones they offer were excellent. I had The V and Serendipity. The 4 of us shared all the tapas orders which were the Truffled Hamachi, 12pc Sashimi Assortment, Green Chili Beef Empanadas, Chicken Skewers, Spicy Salmon Avocado Maki and the Yellowtail Aburi. All was EXCELLENT!

“We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and they even treated us to a champagne toast and delicious dessert. Our waiter was excellent and provided us with recommendations that we absolutely loved. Definitely recommend.“

We’ve been in twice to celebrate birthdays (both my sons eat here at least 2-4 times a month) and even though they don’t take reservations on Saturday nights, they are always willing and helpful to accommodate our 9-12 person party. “Our party of four had their lunch specials for $15 each. I loved my bento box with salmon teriyaki, spicy tuna roll, edamame, salad and miso soup. (It also came with rice which I didn't eat.) The spicy tuna roll was really exceptional but all the food was good. There's a decent variety of what you can choose to put in your bento box. Service was attentive. Place was crowded when we got there at 11:30 but we got seats right away. The only difficulty was finding parking. We had to walk pretty far in the 115° weather!“

Pizzeria Bianco lives up to its reputation for top-tier pizza and memorable dining. The Wise Guy pizza is a standout, appetizers are fresh and flavorful, drinks are well-chosen, and the staff make you feel right at home. Expect a wait, but the food and atmosphere are worth it for anyone serious about pizza!“
