“Starbucks generally isn't my favorite place to get drinks, just a personal preference. But the customer service I received from the employees here was outstanding! I wish I knew the name of the person who took my order, he made my day! And additionally, this was a rare time I used my real name (it's Carys, hard to pronounce) and I didn't get any remarks or misspellings or mispronunciations! I have spelled my name out before to employees who still get it wrong (spelled Karisissa or likewise). It's a small detail and I have empathy for those in fast-paced environments, but I felt that the employees took their time to spell and pronounce it right, it was just so nice. The soft music and quiet atmosphere made it perfect for studying today. If any employees see this, thank you so much 🙏“

“This is my go-to Starbucks because of location and the staff. I don't even drink coffee, but the rest of my family does. The staff is courteous and professional. Amelia did a great job of taking my to go order for 5 people including drinks and food. They promptly got the order with drink carriers, all drinks marked as well as the food marked on the packaging. Thanks for doing a great job.“

“I frequent this Starbucks, they always have a great team that seems to have a lot of fun together! Usually a pretty busy location, especially their lobby. I’ve been coming here for a bit over a year now and it seems these poor baristas are still dealing with what seems to be a plumbing issue? There have been numerous visits where water seems to be dripping from their work area out into the counter and eventually onto the floor. The employees are always quick to clean it up, but I can tell that this is a consistent issue. I hope you guys can sort this out for them.“

“My husband was having low sugar and needed protein immediately. We found him a seat. Barista listened to my panic requests for food and water, took my order and delivered in light speed. He loved the little sandwich and wanted another! ?

“This starbucks is my new go to. Im not a big fan of getting off, Im more of a drive thru person because I go before work BUT for this I make an exception! Why? Because I absolutely adore the people that work there especially Jose. He has amazing costumer service, he is extremely genuine. Its not forced, he is always in a great mood, he treats his costumers whit dignity and respect. He always makes sure not just ask how Im doing but also my boys. He's gotten and taken the time to know us not just the order. These people feel like home and family. They go above and beyond, and it means so much to me. I truly appreciate it here, especially Jose Carlos and the 3 ladies ( Im not familiar whit their names since I only see them on the weekends, and I usually go more during the weekday). “This little kiosk is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Aubri and Esther in the mornings are always so friendly and lively with the quickest service too. They're the only ones I trust to make my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso right and they never disappoint. They've ruined me for any other Starbucks!“

“Very strong coffee. Almost too strong for my system. I wish they would put the syrups out in the public usage area instead of having to say how many, because this being Forrest to its hard to say if I need more, especially once I'm halfway back to the hotel. Would prefer to self flavor, sweeten, and creamer my own coffee.“

“This location is great. I go several times a week recently and the employees are always super nice and helpful. It's always clean, even the restrooms. The cafe area is small but I like the setup and there are several tables with outlets nearby, plus a bar spot at the window.“

“This is more of a general complaint/question. Why do the long straws always crack? Every time I get my drink I need to get two straws because they always crack. It’s been happening within the last 6 months-1 year. Have they changed the type of straws they have?“

“I always enjoy going to this location as it is right off the freeway. Their drinks can be a hit or miss weather it is made right the first time, but 80% of the time it's made well.They are extremely understanding and helpful when you need your drink remade. Their costumer service is always great. Especially the guy who takes orders in the morning. His energy is infectious.“

“The address of this Starbucks is 2807 N Campbell !!!

Someone apparently suggested changing the address from 2807 to 2350 N Campbell Avenue, which is the address of a different Starbucks. If you send a mobile order to 2350, don't come to this store for pickup, as it won't be here. Currently, the Campbell & Glenn and Campbell & Grant stores have the same address on Google Maps.

A Google Maps screenshot and a Starbucks Mobile App screenshot show the address discrepancy. The store 6.7 miles from my location is 2807 N Campbell, and the store 7.0 miles away is 2350 N Campbell. Google Maps indicates they are the same address which is not correct.“

“The seating inside is limited but they have more outdoor tables. There was a 5 minute delay in ordering as they were busy filling other orders. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a view of the mountains. It's a popular place.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots, including handicap. It is wheelchair accessible.

“I LOVE all the girls at this Starbucks! Journey is the best she is so friendly,anytime I come in with my 3yr old she pretends to be spiderman. I came in a couple days ago the line was long so I shopped first then I came to order but Journey had already made my drink. Employees like her are valuable and keep us customers returning. “Kinda expensive & they skimp on filling the cups all the way at times my cups have been filled a little over half way, (at least they do on the hot beverages because the cups aren't see through) which kinda ticks me off because they are soo expensive if I'm gonna pay over $5 for a cup of coffee I expect it to be full. “My favorite Starbucks I’ve been to! This is my go to Starbucks location when visiting Tuscon. The employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! The prices are very reasonable as well ; I was able to get 12 uses out of my $25 gift card. My most recent purchase was today, and I purchased the been there series mug. My favorite drinks there are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, the cafe americano, expresso, and the banana bread. I’d like to recognize Damaris for her exceptional customer service today! “Flew in from Baltimore as a surprise trip for my daughter’s 17th birthday (1st time meeting her best friend in person). Decided to stop in while the girls explored the mall. Damien and Alexis were SO nice! My drink was DELICIOUS, the chocolate pistachio loaf was warm and served on a plate and because I was wearing a Baltimore O’s shirt (GO O’S!!) they asked if I was from there. I proceeded to tell them why I was there and showed them the video of the girls 1st meeting. It was a wonderful experience and I even got to try a drink Damien was working on called a peach cobbler shot. Absolutely delicious. Tasted just like peach cobbler. If you stop in, please tip them heavily and ask Damien about that peach cobbler drink that ABSOLUTELY belongs on the menu“

“I really like this Starbucks, it is close to my residence, shopping needs, restaurants and or entertainment! For instance, on occasion I treat myself out for a movie at the Cinemark Theater. It is definitely my go to place especially during the week or over the weekend when I want to go and study, drink a Strawberry Matcha Frapp and eat a cheese melt on sourdough or just hang out. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is friendly and the drinks and food are yummy! I love it!“

“I come here every single morning just about and I dont understand why other customers are selfish enough to block off traffic. Place your order online. Park. Get your coffee. If you need the drive thru, dont block off La Cholla and dont block off the bike/turn lanes.

“I go to this location multiple times a week. My drinks are always on time and made with love. Today at 445 am, I arrived to work and as I was getting out of my car, I knocked it over and it landed on the ground. I hadn’t even taken a sip. I was so bummed. My friend offered to go back and get another drink for me so I called and let the Barista know what happened and she happily replaced my drink for me. Thank you so much!!!
