Starbucks in Tucson

“Starbucks generally isn't my favorite place to get drinks, just a personal preference. But the customer service I received from the employees here was outstanding! I wish I knew the name of the person who took my order, he made my day! And additionally, this was a rare time I used my real name (it's Carys, hard to pronounce) and I didn't get any remarks or misspellings or mispronunciations! I have spelled my name out before to employees who still get it wrong (spelled Karisissa or likewise). It's a small detail and I have empathy for those in fast-paced environments, but I felt that the employees took their time to spell and pronounce it right, it was just so nice. The soft music and quiet atmosphere made it perfect for studying today. If any employees see this, thank you so much 🙏“

“Not just the best Starbucks but the best Cafe in southern Arizona! We moved two years ago to the neighborhood and I have been a regular ( twice a day! ) customer ever since! All of the staff is absolutely one in a million, incredibly kind, competent and truly caring. Russell, Ellen, Michael, Sean, April, Julia, Brittany, Terry and Liz are the BEST!!!“

“This is my go-to Starbucks because of location and the staff. I don't even drink coffee, but the rest of my family does. The staff is courteous and professional. Amelia did a great job of taking my to go order for 5 people including drinks and food. They promptly got the order with drink carriers, all drinks marked as well as the food marked on the packaging. Thanks for doing a great job.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location in Tucson. The friendliness of the Baristas has created a sense of community. This is attributed to their remembering customers names and favorite beverage. When my husband and I visit this location, the Baristas welcome us by name and since we order the same drinks every time, they have our favorite drinks committed to memory. I have asked them many times how on earth they can remember our order , but they are always gracious and humble about their attention to such details. I have also heard other customers say they too, love this particular Starbucks. Give them a visit .“

“The vibe is always upbeat. They are the only consistent starbucks in town. They make you feel like part of the team.! Which is why they are a busy location because everyone loves them! I am proud to say this is my starbucks. I read other reviews and this is not even close to the service I see every day! Stop by and say hey! Of course they are busy so hanging out have a iced coffee I promise you will enjoy the team!“

“The shift lead Addyson is so friendly and amazing!!! And everyone else there was nice too but Addyson went out of her way to make sure I had a good experience.
My order was perfect & delicious ◡̈
Definitely making this our “go to” location.“

“I stopped in to get a coffee for tomorrow morning, which will be an early day with no time to stop for coffee. The barista was preparing to close for the evening when I arrived, so I was happy to get service. I tried a new drink, and I'm excited to try it tomorrow! ?“

“I visit this Starbucks most mornings. I’m always greeted by a young man named Andrew. He’s kind and friendly, provides excellent service and coffee. My dog loves him for the pup cups he gives him!! Thank you Andrew♥
PS… all the staff is amazing!“

“My husband was having low sugar and needed protein immediately. We found him a seat. Barista listened to my panic requests for food and water, took my order and delivered in light speed. He loved the little sandwich and wanted another! ?

Kid-friendliness: Several kid items for sale...such as Halloween cups for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: This Starbucks is inside an Albertsons, on ground floor.“

“This little kiosk is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Aubri and Esther in the mornings are always so friendly and lively with the quickest service too. They're the only ones I trust to make my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso right and they never disappoint. They've ruined me for any other Starbucks!“

“they are always so nice to me here, EVERY WORKER. and i go pretty often, sometimes they even make my days a bit better just because they are so generous:) they also make really good matcha but in general ive never really had a bad food item or drink from here! its my go to because every time i go to a different starbucks they make it bad but this one is the best😜“

“Wow I was so impressed. I never leave reviews but I came on here to say this is an amazing Starbucks. The employees were all teenagers and SO respectful. Our service was quick and they were genuinely interested in speaking with us. The best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks and I’ve been to ALOT of Starbucks.“

“This is more of a general complaint/question. Why do the long straws always crack? Every time I get my drink I need to get two straws because they always crack. It’s been happening within the last 6 months-1 year. Have they changed the type of straws they have?“

“The 2 baristas working today were so friendly and amazing - I wish there was a way to be able to tip them on the Starbucks app since I didn’t have any cash on me 😞 They were out of chai and offered some great ideas for drink substitutions. Plus, they made the best pup cup for my Heeler! Thanks you guys ✨“

“I had such an amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Mitchell. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and brought such a positive energy that honestly made my whole day better. He was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right, even going the extra mile to double-check everything.

What really stood out was how genuine and kind he was not just to me, but to everyone around. You can tell he truly cares about his work and the people he interacts with. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a strong impression over something as simple as a coffee run, but Mitchell absolutely did.

Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back, and it’s employees like Mitchell that make all the difference.“

“It’s an ok place, it could be better. Didn’t see much enthusiasm in them. They also gave me a small hot chocolate rather than the small tea that I ordered, I didn’t notice it until I had it when I was in a go!
Generally will order again if I need to!“

“I always enjoy going to this location as it is right off the freeway. Their drinks can be a hit or miss weather it is made right the first time, but 80% of the time it's made well. They are extremely understanding and helpful when you need your drink remade. Their costumer service is always great. Especially the guy who takes orders in the morning. His energy is infectious.“

“This starbucks is my new go to. Im not a big fan of getting off, Im more of a drive thru person because I go before work BUT for this I make an exception! Why? Because I absolutely adore the people that work there especially Jose. He has amazing costumer service, he is extremely genuine. Its not forced, he is always in a great mood, he treats his costumers whit dignity and respect. He always makes sure not just ask how Im doing but also my boys. He's gotten and taken the time to know us not just the order. These people feel like home and family. They go above and beyond, and it means so much to me. I truly appreciate it here, especially Jose Carlos and the 3 ladies ( Im not familiar whit their names since I only see them on the weekends, and I usually go more during the weekday). I think they are all amazing, they're a great team and work well together and they are just simply amazing. Thank you guys for everything you do and always hitting the spot whit my order. You are so much appreciated more than you'll ever know(:“

“I have chronic problem with the shop’s chairs and l am sure every customer feels it. All the chairs of the shop have terrible voice when we move them. It's very hard to sit in a polluted environment. Please fix them to stay safe in this shop. Thank you.

“Always love me some Starbucks, but really think this new CEO is hurting the company. I bought 6 different personal cups because of the star earning aspect, but he's cutting that. Cut the menu and the Brownie(best ever snack item GONE).“

“I LOVE all the girls at this Starbucks! Journey is the best she is so friendly, anytime I come in with my 3yr old she pretends to be spiderman. I came in a couple days ago the line was long so I shopped first then I came to order but Journey had already made my drink. Employees like her are valuable and keep us customers returning. Jenn the meat manager that helps out at times is also AMAZING! I love these wonderful ladies!“

“Very strong coffee. Almost too strong for my system. I wish they would put the syrups out in the public usage area instead of having to say how many, because this being Forrest to its hard to say if I need more, especially once I'm halfway back to the hotel. Would prefer to self flavor, sweeten, and creamer my own coffee.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Stephanie at Starbucks for her incredible customer service! She went above and beyond to ensure that both of my coffees were absolutely perfect. From the presentation to the taste, everything was spot on and exceeded my expectations. Stephanie’s attention to detail and friendly attitude made my visit so enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about delivering the best experience to customers. Thank you, Stephanie, for making my day with two amazing cups of coffee!“

“This location is great. I go several times a week recently and the employees are always super nice and helpful. It's always clean, even the restrooms. The cafe area is small but I like the setup and there are several tables with outlets nearby, plus a bar spot at the window.“

“"Professional, Respectful, Courteous, Clean, And Quick"!!! "Highly Recommend Both The Drive Thru On The Northwest Corner Of St. Mary's And Silverbell Road And Inside The Safeway On The Southeast Corner Of The Same Intersection"!!!“

“Jada at the #34 store inside Frys at Speedway and Pantano in Tucson was beyond amazing! She was so kind and sweet, and was so upbeat and happy which truly made my day so much better. She drew a smiley face on my cup and that was the icing on the cake of how wonderful she was! Please give her a raise, she deserves it!“

“There's often a bunch of off duty Starbucks workers who chat with each other very loudly. Today I couldn't carry on conversation with friend sitting next to me. I left and had a headache that went away shortly after leaving.
Service is good and fast. Bathrooms are locked and you have to get a code. It's actually pretty easy to get to this location from both Orange Grove and La cholla. Drive through is easy to get to and get through.“

“I’ll be honest, I don’t normally do Starbucks. I find a stigma with a lot of the employees and whatever…BUT this Starbucks at El Con is the exception! Service and drink weren’t good… they were fantastic! Neve was awesome, he recommended just what I needed on a hot day with a Strawberry Refresher that just hit the spot! I demand he gets a raise and a promotion immediately!“

“The address of this Starbucks is 2807 N Campbell !!!

Someone apparently suggested changing the address from 2807 to 2350 N Campbell Avenue, which is the address of a different Starbucks. If you send a mobile order to 2350, don't come to this store for pickup, as it won't be here. Currently, the Campbell & Glenn and Campbell & Grant stores have the same address on Google Maps.

A Google Maps screenshot and a Starbucks Mobile App screenshot show the address discrepancy. The store 6.7 miles from my location is 2807 N Campbell, and the store 7.0 miles away is 2350 N Campbell. Google Maps indicates they are the same address which is not correct.“

“I went to get a coffee last night and received outstanding service. Avery and Ki are wonderful and made my experience very welcoming and pleasant. They are very genuine and friendly, they aren’t just being fake friendly because it’s their job and you can tell a huge difference. Best service I’ve received from anywhere in a long while.“

“I love to go cologne shopping and then come in here and get peoples reactions to the new fragrance. Seriously though, I love the way this store is setup and I love the fact that it actually stays open in accordance with its advertised hours. Great ambiance and friendly staff.“

“A great little fast food Mexican restaurant, wonderful daily specials, at all of the locations. We've had many items there from tacos to burritos to special fries covered in guacamole, sour cream, cheese, and CarneAsada, it's a bit messy, but oh, so good!“

“The seating inside is limited but they have more outdoor tables. There was a 5 minute delay in ordering as they were busy filling other orders. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They have a view of the mountains. It's a popular place.

Parking: There are plenty of parking spots, including handicap. It is wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is easy to enter this Starbucks. Seating inside or outside.“

“I have been Starbucks member for many years and lived in many different states and visited many different stores. This location is so far the very best! Store baristas did a great job keeping the pre-Covid Starbucks vibe. Everyone is so friendly and kind. All my visits have been delightful! It provides cozy and welcoming atmosphere for studying students and gathering people of all ages. Thank you for your great service!“

“My favorite Starbucks I’ve been to! This is my go to Starbucks location when visiting Tuscon. The employees are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service! The prices are very reasonable as well ; I was able to get 12 uses out of my $25 gift card. My most recent purchase was today, and I purchased the been there series mug. My favorite drinks there are the strawberry açaí lemonade refresher, the cafe americano, expresso, and the banana bread. I’d like to recognize Damaris for her exceptional customer service today! I’ll definitely be back at this location in the future.

Parking: * Free parking, however located on a military base so you’ll need base access*“

“I love my experience at this starbucks everytume I go. Whether it's busy or not the baristas always smile and are kind and attentive. The Cafe is very reasonably clean considering how messy some people can be and I love this location so much. They always make my coffee right and are happy to remake the drink if there are any problems. They also frequently have samples and always have great recommendations.“

“Kinda expensive & they skimp on filling the cups all the way at times my cups have been filled a little over half way, (at least they do on the hot beverages because the cups aren't see through) which kinda ticks me off because they are soo expensive if I'm gonna pay over $5 for a cup of coffee I expect it to be full. So, I'm not gonna go to this location anymore the only reason I'll go to another one is because the coffee is so good. This sucks...“

“Came here with some family Yesterday between 4pm-5pm (6/27) and the ladies there really threw it down and made by far the best Caramel Ribbon I've ever had.

Absolutely outstanding! Great job making an excellent quality product! Kudos to this Team at Wetmore! Keep up the amazing work! 💯“

“I go to this location multiple times a week. My drinks are always on time and made with love. Today at 445 am, I arrived to work and as I was getting out of my car, I knocked it over and it landed on the ground. I hadn’t even taken a sip. I was so bummed. My friend offered to go back and get another drink for me so I called and let the Barista know what happened and she happily replaced my drink for me. Thank you so much!!! THIS is why I will remain loyal to this store!!! Made my crappy start to the day so much better!!“

“Alyssa who works in the Starbucks at the Target El Con Mall shop made a good latte; one that was better than the average latte I've had. She is friendly & cheerful too. She deserves a bit of recognition.I shopped the store on Sunday morning May 16th and was pleased to find two employees who gave me a good experience. Thanks, Mary“

“I just left the Target Starbucks around 4:30 pm on Dec 18, and the guy and girl working were SO sweet. The girl and I talked about how good the chocolate curls are, and she was so kind and personable. The guy was really nice too, and I just noticed the smiley face he drew on my cup! It’s been a super stressful day, and that just made everything so great. Please make sure they know how awesome they are. I wish I caught their names ?“

“Typical Starbucks coffee well made by a competent barista in the front of the Bashas grocery. Not a quiet place to sit and enjoy your coffee but a convenient place to get your coffee. This counter will NOT take your Starbucks app, so don't expect to get credit for your order OR to pay with your app.Staff was friendly and quick.#BirdLife #OwlsTweet #worldtraveler #CoffeeIsLife @MeetMrOwl“

“I came in about a week ago and I had Alyssa and Caelan (I think I'm spelling that right?) help me out. I got a Chai with pumpkin foam and a coffee cake warmed up. They were so sweet and kind, had a great attitude, and really lit up the Safeway's atmosphere. My husband and I will definitely be coming here again soon, since we drive this way every day. Thanks Starbucks! :)“

“Great in grocery store location. Drinks and service exceptional. Cafe seating.

Kid-friendliness: in grocery store and seating available

Parking: Grocery store parking lot

Wheelchair accessibility: Standard grocery store accessibility. Starbucks counters and cafe seating accessible.“

“My wife and I travel a lot, use Starbucks frequently in many places, and this is the best we have experienced. The product is consistently good, not true in all Starbucks. But it is the people here who are exceptional. There two weeks, we were served by 15-20 different people, and every single one of them was genuinely kind, courteous, and helpful. Just remarkable. If there is a company award for best unit, this one should be in the running.“

“This was my regular location until I stopped coming last year but came back around for Valentine’s Day and tried new drinks thanks to the manger Alexis I believe for putting out samples I found my new favorite drink! Will be coming to this location again!“

“The featured photo of this licensed Starbucks, located in Safeway, was taken by Steven Steinmetz at the corporate Starbucks in the same shopping center. The licensed Starbucks is located at 4752 E Sunrise Drive inside the Safeway Supermarket and the corporate Starbucks in the photo is located at 4700 E Sunrise Drive. The distance between the stores is about 1/10 mile, maybe less.“
