“Popped in for a Crazy Boy Roll and some Salmon Maki after a save on run and I gotta say this place does not disappoint. Definitely a contender for some of the best sushi in Abbotsford. Needed a good meal to boost the spirits and I got exactly that :)“

“Went here today for lunch with friends, three of whom selected the box combinations. I selected my usual BC roll and tuna sashimi. The tuna was fresh and the BC roll was one of the better ones that I’ve had. Very pleasant and polite service and nice atmosphere with the big cherry blossom in the middle of the store. Clean restaurant and nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking around although it appears to be a busy strip mall. Easily accessible for anyone with physical mobility challenges. Would recommend and return.“

“Little Japan has undergone a few changes over the years, each one better than the last. The owner/Sushi Master is very polite and acknowledges ALL of the guests who come to the restaurant. The food is always excellent quality and good size portions, without excess rice, so you can actually taste the good quality fish. Always a very enjoyable meal experience!

I’ve been coming here a lot. Two of the servers are UFV girls studying business. What are the chances they are from the same city as my late dad! Started chatting with Ashley as I admired her tats from a Japanese artist. Ruth went back to South Korea - she was always smiling and hugging me when I came to dine. You’ll love the staff especially Manager, Young-Ae along with the delicious food. It’s a popular place especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. Popular for take out too!“

The only downfall is the young girl that works there, she is a beep, beep, if anything she is outright bad for their business,
Others also states she is unfriendly and not nice
They older lady and the sushi chef are great, and they do great food and customer service, but if they keep her there the business is doomed“

Place is always excellently clean, and has such a warm and comforting atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re sitting at your kitchen table.

They play great music at a reasonable volume, and the decor just really pulls this place together.

The food is absolutely PHENOMENAL. It is hands the absolute BEST sushi place in the entire lower mainland, without a doubt you will NOT regret it.

“Im in BC for work and was in the area and recommended Ono's Sushi. A bit of time to be seated but the hostess was busy with another customer. She apologized and was very sincere which made me think it wasn't something that would be expected. The food was and service after that was perfect. Recommend the sashimi and seafood udon. “Five stars for consistently good sushi. This is our go to place for Sushi take out. I really like that they don't use styrofoam, instead your food is packed in compostable eco friendly containers. Add that to the fresh fish expertly handled and you have a great take out experience. Our one time eating in was not so great, they definitely are take out focused. The atmosphere suffered from a couple of large tables right in the middle of the dining room dedicated to take out boxes and bags. In addition to that you almost get the feeling that you are inconveniencing the server by eating in. I will definitely continue to support this place for take out.
